I was looking for the capsule-style "blind boxes" that Mikey C. found, but those Hello Kitty Pajama Party ones must have sold out. I saw Kirby, Molang, Corgi, Chiikawa, and others... Shucks! I did find a cute purse charm for my youngest niece, and a birthday tiara for my middle niece. Then I gave in and got some foodie blind capsules... haha! I saw the sign for 10% off the purchase when customers sign up for the email list. Paulina is a very patient and helpful employee. She saw me struggling and figured out how to get me the 10% off! This was the first five below I've been to that had the labubu dupes. I've visited this location twice and the service was just ok. I feel like the employees are not that friendly. My wife and I really liked this 5 below it seemed to have a lot more to offer than the new one in Monrovia. Wide variety of choices and options. We're able to get random quirky things. The staff we had encountered wasn't the friendliest people we've met at a 5 below but it is what it is. My wife was able to get things she liked so that's a win in my book read more

What's not to like about five below? They have the absolutely cutest knick knacks you didn't think you'd find. There's a little bit of everything for everyone. We have a five below next to work and it's where all the staffs get stuff for the clients, it's amazing! Love that they have such a large variety of sensory merchandise. I absolutely love Five Below, but this location is HORRIBLE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I was looking for a certain shirt while two employees (one of them being the manager, Sher) were folding, I was being polite by trying to converse with them. Mind you I just acknowledge their hard work on the t shirt wall since it was a complete mess, and they completely IGNORED ME! I politely grabbed the shirts (without making a mess) I needed and went around a fixture and they immediately started talking so poorly of me, talking about my looks and how annoying I was and I have "no morals" (I literally recognized them for their hard work folding the clothes) lol I approached them with class about it because no customer should be treated that way, and they proceeded to argue with me "was I talking about you?!??", denying it and claiming they were talking about another customer, And I told them, it doesn't matter who it was about, there is no need to talk so badly about ANY customers especially those that were simply being nice. Go talk crap when you're off or in the stock room. To bluntly talk and treat me like that or any customer for that matter was sooooo uncalled for. Do better. As much as I love this place one of the employee was really rude, thought he ate when he told me this. I was minding my own business with my mom and sister checking out and my sister pressed the wrong button on accident and this one employee just came up and pressed the right one and looked at us then said, "someone needs to go back to school" while he chuckled? Honestly, you don't really need anything in this store. But for those who like to shop for inexpensive stuff, it's always worth a walk through this store. I bought a wireless iPhone charger for $5. Sure, it is probably giving off a low grade radiation from its ionized Polonium coating and shoddy workmanship, all but guaranteeing that its placement near my pillow on my nightstand will give me assorted brain tumors in a matter of months. If you haven't been to Five Below, it's a more "upscale" dollar store except items are priced up to $5. Think of it as a glorified Target $1-3 aisle expanded into a store with music. They have random things - shirts, candy, blankets, stuffed animals, books, cell phone chargers/ cases , sandals, makeup, toys, travel size, fitness equipment, socks etc. I especially like their book section which varies but is mainly cook books, fun books for kids, and educational books. I love coming here to Five Below after eating Wingstop, which is in the shared plaza along with Jack in the Box, Starbucks, Jersey Mike's, Petco, Ross, and Superior Groceries. This store has a bunch of random knick knacks which are *mostly* under $5. From clothing to snacks to gym accessories to makeup to part supplies, there's a lot that this store offers. The quality of these things aren't the best, but you get what you pay for. The service here is not great so I always do self checkout so I can avoid talking to the employees. read more

This newly opened Five Below store is in the same plaza as Ross, right next door to Petco. My husband and I came by this store with our little girl dog (I don't know if Five Below allows dogs in their store, but we had brought our little girl dog at the San Dimas location before and no one ever said anything and the employees there and at this location smiled when they saw our dog) on a Friday night. Five Below sells all kind of cute things prices up to $5. You can find all kind of things here including exercise/ fitness items, phone accessories, sports accessories, dog clothing, toys and leashes and collars, books and journals, headphones, very thin sweaters, thin purses/ bags, candies, games, make up/ beauty tools and etc. If you like things in Target's Dollar Spot section, then you would like the random things sold at Five Below. Five Below is a fun store to browse and also would be a good place to find a white elephant gift. read more

I knew this place had opened up in the plaza but never been until recently. Didn't even know what it was to be honest until my wife told me about it and we needed some party supplies. Well what a treat it was coming here. Not sure about the quality of some of the stuff here but the party supplies, toys that you'd find elsewhere for a bit more and other stuff are well priced here. If you're in need of cheap gadgets and don't want to spend the extra money elsewhere, Five Below is the place to be. I'd highly suggest getting gift bags here for goodies instead of going to other party stores. Great selection here! Tech gadgets like earphones, batteries, accessories you can find for cheap here. Again, not sure about the quality but I'll probably test out the iPhone charging cables and see how they are next time. Otherwise, great place to shop for cheap stuff at a cheap price. read more

I stopped in here with my family last week when we were staying in El Monte for the weekend. Five Below is like a step up from Dollar Tree or the 99 Cents Store. It's exactly as the name suggests, everything is $5 or below. They have a bunch of random stuff like screen tees, books, gameboards, candy, iphone accessories and snacks. I found a cool Calligraphy set that was only $5, it comes with a book and a few pens. A similar set would retail for about $15+ at Michael's Art Supply. The store is filled with a bunch of stuff you probably don't need but it's so cheap so why not stop in? lol read more
