Then saw him on his cellphone. Wanted to take a photo of him, but he was looking straight at me. I wasn't looking for anything in particular, but there was this perfume that I have bought from them in the past, and it's coming to an end. Few more sprays, and I am done. It's called Boulangerie. They have 4 to 5 different scents and they all smell very clean, nice and soothing. Was looking for someone to help me and one of their associates wanted to know what I was looking for. I told him about the perfume, and he said they no longer carry that, and showed me other types of perfumes that came in sprays. Also smelled nice and pleasantly clean. Saw couple of skirts and a nice blouse. Another associate started me with the dressing room. They have 4 to 5 dressing rooms. It was super clean along with the store. Also some funky music playing overhead. Urban Outfitters has everything from accessories, clothes, socks, shoes/boots/ a special section for calendars, vinyls, belts, hats, perfumes, lotions, candles, a special room for their clearance items which was very messy and disorganized. Clothes were on the floor, and they were super short in staff. The guy who helped me was running the whole store all by himself & didn't even see him complain. Not even once. IS THAT FAIR TO HIM?? Hire more people. Store is very BIG!! They also carry things by high end designers. Prices are expensive, has a huge parking lot shared with other businesses and I left without buying anything. It can definitely be a great store, if they hire more people and keep their store cleaner.

They were very kind and helpful. Right away they told me that they had some items on sale if I was interested. I thanked them and went about my day looking for a pair of skinny jeans and leggings. I found 2, one of each and they got me inside their dressing room. I tried both items, it was a bit tight on me. Prices were reasonable and affordable. I felt a bit disappointed because I liked them both very much. Store and the dressing rooms were very clean, & organized. Will definitely return next time I go to the mall. Conveniently located inside the mall on the 2nd and 1st floor. They have a lot of different clothes, accessories to choose from. Even for little children. The brand doesn't listen to consumers when it comes to deliverables of merch coming in basics colors like: BLACK, WHITE, NAVY, GREY and RED. The color selection now is sherbets for spring but try and find shorts w/ tees and tanks in basics? You can't! Try calling the store and getting a live person to pick up? You won't! On a positive note: they still hem their overly long items for FREE! So I guess they are fine with allowing Vuori and Alo to take over their share of the market since they seem to be backing out of it through these cost cutting measures? When we walked inside the store, a worker greeted us right away and asked if we needed any help. My wife said she was just exchanging so he told us where the cashier station is. The women working the cashier was very helpful with my wife and tried to find the exact pant that she wanted in a different size. They didn't have it so she helped my wife do a online order and basically honor the price of when she got it on sale. We had a great experience here today.

Well, the lady at the fitting room was not happy when I replied "sadly, not" when she asked if they worked out. I gave them back and proceeded to checking out the cute Halloween items. I ultimately left the store without buying anything but the alarm went off as I was leaving. I went back inside and told the same woman I had nothing on me; she began communicating with other staff via their headpiece, saying stuff like "she doesn't have anything, she's carrying a water bottle, iWatch and her purse." So I started to walk out again but she walked behind me so I stopped again and told her I have NOTHING and she looked at my purse, which is a small 9x6x2 crossbody I jokingly opened it and she leaned in to check it. At this point, a male was approaching us and all I said was "this is ridiculous" and left. I was profiled and disrespected. Instead of them apologizing and wishing me a good day a second person came? Not okay at all. This was a very unpleasant experience and I will never set foot on that store ever again.

I let her know what I was there for, and she immediately scanned the item to see if they had my size in stock. They did, and she took me over to help me find it right away. I did need to try it on and she lead me to the fitting room. Once I knew the size fit I can out and she let me know she'd be happy to help me make the exchange when I was ready. I looked around the store a bit more, then made my way to the register where she helped me make the exchange and even gave me a new bag for my new size. It was a very pleasant experience. This location is pretty big and spacious, and they've got a good variety of different types of clothes here. I also like that they are VERY organized! I perused their sale racks this evening and was impressed with how neat and orderly they were. Much better than some other sale/clearance racks I've seen at some other stores in this mall. Sales associates appeared to be very friendly. I saw one kindly helping a customer in the jewelry section, and another greeted me as she was organizing clothing near the section I was looking at. Overall, pretty good store. I have no complaints about it!
