We had them come back last year to install a few new outlets one of which started causing the lights to flicker. They claimed to have a 1 year warranty on their work and so I called to have their tech return to diagnose the problem. David told me his tech insisted there's nothing wrong with the outlet (without ever actually coming back to check on his work) and said that either I have to pay them a service fee to have them come or just stop using the outlet entirely. Extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional attitude. There are much better electrician companies out there so look elsewhere. read more

We were having an issue with the dishwasher. At times we had power other times not so much. Zeferino came out within an hour. Told us the problem gave us an estimate with a solution. As soon as I told them I was ready to go they came the next day, Jay and James discussed everything with my husband and I and gave us many options, we had a whole lot of things needed. Recessed lighting installed in kitchen and laundry room, vanity light wired and installed, getting rid of existing lighting , and installing outlets in garage and outside. They gave me a reasonable quote we said yes and they did it that day, finished by 5 and it looks great. My ceiling light bulb was 4 pins and its broken again, every 1-2 years I will need to replace it and it's very annoying. I bought the new LED ceiling light from Costco and I tried to do it myself. I watched youtube and did some research, after a couple of hours, actually a couple of days, I still couldn't do it right. I just can't figure where it's wrong. OUTSTANDING! Based on past disappointments, I doubted that a fair, honest, and competent electrician existed. I'm happy to report that I found that rare individual. Two weeks ago, we lost partial power throughout the entire house. The pool filter ground to a halt and the freezer made a labored low growling noise before totally failing. It was a Sunday. "Oh, great," we thought, "double or triple time emergency weekend electrician rates - IF we can find someone." I searched online and found Dash Electric. I called the number listed and David, the owner, answered. I explained the situation. "Try turning the master breaker switch off, then back on," he suggested. This was unusual, I thought. "Why is this guy telling me ways that I could potentially fix the problem myself? How's he going to make any money that way?" I was expecting him to tell me that he'd have a technician out later that day, but it would cost me considerably more for "Sunday emergency service." On the contrary, David asked me to send him a picture of the main breaker box. I did. "That's a brand-new panel. Contact Edison directly" he suggested. I was amazed. A typical company could have made that "emergency run," charged $800-$1200++ and then conveniently found additional problems requiring return visits and more expense. I called Edison three times. 20 hours later, they finally corrected the problem (yes, it was on Edison's end) and home electricity was fully restored. I remember thinking, "Wow, an honest electrician! I bet I just saved a thousand dollars. Who else would have done that?" I messaged David thanking him. I told him that there were several small electrical jobs I'd like done when he had the time. He responded, we set a time, and he came out personally to do the work - a little rewiring, a couple of new switches, and a new light fixture. He wrote out the estimate, which was very fair, and began the work. Not only was the work done quickly and professionally, but the final bill was LESS than the estimate.
