I do not come to this Target much unless it's like a last minute situation and if I'm in the area, like this past Sunday. I was across the street and needed to get some prune juice for my daughter so I stopped by this Target. I found parking just fine since it's in a decent size plaza. The moment you walk inside, you'll see the Starbucks on the right hand side next to the exit and the cashier station is also on the right, in front of Starbucks. This location still does not have any self checkout station but they have more cashier station open than other Target stores. I prefer and like the self checkout station because it make things convenient for me. The produce area is down toward the right side of the store. I used the Target mobile app to find the aisle the prune juice would be at but it wasn't very helpful. I found it on the back wall. They should really update the app. I found what I needed and paid at the cashier check out. The guy was nice with me and I didn't have any issues. read more

I was a victim of discrimination! Went here early with my wife to get the new squeezy duck to buy for our kids. There was already a line formed so we waited patiently like everyone else. Everyone was buying the two that they had for sale. When it was my turn to buy two of them the guy at the register said it was only one per customer. The lady in front of me had bought two and the guy before her bought two was well. They tried to say the lady was with her daughter who was like 9 years old and they counted her as a paying guest. So if I came here with my 4 kids would they have sold me 5 of the squeezy???!!! I don't think so. If policy states only one per guest then the lady should have been sold only one!!! But of course since I'm a minority I wasn't given that special treatment. Target you need to treat every guest the same. This isn't the first time I've been mistreated or ignored at Target!!! read more

What a great experience with Samual in the Liquor department. So knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. It was so nice to interact with such a kind young man .. Then I had the pleasure of checking out with Edwin the cashier who was hired for holiday help. If you can I would keep him on regularly. Again a pleasant helpful young man. Every time I visit the store I wanna upgrade my review but the experience just sucks. They're never prepared. Poor management. They have 10+ customers in each of the seven check stands that are open, but you've got 10 employees standing in the old self-checkout area doing nothing but gossiping. PROS * They're still open and people are employed * Ample parking CONS * They often don't have enough carts inside. * Employees are often standing around, not really being of service to customers. * Dirty floors * Most of the general items in the pharmacy area are locked up. You have to use an alert system and wait for a staff person to unlock the item. * Too many non service dogs. People just want to walk around with their casual pet off leash. read more

UPDATE: Still no fraud resolution from Target Circle Mastercard after over 90 days. Out of pocket almost $100 due to autopay (my oversight) with no decision in sight. They refuse to return the funds until the investigation is complete. Know that this card company does not value your business and proceed accordingly. I will be canceling my card and never shopping at Target again, regardless of the resolution. ZERO STARS! As if we don't need any more reasons to boycott Target, I have just been held responsible and charged for almost $100 worth of fraudulent transactions to my Target Circle Mastercard pending their investigation, which has been going on since July. Never in my 40 years of using cards has a credit card company held me responsible for fronting the money for fraudulent charges while they investigate. I am livid. We hit the 90 day mark by the end of this month, but no guarantee of resolution by then. Just know that this company will take money out of your pocket that you did not authorize if you receive fraudulent charges to your account and plan accordingly. I have been a Target customer for decades. I will be cancelling my card and never setting foot in a Target again after this experience. Congratulations on losing another customer. Definitely one of the better Target locations in terms of upkeep. The layout has been a little odd at times, not the best displays or product placement on end caps or main isles, but it's a Target nonetheless! North Hollywood's OG location to be exact, on the corner of Victory Blvd and Vineland Avenue, beyond Fuguya Sushi, Foster's Donuts, a former Payless, and multiple other small businesses. Endless amounts of parking and multiple lot entrances and exits from either end. Being next to the Victory Vineland Park and Community Center I've seen a lot of people come in and grab some things for a day at the park, snacks, equipment, beverage, etc... But also see the regular Target goers partake in that one item that turns into ten or more, their grocery list, health and care essentials, starbucks fix, pharmacy needs and all the things you will find at NoHo's east side location. It's a pretty wide and big store, plenty of employees on the floor and at check out. I rarely do self checkout at this store as a usual bottle of vino or pack of beverages requiring me to be born March 14, 2003 or older w/ the identification to verify that... But can confirm self checkout has been down a few times (not all the time) at this location. It seems like they eventually get it up again. Q Tip: No purchasing alcohol an hour before close... So make that purchase before 9PM. I can't tell you how many times I've done this, hoping they would change the policy, so leaving this as a helpful note. read more

This is the "newish" target on Laurel Canyon. First its a bit smaller than most, for example there was no sporting goods. this morning (11/26/2025) i used self checkout, when leaving the alarms went off so i turned Round and went back to hVe security tags taken off. This is irritating because one very chatty person was working in self checkout, going on about what she buys at costco versus walmart when she could of been proactive in making sure i would not get home w a security tag! her only job was to sell those valuable 10 cent bags. I'm a busy woman with zero passion on writing review especially in these days when customer service is non existing,however today was an exception.my daughter and I were in north hollywood branch target on vineland and victory and we were blessed to be helped with young lady name SAM in customer service ,she had purple hair and she's 23 years of age ,she went above and beyond to help us ,extra mile and all,we had a shock especially in these days we as CUSTUMERS help ourselves,we hv been shopping in thise branch over 30 years it's our naighbor hood store ,it's home for us .but Sam made it even homy,she must be recognized for her extra mile type of an service ,how?that's entirely up to management ,as for me and my daughter we'll be looking for her next time when we r gna be in store probably in few days,lol thank you lovely Sam ,every time we look at the vase we'll be talking and praying for you read more

I placed an online order for a few items and picked it up in store. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and there are mariscos and birria on Victory. Favio retrieved my order; he was very helpful and quick. I'd definitely return to shop because it's a nice location and more of a Targét inside. read more

This isn't my home Target and I think it's my first time ever shopping here but I was on the hunt for some very specific Pillsbury Reese's peanut butter cookies (I make all of my cookies from scratch and when I couldn't find them I thought I'd just bake the pb cookie portion myself but really wanted to make them exactly as I'd seen with this fun little recipe and store bought) and other goodies to recreate Halloween cookie treats. Ralph's and other grocery stores didn't carry these and I found out Target did. This was the only location anywhere near by to have the item in stock. I hightailed it over here Friday evening so I could ensure my dessert of choice was made after dinner :) So thankful they had what I needed and only about 15min from home. I'd definitely recommend checking stock inventory online if you're in the area as this was a perfectly fine location to shop at. read more

Not gonna lie this target sucks. I already try not to shop at target in general since they rolled back DEI, so I only go here when I absolutely have to but every experience at this store makes a point of punishing me for that, which makes it easier to adhere to my moral principles I guess. Not only are the prices astronomical, they don't ever turn on their self checkout stands, so the lines to check out are also astronomical. No shade to the staff because the blame falls on management, but they're stretched thin and it shows. Lots of the merchandise is locked up in a sad pathetic cage so you need to have to battle every other customer in hunting down an employee to unlock it for you. That would be more of a problem if they actually had product in stock. The makeup section is dismal, expect lots of empty shelves advertising inventory that once was, a husk of an ulta counter. I will say, it could be worse. The employees are mostly quite nice, but please be gentle on them. They're clearly going through a lot since their employer is gutterbutt. read more

This store is the worst. Not only did they remove their self checkout area and leave us at the mercy of rude, slow employees, they have now locked virtually every product behind glass and provided bells that don't work to call over employees who don't either. Shopping at this store is a miserable experience. It's just a matter of time before they death spiral and close - and good riddance. They clearly hate their customers. I'll just shop on Amazon. Still my least favorite Target. Lost my phone in the store and there was one very nice associate at the customer service desk who called it for me. However, her coworkers started interrupting our convo and giving her a hard time to get back to work. Left me alone to find my phone. After about 15 minutes of frantically looking, I found it. Checked out with $268 worth of merchandise, no "thank you" or "have a nice day" just rude cashiers. I found a gift card in a cart as well and turned it in and the male associate just threw it in the trash, didn't even check a balance on it. I want to point out that the same associate was at the fitting rooms and did not instruct anyone that they could only take 5 items, she just waved them to go ahead into a room. Also the aggressive kid outside asking for donations went from asking for money for a basketball to a $1 to feed the hungry and then this time stated it's for a class trip lol. read more

I love this Target, the only thing that always dissapointed is the attitude and behavior of the old red headed lady at the fitting rooms. She is so slow and doesnt pay attention, she creates the biggest line without a clue that theres so many fitting rooms available. My 11 yr old daughter was in a fitting room 15 mins before the rooms should bw closed and the lady put 2 big racks of clothes infront of the entrance right in my face so i moved onw and she said "im closing!" So i raised my voice too and told her my daughter is still in there!!! She has no people skills, shes just there to do her job and get her check. I really hope she gets switched soon because she makes trying on clothes very irritating, happens every single time. I rather grab a bunch of clothes and buy them just so i can try them on at home nd return what doesnt fit, atleast at home ill be confortable! read more

I MISS TARGET SO MUCH! Allow me to explain. Target attempted to move into Canada around 10 years ago. Sadly, they did not try to do it gradually to see how they did. They bought every old Zeller's store they could get their hands on, then messed up the expansion badly. There was never any merchandise on the shelves (hope they fired the supply chain coordinator), and what we did have was priced at high Canadian prices, when people had hoped we'd see those great US Target prices. Nope. Approximately 2 1/2 years after opening, they left the Canadian market, probably never to return. SOOOOO... every time I get to the states, I hit up Target for cheap fashion, home goods, etc. I found a couple cute shirts here, and OMG with the home goods! This store has an expansive selection, and I was squeeeeeing all over myself. I found a pair of navy blue velvet pillows in the exact color I needed for my living room (that I haven't been able to find up north). Also, a couple fake plants, some candles, and oodles of cool decor. Plus some U.S. groceries that we can't get up north. There. I feel better. :) read more

My neighborhood Target! In the same parking lot as a Thai and Japanese restaraunt, which is cool. Placed an order at the Thai place and picked up my food after shopping. Just went recently, amidst another lockdown/covid panic. The toilet paper and paper towel aisles were empty but luckily I just needed some cleaning supplies. Got most everything I needed and got in line. Didn't realize there was a mega line and tried to get in one of the lines. Got shamed by one of the customers in the mega line and went to stand in the megaline. It was long they had workers organzing and guiding, so it went fairly fast. Overall a good Target, will definitely be back but will maybe avoid until panic calms down! read more

This target has been great in customer service. Whenever you need help or waiting to get supplies for the house you are in good hands. The disappointment is they do not carry the green dot and I needed to use that readable can't. They only carried the gift cards and I was in a hurry and got the gift can't. I getting back on my feet. I needed reload able cats. I always look around in different products but I also pay attention to what Ty y they care and is important for me. I would hope that target would have more products for their customers. I always like to know which target is good I'm going there for basic grocery shopping. read more

I usually stick to my local target 5 minutes from my house but after my experience I will be driving the extract 15 minutes for this location! It has a much bigger selection and it's much better organized. But the cherry on top was the service from Brittney! I had the longest list of groceries and she helped me find everything! It was my first time there and she made sure I could find everything I needed and gave me a walk through of the store so I would know where everything's at for my next visit!
