The amount of meat they put on these is now unacceptable. For years, I never had Subway that left me hungry an hour later, until this place and in 2024. Seems shrinkflation has hit this place hard. There were 5 very thin slices of ham on an entire footlong and way too much mayo and mustard. Sandwich was an internet order, so I can not comment on the service, just the sandwiches (and I even left a tip.....at a fast-food restaurant). I feel cheated out of my tip. First off, there was not even hello welcome or what can I get you. No greeting at all. The girl was just on her phone. The girl only yelled to a guy in the back that they needed pepperoni. Then the place is a dump! The whole place just looked super nasty. The food was not fresh, the cucumbers were see through and the tomatoes were soggy and the lettuce was starting to turn pink and brown. She didn't help clean up, refill the soda fountain which had all flat drinks in it. There were no lids to any size soda. I will start by talking about the quality of employees at this location. I'm sure there are some good ones, but the ones I have seen are sloppy and unclean. They look like they rolled out of bed 5 minutes before their shift and then threw on a shirt they have not washed in 2 weeks. For a company that describes their employees as "artists," it doesnt show here. This is disappointing because I have had great sandwiches at every other subway I have been to. My wife and I ordered online for the first time and it was a huge mistake. I tried the new southwest club sandwich with light sauce. I was given a drenched sandwich with sauce on the outside of my bun. They forgot my guac as well. My wife's turkey sandwich was missing mustard as well. My wife also had to go back into the store to get the drink and chips. I have a subway gift card, but I will be traveling 15-20 minutes to other locations to use it.
