Was not pleased with the sudden schedule change even though we briefly agreed on a time, but that's not to say they took care of the job right away, and then some. I recently purchased an Electric Vehicle and am awaiting the charging kit that we ordered separately. In the meantime, the vehicle does come with its own "trickle" charger that works off of regular current / plugs. So, as we are learning the ins and outs of this car, we decided to plug it in the Garage of course and let things run their course. As we waited, the surge kept popping the GFI / outlet. After several times of the same thing happening, I finally went to Yelp to find help and answers. Several people/companies reached out (and appreciate you all), but David with Dash Electric was pretty consistent and even texted to let me know he wanted to help. After several conversations so he could get a better idea and diagnosis, we went over what his recommendations were and some up-front pricing. Trying to save me some money to only do the work once, he even asked if there was any way to hold off until the main charger arrived. I let him know that I appreciated the option but was facing an unfortunate back order of the product and needed charge the vehicle at home with what the Manufacturer provided (trickle charger). So after a few minutes, I called him back and said I'd rather do it right and would like for him to come out and install a separate switch to the panel, that could accommodate the power. After finishing up another job locally, he came out and was able to install the new outlet that would no longer trip the circuit. He even made the recommendation of being able to use the same spot on the wall once the main charger arrives. I was pleased with the work, the communication and the price.
