This guy was print and super nice. He sounds like he is French but he is not. He showed up and I explained about how my dirtbag exroommate was coming in and eating my food. So I bought one of those "ReKey Kits" BAD IDEA! And took my complicated lock mechanism apart and pulled the cylinder out and all the pins fell everywhere. Daniel was like "No problem. Daniel was great! I got locked out of my place and I needed a locksmith to get in. He was very personable and got to my place within 30 minutes after I called him. With the kind of lock I had on my door, he needed to drill it out. He was very careful not to damage anything besides the replaceable part of the lock.
