I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who have to work full shifts in these conditions. This is not only uncomfortable for customers but also unfair to the staff. We stayed for only about 5 minutes and had to leave, even though we came specifically to buy a bag and a dress. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. I was trying to get the attention of someone on the floor, but apparently they were all busy. I had to go and find someone to help me. He said someone will be there shortly. No one came by to help me, I waited for like 10 minutes and walked away. I also wanted to buy a bike for myself. Always wanted to have a bicycle, looked at the prices and they had a great selection of bikes, however, they were expensive. I walked to the register, and out of probably 18 registers, only 5 were open. The line moved quickly though. I ended up buying a gift card and left. They have clothes, electronics, home goods, dishes, glasses, utensils, Starbucks inside, huge section for food/beverages, decor, furniture..(both for home and patio), baby toys, clothes, shoes, detergent, games, sporting goods, accessories, books, magazines, bags/purses, bedding, towels, CD/DVD section and a whole lot more.. If it wasn't for the baby registry, I wouldn't have gone to Target. Have shopped there before, and bought few clothes. Fabric is CHEAP, prices according to the stuff that they sell, is pretty reasonable and affordable. This is a very BIG store. Store was nicely organized and clean.. The lady in front of me had bought two and the guy before her bought two was well. They tried to say the lady was with her daughter who was like 9 years old and they counted her as a paying guest. So if I came here with my 4 kids would they have sold me 5 of the squeezy???!!! I don't think so. If policy states only one per guest then the lady should have been sold only one!!! But of course since I'm a minority I wasn't given that special treatment. Target you need to treat every guest the same. This isn't the first time I've been mistreated or ignored at Target!!!

This is a very big store and has it's own parking lot right in the front. I needed some bed sheets, pillow cases, one fitted queen size sheet, and that was about it. You know how it goes. Not only did I find what I was looking for, I also found some other things that I liked and could picture them in my home. I got this cute decor for my bathrooms, small round candle holder and a beige color candle. Also for my bathroom. A black color stand that you can put flowers, plants, I also saw this beautiful solid wood breakfast/lunch/dinner tray that you can enjoy in bed or anywhere else. Got 2 Febreze's, different scents, shoulder cover plastic that can protect your clothes from getting dusty & dirty. I also needed 2 soap dispensers and found exactly what I was looking for. On my way out, I was going down the escalators when a male started coming behind me quickly and stopped behind me. He was too close and I said whoa, he said excuse me and I was really uncomfortable. There's a security gaurd at the bottom by the door but there is a huge white pole obstructing the view from the doors and security while you're on the escalator. The guy was acting shady so close to me and I was prepared to scream for help. I went fast down the escalator to get off and then he hung back but asked me if he can ask me a question and I said no I don't answer questions and I quickly went through the security. The shady guy did not follow me out and stayed inside and he looked like he went back up the escalator. I don't know if I misread the situation or not, and I rushed out so quick but in hindsight maybe I should have alerted security but I wanted to get away as fast as possible. Anyways, if you are going to visit this location be careful and aware of your surroundings. I think the security should stand in a better position that he can see both the door and the escalators.

Many nice handbags and backpacks were spotted. I cam for workout equipment, specifically kettlebells, but I didn't see any and their section was disappointing. Luckily, I walked out with new gym clothing which worked out for me as not a waste of a visit. Value for the gym clothes was reasonable I found three pairs of workout pants/capri and paid under $40.

The woman working that day -- black hair, glasses -- told me she couldn't help without a receipt and refused to take the chain back. I left upset and disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount of money. I decided to return on Tuesday and speak with Helen, who originally sold me the chain. She immediately looked at my bank statement, took the chain back without hesitation, and processed a credit to my card on the spot. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond reminded me why she has been there for 16 years. If you need assistance, ask for Helen. She is exceptional, knowledgeable, and truly understands customer service. I highly recommend her.

It felt messy and unorganized, which just significantly screws the browsing experience that Marshall's is known for. The real problem was at the checkout. Despite a very long line--easily over two dozen people--there was only one cashier working. Meanwhile, I observed lots of other workers walking around the floor who were not helping to reduce the growing line! Waiting that long for a single purchase is frustrating and shows a lack of attention to customer service and operational efficiency. I hope management addresses the staffing at the registers soon.
