Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Since I didn't have a clue what I was there for, I eventually saw a few items that I didn't need, but wanted. In addition to that, they were on sale and had good discounted items. I had to go for it and make a purchase. This is a big Ross. 2 levels. Mens department along with other stuff are on the 2nd floor, women's are on the 1st floor. They also have an elevator inside the store which is a HUGE plus for many people.Store was clean and well organized. I saw a few items that caught my eye. Got an LED Candle set, 4 blouses, 2 frames 4x6 each one was $1.00, 2 sprays Yankee brand, pink sand scent, summer open toe slippers & a small travel pack pillow cases which came in 2. I was very content & happy with my purchases and the total came out to around $50 plus tax. Check out process was fast and quick. They had 3 registers open and everyone was doing what they were supposed to do. Big Parking space shared with few other businesses. I love how they are open super late.

There were fans running, but they were clearly not enough to make the environment bearable, especially with the temperature outside being around 100°F. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for the employees who have to work full shifts in these conditions. This is not only uncomfortable for customers but also unfair to the staff. We stayed for only about 5 minutes and had to leave, even though we came specifically to buy a bag and a dress. I was trying to get the attention of someone on the floor, but apparently they were all busy. I had to go and find someone to help me. He said someone will be there shortly. No one came by to help me, I waited for like 10 minutes and walked away. I also wanted to buy a bike for myself. Always wanted to have a bicycle, looked at the prices and they had a great selection of bikes, however, they were expensive. I walked to the register, and out of probably 18 registers, only 5 were open. The line moved quickly though. I ended up buying a gift card and left. They have clothes, electronics, home goods, dishes, glasses, utensils, Starbucks inside, huge section for food/beverages, decor, furniture..(both for home and patio), baby toys, clothes, shoes, detergent, games, sporting goods, accessories, books, magazines, bags/purses, bedding, towels, CD/DVD section and a whole lot more.. If it wasn't for the baby registry, I wouldn't have gone to Target. Have shopped there before, and bought few clothes. Fabric is CHEAP, prices according to the stuff that they sell, is pretty reasonable and affordable. This is a very BIG store. Store was nicely organized and clean.. The lady in front of me had bought two and the guy before her bought two was well. They tried to say the lady was with her daughter who was like 9 years old and they counted her as a paying guest. So if I came here with my 4 kids would they have sold me 5 of the squeezy???!!! I don't think so. If policy states only one per guest then the lady should have been sold only one!!! Many nice handbags and backpacks were spotted. I cam for workout equipment, specifically kettlebells, but I didn't see any and their section was disappointing. Luckily, I walked out with new gym clothing which worked out for me as not a waste of a visit. Value for the gym clothes was reasonable I found three pairs of workout pants/capri and paid under $40.

The woman working that day -- black hair, glasses -- told me she couldn't help without a receipt and refused to take the chain back. I left upset and disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount of money. I decided to return on Tuesday and speak with Helen, who originally sold me the chain. She immediately looked at my bank statement, took the chain back without hesitation, and processed a credit to my card on the spot. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond reminded me why she has been there for 16 years. If you need assistance, ask for Helen. Both my husband and I asked for her to show us where it was broken and she refused to open it.. if it's broken, why not open it? Oh that's right, because it was brand new. She said "this is her store and she knows her products" yeahhhh right!!! She also proceeded to tell us to take our item back to Canoga and return it there as she won't accept it And walked away. Uh what?! Just WOW. I'm blown away that this woman is employed with such a BAD attitude. I shop at Marshall's a lot and I'm scared to go back to the store now. Might have to take my money elsewhere. Overall, a manager came up to the front and of course, accepted our return. I'm not done with this. You cannot treat people like this. I'm calling management tomorrow and corporate. I had to take five dresses at a time the fitting room attendant was giving me five at a time I probably tried on like 10-15 wedding guest dresses. She was helpful and nice at first but also when I saw her and the manager in the fitting room when I walked in I immediately got judgmental vibes. From the raging bitches like they were talking about me and my appearance in their foreign language I felt like they were gossiping about me it was quite obvious. I asked the attendant to help me find dresses in the required colors for the wedding and in a bigger size and she found one pretty dress but in the wrong color. I asked for a lace dress I found in a bigger size which she had told me didn't exist and made me search the plus size section on my own walking without help knowing full well I was in pain. She told me every dress looked good on me when it didn't and the Hispanic lady gave me honest opinions. I'm not even gonna speak on the body con dress they gave me that showed my whole crotch! NOPE NEXT! So I accidentally got makeup on one ill fitting pink dress which they saw and were forcing me into buying it! Is had a budget and couldn't afford it. Just tried it on for size. They were being cruel and trying to make me buy a dress I had no intention of buying. I get it you break it you buy it but that was unprofessional! I offered to clean it i asked for water hand sanitizer and a paper towel they didn't give me water and refused to let me into the bathroom I got the stains out with the towel and sanitizer! The manager came back to bang my door again and I heard some customers talking shit after the manager asked me a stupid question "Why are you trying on clothes if you don't know your size?" I was crying and the other women said "I am a loyal customer I don't need to try things on here to know my size I can go home and return it if it doesn't fit blah blah blah" and saying the same thing as the manager and I called her out for not only being in the fitting room but it must be nice having the ability to always do that and for a fact that your size changes when you gain or lose weight like I Have and that's what fitting rooms at stores are for." unless they plan to stay the same size lol. That shut them up. I forgot to mention when I walked back into my change room after being blamed for a stain I didn't make I was already crying and yelling and I told them to their faces that I've never been treated so horribly by store managers and employees and this was the first and last time I'd ever do business with them and they lost my business and lost me as a customer.
