Rave was very efficient, friendly, and had zero attitude. We ordered a basket of fries, a portobello mushroom burger for me, a cheeseburger, a Philly cheesesteak, upgraded side salads, and, of course, their famous carrot cake to share. Now, let me confess something: As a Californian, I walked in with absolutely zero expectations given the facade. And yet... the fries were perfect. The portobello burger was juicy, well-seasoned, and very satisfying! My friends inhaled their cheeseburger and Philly like they were participating in a competitive sport. Lol. And don't even get me started with their carrot cake. It was disrespectfully delicious! This was seriously the most humbling "don't judge a book by its cover" moment I've had in a while. I hadn't been to a chipotle in a couple of years and was surprised at the price increases, but I guess that's the same everywhere. I wanted to get a salad but honestly the lettuce did not look good at all, so I got a bowl. The best deal is the kids meal. You get a taco or quesadilla, and a couple of sides and it was more than enough for my grandson. They had plenty of staff and they kept the place very clean so I'm sure we will be back!
