We were in the mood for rotisserie chicken and Dando la Brasa ended up being a really good choice. The chicken was good, but honestly, the grilled vegetables were one of my favorite parts. They had that nice grilled flavor and we really enjoyed them. The chicken lasagna also caught our attention because I don't think I've seen that very often at this type of restaurant. Of course we had to try it, and we liked it! What I also liked about this place is that it doesn't feel like your typical quick rotisserie chicken spot. It's still casual, but the seating and overall atmosphere feel a little more elevated, so you can actually sit down and enjoy your meal. Service was quick and friendly, and it has a nice family atmosphere. Definitely a place I'd come back to when I'm craving rotisserie chicken, especially for those grilled veggies! read more

Dando la Brasa has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Miami. From the moment you walk in, the décor is stunning , thoughtfully designed and full of personality. It sets the tone for a dining experience that feels special. The chicken is outstanding, honestly some of the best I've had in Miami. Unfortunately my chicken arrived a cold, and when I asked them to warm it up, it dried out slightly. That said, the staff handled my request with grace and the service throughout was impeccable, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. What truly sets this place apart is the fresh juice menu. A wide variety of natural juices is a rare find in Miami, and I loved that. Add to that the lively atmosphere with screens for soccer matches, and you have a place that delivers on every level. Excellent value for the quality. Highly recommend, go hungry and enjoy every bite. read more

Stopped here again, this time specifically to try their weekday lunch specials (as suggested by other yelpers!). At about $13-$20, these specials are both delicious and a great value. Chicken or beef, most come with 2 sides. In summary, somebody here knows how to cook! Just sayin'. Service was very attentive too, even though the restaurant was really busy. read more

The food was definitely high quality and delicious. I think the menu is a little limited if you don't like chicken, or plainer starches. I didn't find anything dry or under seasoned, even though they were super busy (lunch on a weekday was packed, I'd call or book ahead). Beautiful and kinda small on the inside, cozy space. Will come back. The only mar is that the prices are not justified in my eyes... but that's me all over this city lol. read more

What an incredible find so close to Brickell! I loved our dinner at La Brasa. We had ceviche appetizer, very delicious and honestly enough for a small dinner. We had the steak skirt that came with 2 sides (we picked yucca and fries). Def a place I'd come back to. I heard they have great lunch specials. Great ambiance and service on point! read more

This place was very popular when I arrived for an impromptu lunch. Service was sweet and friendly. They offer very reasonably priced lunch specials. This place is known for their chicken so ofc I had to sample this for my first visit. I had their quarter chicken with two sides and choose their coleslaw and their mixed vegetables. This also comes with their broth. I was impressed and would definitely return. read more

As a Venezuelan girly I often crave some good pollo a la brasa, and I thought I had found my favorites in the city already until I tried Dando la Brasa. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection and the sauces they have for them are delicious, my absolute favorite being the aji amarillo. The sides were yummy, but the chicken outshined everything else. The ideal place for the perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside and for unbeatable prices. Try it yourself and thank me laterrr! read more

We decided to try this restaurant on our first night in Miami on June 26. It was an awesome dinner in large part because the service we received from our server, Ricardo, was beyond outstanding. He took time to explain all the various sauces especially what made them unique and different, and he guided us towards the food that we would enjoy. I highly recommend this restaurant and definitely plan to come back next time we're in town. read more

We came for lunch on a Thursday and they were decently busy. Their staff is very courteous and so great when helping us understand the menu. My favorite dish was the Socarrat Chicken. The chicken was so tender and savory on a bed of caramelized rice. Truly an unique dish. Paired with the plantains on the side, it was just exquisite. My friend had the burger and was bit disappointed that the meat was too charred, disrupting most of the burgers's flavor. Besides that, everything else was delicious. read more

Easy. Good. Fast. Bueno, bonito y barato. This hits the spot when I'm in a pinch and craving good food. The prices are reasonable, there is parking which is a plus! The service is good and mark is always friendly. Sangria is good and the ambiance is nice and comfy read more

Great reasonably priced restaurant. Friendly service laid back atmosphere. This place was recommended by the hotel manager where we stayed. It felt like a neighborhood restaurant with many locals. The chicken was popular and there was a large rotisserie churning them out. We chose the amarillo sauce per the servers recommendation. Included were two sides with the chicken order. We tried fries, vegetables, cole slaw, and plantaines. And each had a chicken order which could be a whole, half or quarter chicken and chosen as white or dark meat for the quarter size. The portions were large and the values was good. Recommend you try this place. You can't go wrong. read more

Last night We got takeout ordered the rotisserie chicken, which was really moist and tender. I couldn't decide on a mojo, so we ended up getting the sampler for an extra $5 I feel like the portions were pretty small for the upcharge, but if you're indecisive or want to try them all, it kind of makes sense. For sides, we got boiled yuca which was unfortunately on the harder side (usually it's way softer), and the plántanos with cheese only came with four pieces, which felt a bit skimpy and definitely not enough to satisfy a plantano craving. Overall though, the flavor of everything was tasty, just a few portion and texture things that could've been better. read more

A nice restaurant bustled right next to Brickell. If you are a carnivore this is the place for you! If you're a vegetarian... maybe not. Meat is their speciality here at Dando La Brasa and it's very cool to be able to see the chefs hard at work over an open grill. As a plant forward eater I found it a little hard to find a good plate for me. I ended up ordering the chicken fettuccini and it was very underwhelming. Very little actual sauce and not a lot of flavor to it. It also came with a small soup as I believe all the lunch specials do and the soup was just a light broth. I think if I come back I will ask for tequeños or some yucca. Still the lunch menu was plentiful and the restaurant was packed so this place is definitely worth checking out for any meat lovers. read more

Had an opportunity to visit again and I'm happy to say that they are just as good as our first visit! Service continues to be great, we opted to try the whole chicken on this visit and I must say I'm not a chicken lover but this chicken was amazing definitely recommend it! Our server also recommended the ENSALADA TIBIA DE BURRATA Y VEGETALES and that was top notch, highly recommend giving it a try if you are a burrata and roasted veggie lover as I am! read more

I had ordered from this place several times before, and it was just as good or more in person! We were craving this type of chicken after a long day at the beach. It's a nice casual spot in Brickell. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat us down quickly. We were a party of 5, and catered too immediately! We ordered some natural juices which were delicious! If you're into juices, get the Mango, you'll love it. We ordered 2 whole chickens which you can get with different sauces, and the chicken orders come with 2 sides each! We devoured our meal! The yuca fries were great, the rice, the beans, the avocado and the maduros were to die for! This is a great place for large groups, to eat amongst friends and to have the best service! I really can't wait to go back! read more

Came craving Peruvian Chicken; settled for their version of Venezuelan-Peruvian Chicken which was good -- but not spectacular - especially at $33 for a whole bird ( plus two sides), a whole chicken. Love this place! When in Miami we make a point to have lunch there before driving north. The chicken is juicy and tasty, they serve a powerful broth as an appetizer with your lunch order so it's perfect after a Miami party week! Their watercress salad is a meal on its own. Service is super friendly and quick. It is loud but fun great music, the decor is great with a huge wall of charcoal in the back. Be prepared to wait for the restroom as they only have two, it gets busy. read more

My wife and I have walked past Dando La Brasa countless times, always curious but never quite going in. Today we finally decided to give it a try, and it was one of the best decisions we've made! The 1/2 chicken a la brasa was the star of the show--juicy and incredibly flavorful. The sides of fried yuca and maduros with cheese were equally delicious. We also appreciated the freshness of the Hearts of Palms salad. Our host, Gredxander, was wonderful and truly enhanced our dining experience. After an intense day at the gym (90 minute class), errands & fasting I was a) completely starved and b) not feeling like heading out for nightlife & valet parking. I just wanted somewhere quiet to grab dinner and come back home to recharge #latestagegenerationx I had seen the "Coming Soon" signage for this restaurant and decided to check it out. Located in the heart of The Roads (aka where Coral Way is SW 3rd Avenue), Dando La Brasa even has a parking lot. The inside decor is a nice mix of wood accents; exposed concrete & landscaping along with an open kitchen. The music is downtempo jazz and the lighting is dim. The vibe works for either a date or solo dining. My waiter was super helpful in recommendations on the dishes and sauces (kudos for getting me an extra sauce sample for my chicken!) Speaking of the chicken, their headline is a Venezuelan and Peruvian style rotisserie chicken. Although the olive oil, lime juice, garlic and spices au jus of the chicken make it delicious on its own, I enjoyed it with both the Peruvian style ají amarillo sauce (it has nice kick) and the sweeter guava sauce. The sweet plantains sprinkled with cheese and Caramelized with a sugar sprinkling and black bean soup were great sides. Given my workout I was loathe to have dessert but in the end indulged their rich Nutella sweet pot and cup of espresso. It's definitely a great place for a solid and tasty dinner before continuing with your evening. read more

Fantastic find!!! This little place is located in an unassuming plaza just south of downtown Miami in the Little Havana area. We were staying at a rental across the street and decided to try it. So glad we did. The service was wonderful by Aneli and the rest of the very attentive staff. The place smelled so good and the food made it clear why. Everything was delicious! We had the short rib soup, the empanadas, the chorizo sausage, and plantains. Everything was so yummy. And the price was very reasonable for the area this restaurant is located. Almost cheap, honestly. Highly recommend!! read more

Beautiful little restaurant near our Tru Hilton Hotel in Brickel. Tuna Tonato appetizer was wonderful! Truly one of the best things I've ever eaten. Large portion which I ate as a meal. Review on take out order. I wanted to check out this new chicken place in the neighborhood so I made an order for take out. I ordered 1/2 chicken with yuca fries and maduros, fish aji amarillo ceviche, tequeños and short rib soup. I have to say everything tasted pretty good. Chicken was very tasty with your choice of mojo flavor. Yuca fries were a little dry but a good portion. Short rib soup was very good. It is a good option for when you feel under the weather. A nice broth with yams, corn and a piece of meat. The only compliant is that they forgot to give me the side of rice and avocado that comes with it. That was disappointing but the soup was delicious. Everything was nicely packed. I'm glad there is another good place in town for brasa. Will give it another try soon. read more

Foodies, I found your next chicken obsession. Dando La Brasa in Brickell, where they marinate their rotisserie chicken for 48 hours, and the flavor is unreal. We feasted on crispy Rotisserie Chicken Croquetas, cheesy Tequeños, and the ultimate Parrilla Mixta, plus their legendary rotisserie chicken. But the real game-changer? Their garlic sauce, ají amarillo, and guasacaca--trust me, you'll want to smother everything in them. It's a spot the whole family will love. The portions are perfect for sharing, and every bite is packed with bold, delicious flavors.
