The store gets my loyalty for the sophisticated clothing cut for the short-statured man, and as much to Freddie G's styling and fit advice and careful treatment. I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. Once my order arrived the quality of the shirt exceeded my expectations, I will definitely order again. And will make time to visit their store in the near future. A+.

We stopped by after work so the rush hour was a bit crazy but made it in time before they closed! We had to loop around since they don't have a designated parking lot and all the street parking was basically full. Managed to find a spot about a block away and not bad of a walk at all. We were mainly here for the Baldur's Gate 3 blind bags for the beautiful oversized d20's but checked out all the other cool stuff they have here! I believe the owner is Mandie and she was super sweet and had great energy when my bf and I dropped by! We managed to pull a Rare (Mizora) and a Rare (Halsin) which was really cool from just buying two packs. They have other cool merch like pokemon, final fantasy, dnd, and even some anime stuff. Highly recommend checking this shop out and supporting local businesses! Great place to buy a gift for anyone. Prices are a bit more than retail but nothing too crazy. Looks like they also have events like card games and art showcases. I know they recently had a Baldur's gate 3 signing which is amazing! Looking forward to dropping by again! IG: @ammysalamii

Such a fast response and excellent quote for the emergency alterations needed. I am very grateful!…read moreShe was able to alter my jeans before flying out on vacation to see my first grandbaby. The job she did was incredible. You can't even tell the difference. Levi's "Short" inseams are really "Regular" size inseams. Clearly she had to remove a good three inches of length to each pant leg. Her prices are great, too. I plan on returning with my other denim jeans to ensure she shortens those, too! Prices are great for the QUALITY of work, hospitality and not to mention the emergency work needed. I will definitely be back! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The woman working that day -- black hair, glasses -- told me she couldn't help without a receipt and refused to take the chain back. I left upset and disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount of money. I decided to return on Tuesday and speak with Helen, who originally sold me the chain. She immediately looked at my bank statement, took the chain back without hesitation, and processed a credit to my card on the spot. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond reminded me why she has been there for 16 years. If you need assistance, ask for Helen. She is exceptional, knowledgeable, and truly understands customer service. I highly recommend her.

I was disappointed with this H&M location at Westfield Fashion Square. The store itself is…read moreconvenient, but the assortment felt very limited compared with many H&M stores I have visited in Europe. What was most frustrating is that several clothing lines and styles that are widely available in European H&M stores were not represented here at all. The selection felt too small and not very inspiring, especially if you are used to the broader variety, better seasonal collections, and more interesting pieces available in larger H&M locations. I hope this store expands its assortment in the future, because the location has good potential, but at the moment the shopping experience felt underwhelming.
