For one, they didn't have the cake and getting the refund was a whole thing that required multiple trips. For the second cake they gave me the wrong cake and try to pass it off as their actual cake. holy moly i hate this place, i was on a 3 hour drive to houston and we went in the drive tru, its december 12, 7:15 pm and when were placing our order, the person working it, takes like 2 whole minutes to respond, and when we were getting our food, we had to wait like 30 minuites for them to say "30 more seconds! " which means 30 more years, and when we got it, all it was, is just 3 chiken strips, issked for 6!? do not to this place at all, i would have rather gne to the raisin cains 1 hour and 40 minuites away! read more

THIS location has the IT factor! We had the pleasure of being served by the manager, and although it's clear the drive thru has its own obstacles with trying to hear their customers due to the traffic, I was pleased with the service I received. This team went above and beyond the normal service typically given. I will recommend this location EVERY TIME! The team was so friendly, food was hot and fresh AND (unlike the Manor location) was even HAPPY to put my chicken on the side from my salad so it doesn't ruin. I understand that Victor, the current General Manager has tried to get this team into shape. However after he's gone from the day shift, it's a completely different atmosphere... My son had been begging to go to DQ to redeem his DQ Treat coupon. I was finally off work early to enough to take him. We arrived at DQ at 9:40pm. There was a line of 5 cars ahead and they were slow per usual. Finally we get to order menu, the lady takes the order for the coupon which is a small cone. I then tell her nevermind, if pay for a mini blizzard instead. She then states, "I'm sorry, we are closed!!!" Just a second ago you were taking my order. After 20 mins In line I pull up with the managers back to the window...where she doesn't greet me doesn't collect money hasn't made my blizzard proceeds to talk to 4 employees inside doing nothing but talking about how tired they are and how they are ready to leave. I came through town with my grandson and we stopped to eat. I was impressed with how friendly and attentive ALL the staff were to customers. Employees checked on us while eating. I even saw them randomly handing out free cones. We were already eating our ice cream. I find many fast food restaurants these days have grumpy or apathetic employees but not here.
