Daniel the locksmith is fine. He came quickly enough, and got my car open deftly (my keys were locked in it). I give him 3.5/5 stars mostly because it was SO expensive. $75 plus travel fee to unlock my car? I've had another locksmith unlock my car for $30... read more

Called Daniel today bc our front door was sticking. He said he charged $40 to come check it out. He came the same day and was prompt. He immediately got to work and discovered an internal mechanism needed to be replaced. He had gotten it out of his van and had it working within 10 minutes. He then presented the fix to us and the price, did we want to proceed? Yes. He put in the screws to secure it and we paid him a reasonable price and he was gone. Lifetime warranty he said. Very pleasant experience. we Have him in our contacts for sure! read more

I was stranded in a parking lot for 4 hours because my son decided to stick a coffee stirrer in the car's key ignition . Daniel was recommended to me by a local shop and he saved my day!!! He has excellent customer service skills. He loved the challenge and didn't give up. He tried multiple ways to get my problem solved because he's that good and he understood my situation. He drove to my location and saved me the time and money from getting my car towed and possibly having to purchase a new ignition. It's very obvious that he enjoys his job and providing assistance to others. I renamed him Saint Daniel. Note to Daniel: I also wrote a review for the shop that recommended you, as promised :) . read more

Found my self without keys while boarding my flight back to Oakland from Atlanta. Luckily I was able to find Daniel via Yelp while using the in flight wifi. Daniel was very prompt in answering my phone call and even gave me a ball park quote over the phone without seeing my door. I made the call as soon as I got my bags from baggage check and he was able to meet at my house before the cab even dropped me off (turns out he had just finished dinner down the street). I was in my house with minutes of getting out of the cab from the airport. The entire experience quick and painless considering I flew across the country without keys to get in my house. I would highly recommend Daniel to anyone in need of a lock smith, he very knowledgeable and explained every step while unlocking my door. read more

I locked myself out on a Sunday morning and was in desperate need for a locksmith. I was hesitant at first thinking I can wait until my roommates came back home, but desperate times call for desperate measures. I called Daniel thanks to his already immaculate Yelp reviews. He picked up within 4 rings and showed up in less than 15 minutes, before than I can finish my weekly dose of SNL highlights. I immediately felt a sense of ease after shaking his hand, and looking at his drool-worthy toolbox I knew I was dealing with a professional. I thanked him for coming out on an early Sunday morning. "It's my job," he replied with the friendliest attitude I've ever seen from a service provider on a Sunday morning. Within 5 minutes of meeting him, I was in. I showed my proof of residence and he returned my card. We shook hands for what I hope will be the final time, and as I shut the I felt at home once again. read more
