Tried this place to get my ceviche fix and it did not live up to the hype. The service was friendly but not attentive - place was dead at 7pm, we were literally the only ones there (not a great sign but we already paid for parking), and if we needed anything we had to flag the server who was on her phone the whole time. The trio of ceviches were all pretty standard, but unfortunately a good portion of the corvina fish was chewy. We also tried the crispy cilantro rice salmon and acevichado roll and the rice was subpar on both - the crispy rice was super mushy inside and the acevichado rice ratio was too thick and overpowered the other ingredients. They were also heavy handed on the cream sauces, which further masked the fish. The fried shrimp inside the roll was actually very good, so I wish we'd gotten the causa ganadora. The space is small, but clean, and in a central location. Overall the food and service was disappointing, so don't think I'll be back. read more

I'm so glad Ceviches by Divino has one of their Miami locations right in my neighborhood. It's convenient to have a place within a walking distance whenever you are down for some Peruvian food. Tue location is small but cozy with humble and efficient service. They make me feel like I'm at home. The food is always hitting the right notes. I usually go for their lomo saltado, but this time I went for the aji amarillo ceviche with a side of tostones and the salmon poke bowl. They both were fresh and with a lot of flavors. To complement my food, I had their maracuya pisco sour which is not only delicious but at an unbeatable price point. Overall, their price-to-quality ratio is excellent. I really enjoyed this place which we found by accident. We were in town for Art Miami and didn't want to eat at their Cafe so asked a police officer where we could find some other places to eat. I like the fact that this place is Peruvian and Japanese fusion. They had a lot to choose from in terms of both cuisines. We wanted to spend some time before show at the Eden arch center to grab a bite to eat. This place was right around the corner and had great reviews. It did not disappoint. We tried two of the rolls which were divine. Top it off with the amazing deer that just was a pallet cleanser, and a tiny circus in your mouth of delightful flavor. Went back for what may become a tradition post Art Miami/Context Art Basel Sat afternoon. We enjoyed it so much more this time. We started with the crispy rice w ? and then we had the corvina ceviche spicy which was very good and different and then we had the pollo saltado which was pretty good but again forgot they fried the small cubes of chicken which is unnecessary and more than 50% of the dish was French fries so very little protein but to be fair, we did not ask them to replace the French fries so that's our fault but it had very little protein in it but it tasted good. We came here for a late lunch. It is a small restaurant on the ground floor of a modern high-rise. They have lovely indoor and outdoor seating and comfy decor. Our server was excellent. We had the ceviche sampler which has small portions of three types of ceviche. There is a fish option and a seafood option. My partner is allergic to shellfish and after informing our server of this, she made sure to tell us the dish had a marinade/sauce that was made with mussels in case he was allergic to mollusks as well. There is another review where someone had an allergic reaction to the food so be sure to let the staff know before you order so they can advise you on the ingredients. The ceviche was delicious! We also shared one of the sushi rolls (Jalea roll) which was beautifully plated but nothing to write home about. The strength of the kitchen is clearly the ceviche. They have an attractive cocktail menu and also desserts. Would return for more ceviche! We came late Sunday night. The restaurant is located in downtown under a residential building. There's street parking and valet parking. As it was our first time coming here, our server Vanesa, gave us great recommendations. We ordered the croquetas de pulpo, and the ceviches Divino, Salmon apaltado and ají amarillo. My new go-to lunch spot! Let me start by saying how wonderful the entire staff is. Amazing service, our server was extremely attentive, sweet, genuine and most importantly truly knew what she was talking about! She recommended a bunch of different bites that we took her word for and she did not disappoint! I've been here twice in the past month The first time was so good I got the ceviche mix platter which includes 3 types of ceviche. And the maracuya drink, it was good. The second time I ordered to go, we spend over 80+ on a to go order just to go upstairs and have the cheap cups break as soon as we got upstairs. Since we spent over 80+ and I really wanted my drinks, we called to see if they could make an exception and maybe replace them since it was just upstairs and they put them inside a BROWN PAPER BAG?! Instead of handing them in hand. The manager said it wasn't their responsibility (obviously it's not) but if you have any type of good customer service you could replace a drink which where in very cheap cups. Whenever we go to a show at the Arsht Center we always try to go earlier, so we can get a bite to eat before the show and also avoid traffic and issues with parking. Around there you don't have many choices but yesterday I have found my absolute favorite for now, this is Ceviche by Divino, it is only one block from the Arsht Center, it is a very small place, nothing fancy, it is like a Gastropub with new fresh and exciting Peruvian food, I LOVED IT !!!!! We tried the Ceviche Mixto (Corvina and seafood) really good and then some Tapas, the Crispy Cilantro Rice with Salmon, Porkbelly and the Causa Ganadora, OMG .......... these were soooooooooo good and to finish we had Lucuma fruit ice cream with some sort of dumplings, very fresh and super tasty. Not for my taste. - service is "not impressed at all": you have to ask for everything (napkins pls, plates pls, if you spill anything ..our waiter saw it but did not acknowledge..so I have to clean it myself with my own napkins that I had in my bag and ask to take it away..pls!!) They bring you water in a regular glassware, no straws!!! We are still in "Life with Covid" stage.. that was odd! Other places have all plastic or paper made utensils/straws..and even spices in a different tiny packages so you know that no one touches anything before and after you. But our waiter checked on us during our dinner..to make sure we are ok. Our food was served in a timely manner (not slow at all). Presentation of food is pretty good as well. I came to this location as I usually have in the past. I sat there with my husband for about 10 mins, while I had to ask for a menu and be told that it did not have the prices, either way i said that was fine. Then 2 additional couple came in after us, and they were taken care of right away, while I was still waiting to be offered at least water. At this point I stood up and told the other waitress I had arrived before the other 2 tables, sitting right across from the counter and the place is tiny, so its not like they couldn't see me.
