My husband and I were looking for a place to have breakfast and stumbled across Daisy Dukes. The place itself is clean and bright. They have toys for kids to play with, which is a great idea. I got the breakfast burrito and a side of bacon. And my husband got the chicken biscuit with Tasso gravy. The gravy didn't look appealing, but it was delicious! The chicken had a very tasty batter, and the biscuit was pretty good as well. The burrito was smaller than expected, but it did taste great! Overall we enjoyed the meal and would come back if we were in the

It's my second visit. Ordered the quinoa breakfast bowl. It comes with 2 eggs as you like them prepared and 4 healthy slices of avocado. I added ham for an up charge. Tasty sriracha sauce makes it delicious.

The bowls were good in the moment but unfortunately we were both turned ill that evening with symptoms of food poisoning(we think from the eggs which we both had that day). I have visited here numerous times before but cannot say I will be returning soon:(

Great breakfast and friendly staff makes this one a keeper. They serve breakfast and lunch with a good selection of healthy and not so healthy choices. They have good eggs benedict dishes and banana pancakes that are delicious. They also have a traditional breakfast with 2 eggs, grits or hash browns, sausage, hot sausage, or ham, and your choice of bread. I have not eaten here for lunch yet, but will definitely be back!

Daisy Dukes in Mandeville has an excellent bar/server staff. The menu is great and the food is excellent. This restaurant has special events often, and have been adhering to all Covid guidelines. Brunch here is awesome especially if you like a good mimosa or bloody marry. If you like good food and great people, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed.

This week was my first time ever eating at Daisy Dukes and I was blown away!!! I ordered the oatmeal parfait and it was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back! If you have a big sweet tooth and like to start your day with a sweet, breakfast option... I highly recommend the oatmeal parfait. It seems like a fairly easy recipe to follow so I'm gonna try to recreate it at home

I certainly appreciate them making it work. Crazy Pig has an excellent menu for breakfast with lots of different options We went on a Sunday morning I got one of the omelettes I think mine was the lean omelette Everything comes with bread and or biscuit I can't eat bread or biscuit so our waiter offered me avocado and tomatoes, which were a perfect choice to go with my omelette Most restaurant places that I've been to usually just remove the item without offering a substitution I was so happy with the alternate options I spoke with the owner to let her know that I appreciate having the tomato and the avocado instead of the bread and the biscuit. Then she told me that they just had a class on food allergies This is really exceptional that a restaurant is taking up their own initiative to learn about food allergies so that they can service their customers with better care While the food is definitely excellent with the capacity to offer different options for the different dietary needs that people have and the staff is educated, I just wish that they had better coffee at the Mandeville location like a cappuccino or a café latte Still an excellent choice

We were greeted by a wonderful young lady who looked around at all the empty tables and said, "Sit anywhere!" We looked around at all the available tables and chose a round four seater by the door. As we were sitting down, an older lady who appeared to be the manager said not that one! You have to sit at a square table. I looked around and only four of the 12 tables in the room had guests. I asked why and she said it is a rule because if a group of five or more come in they need the round table. I looked at three large round empty tables that could seat five or more. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and she replied she is not here and walked off. We went to a square table and had our meal. Only two other people came in while we were there and the same lady told them to sit anywhere. The food was good, the young people who served us were excellent but the manager was rude, devoid of any concept of the importance of good customer service and unyielding in her effort to follow her rule. Had I been alone, I would have left. I definitely will not go back.

Liz came by the table to say hi to my mother in law and to meet us all. I started my meal with a spicy Bloody Mary and then had the Seafood Scramble with Spicy Hollandaise and a side of Cheesy Grits. The scramble had a good amount of eggs and seafood and the sauce had a nice level of seasoning. I would've loved to have the biscuit that came but I saved it for my son since he can eat gluten. That biscuit looked soft and fluffy. I loved my egg dish. My son had a Cheeseburger with Sweet Potato Fries and my brother in law had the Grilled Cheese and Crab Sandwich. They both looked great and apparently were delicious. The Shrimp and Grits and Debris Eggs Benedict were awesome too. We will definitely be back on our next trip if not another day this week.

Beyond that, the food and service are simply perfect every time. I enjoyed some small plates last night, including an espresso martini, the tuna crisp and the soup de jour: tomato basil. Everything was served at the perfect temp, cold for drinks and crisp and piping hot for the soup. The martini was standalone and had the perfect hints of chocolate essence and level of sweetness. It was more coffee than liqueur which I loved and the drink was pleasant without it tasting too much like the spirit. I do mine with gin and they always do such a great job. The tuna crudo was good, and presented so nice with a pour-over of the agua chile tableside. I do feel like it was missing some spice and salt, leaving it to fall a bit flat. However it was incredibly fresh! The soup was a perfect way to end my night, light enough but also filling. So creamy and good. A major thank you and recognition for Nathan.
