Queso was better with salsa, but congealed about half way thru... Wife had the Beef Enchilada with double rice....The gravy is old school and good...plate was large and piping hot...I went with Chicken Enchiladas with green sauce, bean and rice....Sauce was good...they use whole bird which is great, but was in large chucks...but overall a good taste...Also a bit light on the sauce. Beans were good, rice was just rice...a little on the bland side. Were planning a return trip to try out the breakfast.

I ordered their Tex-Mex enchiladas. These are 3 large enchiladas. I ordered one of each chicken, beef, and cheese. They arrived stuffed to the gills and covered with awesome queso. The dish comes with a generous portion of beans and Mexican rice. Taqueria Guadalajara is the real deal, and we will definitely be returning on our next road trip.
