I'm probably gonna stop go to this location. I always get the family meal and they short me a serving from each of the main dishes. They short me of food pretty consistently, too. That is straight up stealing from me, when you don't give me what I paid for. I have a family to feed. The pflugerville location is much better. There is a time and a place for large dogs (any size--unless special needs assists dog) to come into a public restaurant. There were some families which were comfortably eating (got scared) that quickly left their booths. She was just the driver and could have stayed in the car with the dog. While they waited for him to come out. I surely don't bring to my dogs to a public restaurant to disrupted the few places people feel not oppressed by any non-humans in their space. The people that work at this location always always ALWAYS seem to be in a rush to leave!! I have purchased food from this location for me and my family quite often and it's hit or miss as to what your food and/or service will be like. Today was the final straw. I ordered a bowl with super greens and honey walnut shrimp. I took pics of the salad I received with the little shrimp on top. I included a pic of the 1/4 bowl of greens AFTER I STEAMED THEM MYSELF!! Sad sad sad. This is not the first time. One of the times I was there, no one acknowledged me when I got there and could barely take my order because they were distracted by another person in the line behind me that they knew. The store is usually clean so it gets two stars for that. No stars for customer service and no stars for my super green raw kale, broccoli and cabbage salad that I keep having to steam for myself when they are ready to clean up so they can leave as soon as the clock strikes closing time. read more

They also messed up my husband's order, which was specific because of food allergies and when I corrected it they were rude.
