We've alerted this location multiple times that their Baja Blast Zero tastes like mildew. It's been months! We tried it again today and it tastes worse than ever. More than half of the time, we are missing things from our order or get ground beef instead of steak in our burritos. Today, both of those happened. I've found a wad of fine hair in the bottom of my potatoes before as well. Overall, this location is conveniently located (and available on DoorDash) but time and time again they are cheating us out of a normal/minimally acceptable experience. The cleanest and most organized Taco Bell I've been to! The floors are neat, the seating plentiful and welcome kept and organized, and tables are wiped down and clean. Quite Honestly the worst crew i've seen in a while working at a fast food establishment in a minute. Ordered $24 bucks worth of food. Multiple problems. -- Gave me a Nacho Fries Bell Grande instead of a regular one like i ordered --F***Ed up my quesadilla -- Didnt put any of my cinnamon twists in the bag The person making the food doesn't care whats on the tickets, kinda just makes everything the worst way possible. Not a great experience at this particular location. It's the most convenient fast food joint to our house, however the last three times running they have messed up our order in one way or another. Often times it's a situation where I've paid for a change and they completely ignored it. Visit today was great! Ordered online. Lots of options re customizing your order. Pulled up to the speaker. First thing the young lady asked me was how was I today? Nice! Asked what kind of sauce I would like and asked if I needed more. Took me 15 minutes before I could eat & it was pretty good! It is just Taco Bell after all but enjoyable! This is probably the best Taco Bell I have eaten at in a very long time. I ordered tostadas and bean burritos. The food was prepared with pride and well made by staff. Absolutely terrible! We have been there 5 times since they opened a few months ago. They have gotten our order wrong EVERY.SINGLE.TIME! When I go in to get my missing items they take their precious time completing other orders and not even bothering to rush my missing items while my other food sits getting cold. Went to the Taco Bell in Elgin Tx about a month ago. Customer service was aweful. I was told to pull forward to wait for my order. The place they tell you to pull forward to blocks others behind you. Had to wait over twenty minutes for order. Had to go in for sauce they never offered or brought out. Tried to give them another chance tonight and order was given to customers in front of me. So, this is the only Taco Bell in Elgin and it's horrible. They NEVER get your order right. I don't want to drive all the way to the one in Manor. I had the unpleasant experience of speaking with the manager Melissa. This woman is what makes it really bad for the lack of customer service. I called when my order was completely wrong and one of the workers told me she would put me in the "credit book" because she remembered my order. I went back a couple of days later and the employee didn't put me in the book. I tried explaining to the manager that she should get her employees all on the same page so customers would have to deal with this. She told me with an attitude, "well, if I were you and this happened I probably wouldn't go back to the same place." If I still lived in Austin where there are a lot of other Taco Bell's or awesome Taco Cabanas I wouldn't come back. But it's Elgin, where there are only like 6 places to eat. Every time I have been to this Taco Bell they have gotten the order wrong and/or you wait in line forever if you are going through the drive thru. Last night was the last straw. First I was told they were out of sour cream. What? How is TB out of sour cream? Anyway, all of our taco supremes were normal tacos but no price break (got the meal with taco supremes). The tacos had hardly any meat or toppings in them, they were all taco shells. And as normal, we were also missing one of our tacos. If I could give this Taco Bell 0 stars or negative stars I would certainly do it. In the short time they've been opened they've never gotten our orders correct at the drive thru. They forget food every single time and the food they do remember to put in the bag is the worst Taco Bell food ever. We ordered 7 items for our family and the food was all crammed into one small bag. The cheese and sauce ended up all in the bag on the other items and the napkins and sauces. I've called the manager 3 times and stated that I do not want anything free I would just like to get a correct order worth eating when I decide to go to her establishment. She keeps telling me they are working on staff issues and correcting these errors. However after going home today without another item in the bag I've realized that they really are not working on their issues at all. I know you're thinking check your order before you drive away and believe me I do, but for some reason I cannot get my teenager to do the same. I told her she gave me the wrong change, and she replied that there was no change in the store (highly unlikely that all registers were void of coins).
