Krystal was AMAZING! The color I chose for bridesmaid dresses is being discontinued so it was very difficult to find enough dresses in that color and in the right sizes. Krystal stayed on hold with the warehouse for 33 minutes to ensure we were not leaving the store without the dresses we needed. Krystal was beyond helpful, working with her was like working with a friend rather than a salesperson. She was honest and did everything she could to ensure we were well taken care of. My fiancé had an appointment at Davids Bridal on Ray Rd. to try on a slip for our wedding today. Her alterations appointment was canceled by them so she decided to just buy another slip. When she arrived she noticed there was another person still being helped from an earlier appointment. She stood around without an apology for at least 10 minutes until she finally asked if someone was going to help. Another employee said "don't mind me, act like I'm not here" as though she was in a hurry to leave even though they were still open for another hour. Finally someone brought over a slip that appeared to be filthy and feeling as though nobody cared my fiancé got emotional and decided to leave. They acted as though she was being hostile when she just wanted some assistance trying on some things. These customers are shopping for a special day and it sucks that some people just don't care...we will never recommend or give Davids Bridals any business going forward at that location. We were able to get an appointment at PV location even though we live in east Gilbert it was preferable to going back there!! read more

Called ahead to find out if they had a dress in the color and size I needed, and they did! Store was closing in 45 minutes and I was 30 minutes away. Got there with little time to spare and was greeted by Ann who knew it was me somehow and had the dress at the front for me. Tried on the dress and it was snug so she helped me troubleshoot and came up with ways to make it work, helped me pin and get tape for my girls. She was just lovely. Truly lovely. I told my mom when we left that if I ever get married I'm hiring Ann to be my personal consultant. So sweet and supportive in a stressful situation. Thank you Ann!! read more

10 stars for Sherilyn, 5 stars for management, and 2 starts for alterations. First, Sherilyn was able to find me the perfect dress after the first dress I picked wasn't going to work. However, after alterations gave me incorrect information and was not able to change out a corset back, I was forced to find another dress that day. Management quickly owned up to their error and committed to making things right. Sherilyn went above and beyond in making negative experience a positive one. She knows her stuff and was able to quickly determine what I was wanting and paired it with what would look stunning on me from a very limited in store selection. If it wasn't for Sherilyn, I would have cut my losses and gone to another store. read more

Nothing but a great experience using this location of David's. Had a fabulous time trying on dresses (ending up ordering mine online from David's when COVID shut everything down). The girls helped me choose a perfect veil to match my dress after the fact as well. I brought all my bridesmaids to this location to try on dresses, and we had a great experience then too. Additionally, I also ordered a bridesmaid dress for my friends wedding through this location and that process went very smoothly. 10/10 recommend! read more

I took my friend to David's' Bridal today for her first experience of trying on dresses. We didn't have expectations to find something on our first day shopping, but we actually found a surprising amount of dresses that we both really liked! I am not sure if this is the best place to go if you want a ton of attention - they are very busy, and the staff tends to multiple girls at the same time. The changing rooms are small and close together. There are plenty of chairs though and plenty of mirrors. I wish I could remember the name of the girl who helped us because she was very friendly and a good sport - she even let *me* try on dresses, knowing very well that I was not the one getting married. My daughter, who represents the many flower girls for the wedding, legitimately tried on dresses, but I am sure the sales representative knew she was also "playing" when we tried on matching dresses. This made the whole experience a lot of fun, and we walked out feeling excited about the dresses that we saw. I think in this case, having the right sales rep makes all the difference. Based on other reviews, it sounds like we really lucked out. The dresses were also really cheap, the most expensive one we liked was $1300, the others were in the $500 range. I almost walked out of there with a $30 tiara because it was shiny and yet so cheap (so okay, and fake)....but luckily I remembered how old I was and put it back. read more

I would give zero stars as the service was horrible. I could not find the shop based upon my navigation directions. I phoned the shop to let them know I could not find the shop and would be there as quickly as I could. Finally I arrive again tart to my appt. was greeted by the intake person which was fine. I again explained what happed and why I was late to my appt. I was ha fed off to a bridal consultant who does not deserve the title. Horrible disposition and horrible attitude and did t wa t to serve my bridesmaids and by the way I was ordering 17 bridesmaids gowns from David's bridal. I was scolded for being late although I called and apologized on the phone and apologized once I got there after driving over an hour to get to the store as that bridal shop was the closest to me. With bridesmaids in tow, I basically was refused service and was not offered an option I could select or that was best suited for myself and my schedule with my bridesmaids being from several states as well. The sales person was so RUDE! And so was the manager, I will call corporate on Monday and will also be in contact with the CEO of the company, YES, the service was what bad! Thank GOD I did not get my wedding dress from them. Went to LUV BRIDAL where they were respectful of their customers, supportive and understanding. I will NEVER Recommend That bridal store to anyone I know. So many friends told me NOT to go to David's Bridal due to their lack of selection and their cheap looking knock off designer dresses. So, Ladies, spend their extra money elsewhere, also We found the same type of dresses for my bridesmaids at Windsor fashions for a third of the price. David's Bridal, you are not the only bridal shop around, you might have a name that a lot of people know but I chose to go elsewhere and was even more impressed with the selection. Takes a lot for a person like me to write a review but I had to let the masses know of the really crummy experience and the classless salesperson who lost a several thousand dollar sale all because she didn't want to serve a black woman! Elenica Loci is the best person to alter your dress. Mine was too big in many areas, and she fixed it to make it fit me perfectly. The 1 star is going out on a limb. I had 2 more experiences with this location. Both bad. Sandy was the unfriendly face I encountered on both occasions. She didn't pay me enough attention to say she was rude directly to me, but I had enough while watching her treat others like they weren't worthy of her time. She was miserable looking with a sour puss on her face. you could see thee discomfort on guests faces. After standing for 15 minutes they finally bought my dress out. No smile, just a dress on a hanger in some plastic. I had to ASK for a dressing room just to be sure. They pointed for me where I might find an empty one. Classy. I couldn't wait to leave; not that it mattered to them bc no one cared to check on me. I already planned on having alterations done another place bc when I tried scheduling a fitting with them via phone they were beyond rude... God forbid I ask for an estimate? I'm sorry, but if I am getting married I would want my bridal party and I to be treated respectfully! This is not my wedding, and all the other brides maids were being fitted in Pa so I was on my own. Terrible atmosphere with a sour staff... After that we came to David's Bridal and I can't begin to say how horrible the customer service was. David's bridal didn't even help her clip the dresses. It made this experience horrible . Make reservations in advance if you plan to go on a weekend. Nice selection of bridal gowns, shoes, and accessories. Wished their bridesmaid dresses had a bigger selection of sizes and multiple pieces as some of the popular dress color and styles are hard to find on the racks if there are a lot of groups in the store. Go on a weekday to avoid long waits. Some staff are super nice Nd helpful, while others were not very courteous or polite. You'd think you'd be getting better service for dropping a couple hundred dollars for a bridesmaids dress. Alterations team on the other hand are very nice and helpful all around and all the time. read more

Just wrapped up with my final dress fitting for my wedding in two weeks! My two daughters are in the wedding and I already have their dresses but have not been a fan of them for the last several months! So last minute Alexandra came to the rescue! Not only did she find two new dresses for my wedding she also helped us pick out a prom dress for my oldest! She didn't hesitate to jump on the computer and find what we were looking for! This review divides to half and should be 2.5. I would give 0 start for sales team and 5 start for alternations. Here is why: The only reason I purchase my dress here is because Tam from alterations help me to fixed the dress perfectly. She have a great knowledge about what to do with the wedding dress and make it shine. She is very helpful and friendly. I felt she care about how I will look on that day and she is proud of her work. Thank you Tam for making me beautiful!!! Now let's talk about sales. I purchase my wedding dress, bridesmaids dress and my mom's dress here. I came in s few time and had few sales helping me, but I felt rushed and not welcoming. Even on the phone they were rude. They will call me and told me "you NEED to come in to pick up your dress" I felt like they can chose better words to use to there customers. The tone of their voice make me felt like they are bossing me around. Mom's dress - this is the first time my mom shop for a dress for my wedding. One of the sales told my mom if she do not purchase her dress on that day it will not come on time, and that was 3 month before the wedding day. After my mom made the purchase her dress came in less than 48 hours. I understand she want to make a sale, but try to pushed a 60 year old lady to buy the dress, it's very low. As for my bridesmaids dress, I have to try to find the sales lady everytime. She is either in the front talking or the back. They were not busy that day. My bridesmaids ask her for a 3-4 dress to try and she will forget 1-2 and end up we have to remind her. I ask her to help me to find a dress which I show her the picture from their website and seems like she have no idea where it is. I end up have to call another David's Bridal to get a tag number, so she can look it up in the system. As for my dress, the sales was not friendly. I want to try on more dresses, but seems she is out of time. I have to ask my mom to look for her. Since, all the dress I tried on are ball gown styles. It took more time for me to put on and take it off. I felt pushed and rushed. Also, make sure to look for styles you like instead have her bring it to you. Since she will bring you all the expensive ones. Every dress I tried on are $ 1700-$2000. There are dress that are ball gown and sale less than that. Bottoms line, for new brides please don't buy here. You and your wedding parties will felt rushed and pushed to buy something. Go to a place the sales lady can pay attention to you. Choose a wedding dress should be a fun experience. You will not get one here. read more

Absolutely awful. I came here with 2 of my bridesmaids to try find dresses for them. It took 10 mins to even be greeted by anyone!! We are told to start looking around and the "stylist" would find us. She came over 15 mins later and advised that she was helping 2 other parties as well and would be back. We searched the terrible dress selection. They had none of the dresses that I had pre picked out online before the appt. At this point, I said let's just find their sizes to order online later. I had to run back and forth for them to get dresses on with no assistance. She tried to put them in two different fitting rooms that weren't even next to each other so we had to point out that there were several other rooms next to each other that we'd like. There was zero seating for me (there was a big party that was using all of the chairs on our side). We ended up just completely leaving, as we are leaving, the stylist runs up to see if he needed anything after not helping AT ALL. Just an overall bad experience. If you're a bride, excited about dress shopping with your bridesmaids, don't go here, they will act too busy to help. read more

I had to buy a brides maid dress from this location and the experience has been horrible to say the least. When actually buying the dress, I could tell the lady was splitting her time between us and other people, and she obviously was just trying to get us off her plate. I get it if you're short staffed and that's not the workers fault, but we made an appointment months ago, why are you double booking people? Also, why are there no mirrors in the dressing room? You have to leave the room to see yourself at all, and anyone shopping can see you. That's super awkward to me! I had to get alterations and asked how much they would be and I was told "oh, probably around $70 for what you need". I was thinking that's fair. I make an appointment for alterations, of course when I get there, I'm double booked, AGAIN! So I had to change in the rooms in the back that just have a curtain and no doors. Let me just say, I hate curtain dressing rooms, but these are the worst I've ever encountered! They DO NOT close all the way. I was praying the people standing uncomfortably close to the opening were looking away! Then when I was getting all of the pins put in, with all of the other women getting altered next to me, the seamstress opened the slit in the skirt, to make sure the front was flat, opened it all the way and exposed my underwear in front of everyone! I know it was a mistake but like!! Then the price was as much as the dress! I was told $70 not $190! I was getting the distinct impression that they were trying to upsell me too. I said no to several suggestions they were making. I made my pickup appointment for the same time (7pm) in two weeks. I was going to dismiss it all, but I called today to make sure my dress is ready to pickup for my appointment, since I never got an email or anything saying it was ready. I was then asked if I could come in earlier, like two hours earlier because, "7 is late for the seamstress". First of all, why are you letting people book appointments for that time if it's "so late". Second of all, multiple other people were there after me during my initial alterations, so I'm not buying this excuse in the least. Third of all, I work till 5 and the place is over 20 minutes away! I'm not waiting to eat dinner at 9 tonight, ok. I said I'll be there at 6, which is still pushing it for me, and if they give me the run around and say my appointment was at 7 and there's a bunch of other people getting alterations too, I'll have a really hard time trying to still be polite. Never come here! I've heard even worse stories and reviews about this place too! I'm getting married in June, and you can bet I'm not getting my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, or alterations done there, and I'm telling everyone I know who's also getting married, to never go to David's bridal! Way better options out there that will actually make you feel special, especially for one of the most important days of your life! Go to Brilliant Bridal for your wedding dress, trust me! read more

Don't expect to be helped, and come prepared to be fully ignored waiting in line to purchase. While filling out my bridesmaids profiles another consultant walked by and made a snarky comment on how big my bridal party is. It's like really? Yes I have 11 bridesmaids but that means I'm also giving them $2,200 worth of business just in bridesmaid dresses. I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but I had an exceptionally poor experience. I went to David's Bridal as my first stop in searching for a dress, I went later in the afternoon around 3pm-4pm as a walk in on a Monday, the store had essentially no one. I'll leave out the associates name who helped me, but from the first encounter with her, she already came across as unhappy to be working with me and unhappy to be working in general. After reflecting on the experience I am wondering if it was possibly due to my low budget for looking for a wedding dress. I was hoping to look in the $300-$600 range initially. I felt like I was bothering her by asking to try on dresses as I did not like the style she was bringing me- in total I only tried on about 5-6 dresses. It wasn't until we discussed financing and I liked a dress that was $1,500 that I even got a smile from the associate. I've never been dress shopping before and do not know any terminology for dresses. When we were discussing the things I didn't like about the previous dresses, she asked if I liked a "sheath" style, I didn't know what that was and asked what that meant and she responded with a blank stare. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable for not understanding what she was trying to say, and conveyed to her that I would need to see it to understand what she meant. Overall she never tried to help me understand, I felt like a huge burden, and from not even getting a smile from her I felt awful being there. It really was a disappointing experience all around. I was hoping to have that excited feeling, being that I'm shopping for my wedding, but had the complete opposite. I left home that night feeling very depleted and disappointed in looking for wedding dresses. I was tentative to leave a review, since perhaps that associate was just having a bad day, but regardless- I really wish I just worked with an associate that was more helpful and friendly. read more

I went to 3 David's Bridal locations to help my Bridesmaids find dresses. Since my bridesmaids live in AZ and in California, I had to visit multiple David's bridals locations to make sure everyone picked out their dresses. I went to locations in Scottsdale, AZ, Chandler, AZ and Ontario, CA. I was told my bridesmaids dresses were saved into a profile and they should be able to order their dresses with ease. Well I find out today NOTHING was saved on any profile. None of bridesmaids have access to anything that was picked for them. As a bride I am beyond upset. My wedding is ruined because NONE of the 3 stores I went to save any information so my bridesmaids were unable to pay for their dresses. I feel that the David's Bridal is neglectful and does not care about Brides or their wedding day. If this happened at ONE store, I would be like no problem this is simple accident! BUT THREE DIFFERENT LOCATIONS???? That is proof enough to me they zero customer service experience, they have no business working in the wedding industry and they are only hire NEGLECTFUL people. They do not care they RUINED my bridal experience. Now I am forced to find alternative dresses and change my wedding colors due to the lack of available bridesmaids' dresses. The manager responded to my last review with a half assed response. The only response needed, is as follows "sorry for the inconvenience, can we lower all the prices to match Amazon for you? I will also call my regional manager to complain and get the store policy changed and prices dropped. If they don't let me, I will lower all prices myself right now." Nothing more and nothing less. I went in for shoes for my wedding and was ignored by everyone on the floor for 25 minutes and then when I was finally helped I was forgotten by the sales associate who had moved onto someone else! Needless to say they did not get my money! I later went in to purchase a robe for getting ready photos and was unsure if I would use the robe I found in store. I was assure by the associate if I changed my mind I could bring it back. Wrong again! No returns, refunds, or exchanges come to find out today! Two awful experiences! Today, my visit met my worst fears in trying on wedding dresses. The store was clearly over booked. All the bride's rooms were still in use with prior appointments. I was "greeted" by a stressed employee that told me she was still working with another bride. I was put in a tiny room with no mirrors as my consultant went back and forth between her clients. The other employees were rude and unwelcoming to my sister when she came in to meet us. I wished I had walked out the moment I felt the appointment was going badly. More time clearly needs to be allotted for each bride. If you do go to a David's Bridal I would recommend the Scottsdale Collections store. They had wonderful rooms and lighting. I was provided with undergarments, shoes and the full attention of a consultant. read more

First off please take a look at your manager, short blonde who was sick the night we went to pick up my dress and we are in the middle of a pandemic she's putting clients at risk for covid!! I wanted to try more because my first experience was not what I wanted. Second time after picking a new dress, which careful ladies they completely lie about their returns!!! I picked one way over my budget which I had told multiple times what my budget was,they just kept pulling dresses that were WAY over it. .. but I had to have it since I just fell in love with it....Well yesterday I went to pick up my dress asked to try it on was thrown in a room, with no help and unable to ask anyone questions while I tried it on, better yet the girl they had put me in the room was off and leaving! I went to this location twice. The first time I bought a dress and a veil. The second time I went with my bridesmaids and I found a dress that was even MORE perfect! So I purchased it. I went home to to get my veil to return it with my original dress. At first one of the employees tried to tell me I can only get store credit then I told them their policy says I could get a full refund if returned within 7 days (they're really lying to their customers???!). The employee that completed my refund was Taryn Z. She was rude to me as soon as I told her I was there for a return THEN she was trying to guilt me stating (why didn't you return this when you came in the second time?? Why didn't you use the same stylist!? Now she's out of a thousand dollar commission!" So I not only had her return my first dress but also my second dress and I will not be going there when my 10 bridesmaids get theirs! So thanks Taryn Z. Not only did the first stylist lose her commission but so did the second. Thanks for making a special moment a bitter one. read more

Since the wedding party are not all instate we decided to chose David's so it would be easier for everyone to get their dress. We were lucky to have Sara help us out (4 of us & someone on facetime) the bride walked in thinking she wanted one dress we picked before but changed her mind when she saw it again. Sara helped us select another dress answered all of our hundred questions about size ordering shipping ect. She also listened to the bride but still gave her professional opinion on colors, how we should walk down the aisle and pictures. We all ended up buying our dresses that day read more

Renee was my consultant on the day of my bridal appointment. This is a busy location and for a reason, they do have the biggest selection of dresses In the valley! This was my 4th appointment and 20 dresses deep... Renee understood what I wanted to try on and after 1st dress that I have selected pulled 2 others based on the feed back. Unfortunately, the other two didn't work out but were closer to what I have envisioned for myself. Finally, the 4th she pulled was the one!!! Although, I wasn't her only appointment she was attentive, was very organized and overall amazing! read more

This place has a HUGE selection of dresses from well known designers. Having said that, we had to share a bridal consultant who continued to get PAGED on the overhead to go do things in the front of the store WHILE she was working with a FEW brides! There's a BAY of dressings rooms, minimal privacy, guests are seated on "kitchen chairs" in the middle of an aisle to view the bride. The worst part? The carpet in the area that the bride stands on to be viewed is truly stained and filthy. The store and the plan for the bridal "experience" both need an overhaul. read more

Yikes - even looking at reviews from MONTHS ago regarding overbooking and not being efficient...doesn't look like much has been changed in this location. Luckily, it wasn't for my wedding but I know I will NOT be coming here for that. Pretty frustrating experiences and I've only been here three times. One to find the dress, have it altered and now to pick up the dress. The seamstresses in the back should not be responsible for booking their alteration appointments as they have now twice overbooked at my appointment time. They are really nice and can't say no, as they want to please their customer. However, if they have appointments made for a reason, they need to be strict about them and not allow walk-ins or random drop-ins to be respectful of those time who made an appointment. Will not be using them in future and would rather go to a local alterations place. read more
