My daughter's mother‑in‑law, Susan, and I were both surprised at how difficult it was to make a final decision--each stroller offered something unique that set it apart from the others. Susan and I told our children that we would be purchasing whichever items they chose. Because every stroller had features the others did not, our children struggled to decide. Ultimately, they chose the Silver Cross Wave 3 stroller, a Nanu stroller, and a Nanu car seat. Although they offered to cover the cost of one of the strollers and the car seat, we insisted on purchasing everything for our grandchild. I hadn't been shopping in ages, and I was just trying to enjoy a few minutes of 'normalcy.' When my baby started crying, I gently comforted him while still looking at the clothes. Then, a salesperson walked up to me with a cold, judgmental look and said, 'You know, your baby doesn't want to go shopping.' She walked away before I could even respond. As a mother, you're already doing your best to balance everything. To be shamed by a staff member for simply existing in a public space with a child is unacceptable. It's sad that such a hurtful comment has stayed with me for nearly a decade. Mothers deserve empathy, not cold-hearted judgment.

Tonight was a perfect example of why. I watched a manager open a register, help one customer, and then close it--even as the line kept growing to about 15 people. That left just one associate handling a long line, while another cashier was tied up helping a group with a large purchase. Instead of jumping in to help during a busy moment, the manager was on her phone, then emptying trash behind the registers and adjusting carts--completely ignoring the line of waiting customers. The only bright spot was Carlos, who was working incredibly hard and treating customers with patience and professionalism despite the situation. He deserves recognition for how he handled things. It's frustrating because TJ Maxx has great products, but the lack of customer care at this location makes it not worth the stop.

During this last visit, I found a Beauty of Joseon serum that I ended up buying. If I had more time, I would be checking out this section more thoroughly! My husband and I have also previously purchased Nike products, clothing, greeting cards, home products, etc., from here. Parking: Parking is available in the parking structure on the second floor.
