If you can get fast food out just close you're not doing kfc any favors by providing horrible service and if kfc defends the public hearing about your toilet habits they need their heads examined too. I ordered one thing. There water a few cars that I saw had to pull around to their parking lot without getting their food. When I got to the window, they charged my card and told me to do the same. After waiting 20 minutes, not a single car had gotten their food or left the parking lot. I went inside to ask for a refund and they said they're not doing them right now? Then why didn't you tell me before you took my money that I'd be waiting over half an hour for me food BEFORE you charged my card so I could decide if it was worth the wait, it was not. Today, a coworker and I went to the Elgin, Texas KFC for lunch. I had the coupon sheet that comes in the mail, which I showed to the cashier. We ordered the 8-piece, 2 sides, and 4 biscuits and were going to use the coupon. When speaking with the cashier, she made it sound like that was the everyday price, so we placed our order. The cashier then charged us $32 which she had already put on the card. When I showed her the coupon, she went and got the General Manager, Christie Bell. Ms. Bell proceeded to inform me that I should have given the cashier the coupon first. I said fine, I will cancel the order. Ms. Bell said that all sales are final, and she could not do anything about it. She also said all the fast-food restaurants in Elgin are the same way. I assume Ms. Bell is following someone's orders. Came to this establishment and ordered a 1 PC chicken and 1 PC fish with 2 hush puppies and a side. I asked for extra hush puppies instead of the side of fries. See picture below of what I got. Instead of the side, I got 1 hush puppy. When I got to the window, I asked if I could add a 2 PC KFC chicken meal. This is an a one off review. This is coming from someone who has frequent this place many times. If you really need fried chicken go literally anywhere else. I don't know how you mess up fried chicken at a chain restaurant but they managed to do that. Often serving the smallest and over fried pieces of chicken, stale biscuits, and yesterday sides. That's if you manage to get all the food that you ordered. If you go to this establishment prepared to go back to get things you're missing. Also be to wait an exceedingly long time for your food. It is not uncommon to have three or four cars waiting on food at the same time. As in they already paid and now they're waiting either in front of the store on the side of the store or by the window for their food. Don't think they've changes the oil since pre-COVID. Chicken should be golden not brown and black. Left a greasy thick film in my mouth and on my teeth. Sooooo KFC has been a special treat since I was a little girl. My Mom would take us and way back in the day you'd get a little box and desert and the chicken is always so good! We went to get my last KFC for a while as I was planning on going full vegetarian at the beginning of the year. We got a 6 piece original with Mashed potatoes and Mac n Cheese. Once we got home, I was so excited to indulge one last time. Boy how disappointing. The Mac n Cheese was watery and so were the potatoes. The gravy had been "stretched" by adding water til it was barely even brown. Then there was the chicken. The chicken was SOOOOOO DRY that the drumstick had nearly shriveled away til hardly anything was left on the bone. It was so bad, not even our dogs wanted the scraps. Really disappointing to go out that way, but I guess in a way it left such a bad taste in my mouth, we wont be back any time soon. read more

My cousin is allergic to coleslaw and asked if she could substitute the item for green beans. The female manager running the shift around 6:45 this afternoon ( Tuesday, June 30) would simply not substitute this item. Mind you, this was not a written policy, and when I asked for the policy on this topic, she never revealed it and persisted to tell me she could not do this. This is unprofessional when you tell a customer you are unwilling to do something if there is no written policy because it makes it seem like you are biased or lazy. My advice is to ensure you have the proper documentation to support your claim, or you could be leaning towards a lawsuit. Screwed up a very simple order twice. How hard is it to identity a piece of chicken? I will not be giving any kfc my business.

Obviously you can't expect much, but holy crap you should expect more than what I just got. Tip for the manager on duty, when you have people waiting twenty five minutes for their one little order, you shouldn't walk around texting on your phone. Then when you finally hand them the food, at least find the courtesy to apologize for the wait. There is no way this lazy crew should ever make $15 per hour. Tonight my family went to the LJSilv,ers and KFC in Elgin. We spent almost 100, to feed 8 people. We came with a 5 dollar coupon for a huge platter. they stated that they could not except the coupon on my smart phone, that it had to be printed (the coupon said that showing on a cell phone was ok) We asked for the manager and the lady that told us we couldn't use the coupon was the manager, a Ms Erica Muniz. We asked for the General Managers name and number and she informed us that she did not know the name or number of the General Manager (very smugly) When we arrived home we found that half of the items we ordered was not in the bags. We had to drive 10 miles back to the restaurant. When we arrived we showed the workers the receipt. We had circled all of the items that we didn't receive. They became belligerent, accusing us of not being honest. One girl said that she was positive that we received everything. The manager was our initial cashier, even though the receipt gave another name. When we returned the manager was gone. When I informed them that my spouse was on the phone with corporate, they asked us to leave and said they were closing 2.5 hours early because they were shorthanded. They did end up replacing the food once they realized my spouse was talking to corporate. Horrible, Hoorible service and attitudes. read more
