After countless opportunities, this dominos has continued to be a disappointment. Tonight was a simple order, one six cheese pizza, one cheese light sauce and one pepperoni. We received two cheese one six cheese. When I called they let me know it would be thirty minutes before a driver could deliver the pepperoni. An hour later I called for an update and was told that a large business order came in and took priority, but they could remake our pizza now and send it out within 30 minutes. In response to my being taken aback I was hung up on. I called back and they offered a refund which I accepted. We too place business orders with this location, but will not be in the future with the way this was handled. Take your business to aviators, their pizza is fantastic and customer service is elite. read more

This was the 3rd incident with this deliverer (and we've order a lot from this Domino's in the 2 years we've lived in Elgin), tall, white, full beard, bald, baseball cap. He is the only one that took nearly an hour on one of our deliveries and we had to call the store. Usually delivery is so fast I barely hang up the phone before it arrives as with all other deliverers. Thursday 3/24/25 we ordered a pizza. Deliverer came quickly but he put our pizza on the ground then rang the bell (yes in that order) and he left before I got to the door in 10 seconds. I have 2 chairs and a table and it rained all day. I called the store and spoke to 2 people Juan (a manager) who offered a full refund, I called again and talked to a young lady (no need to give her name, she was not a manager) telling her that we did not want this guy to deliver to us, ever. She said she would let the general manager know and that he would be in tomorrow (Friday, yesterday). After we started eating I begin to worry that he may have did something to our pizza, I sent texts to 2 friends and a family member letting them know that if something happened to us here is what happened and to contact the police and reference this location. Yesterday evening (Friday) I checked my account and found that there was no refund pending in my account. At 7:04pm I called the store and told the young lady that I spoke to 2 people yesterday and I was looking to speak with the general manager, she started stuttering like she wasn't sure what to say and was being directed to say what she did say. I asked if he was there and "I was told he would be there today", after an awkwardly long silence I said "hello?" she repeated yes and asked for my name, I gave it and she said "he said it was busy and that he would call me back". I could tell that I would not get that call back and I didn't. This general manager does not care enough about customers to at least consider that there may be something wrong with this guy and it was clear the GM didn't care enough to talk to me or at least issue the credit we were promised. No worries, I can see that I am not the only one that have had issues with this store, Elgin, Texas location. Your driver is disrespectful, ignorant and selective about who he respects when delivering people their orders but its not his business so he doesn't care but you should. We decided to walk in which I thought was bad idea as it usually is at pizza delivery places. The group of young men welcomed us and knew menu and specials by heart. For a hot minute we got 1 or 2 pizzas a week. One time a few months ago one of our pizzas was half gone. But Because the driver handed it to someone in the driveway and they brought it in the house, I couldn't prove the pizza was missing before the drop off, the driver conveniently has celiac disease so we just opted to never go there again. My husbands child only moved the pizza in the house while they were working on a car and my husband said there was no way he had time to eat 5 pieces of pizza. The pizza at this location is really good too. Always delicious, hot, good sandwiches. Maybe they should seal the boxes before they go out. RIP Dominos. lol. read more

Got a medium instead of a large! My first time at this store, I called in and ordered a large 5 topping pizza. When I arrived it was ready, they seemed really busy and the guy at the counter was doing a million things at one time (full of flour so I assume he is also a cook). He was really courteous and I did my best to get out of the way as quick as possible. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong pizza, I got a medium instead of a large!! Although I was a bit upset, the pizza itself made up for it!! Delicious pizza! I really don't go to big chains much except when I'm tired or we are at work and I'm looking to feed the guys at the end of a project. That being said I called the store and I assume the manager answered the phone, she did a great job getting to the bottom of it! She apologized for the mistake and made the situation a whole lot better! Definitely had great customer service, and didn't let a small detail ruin the experience! What's New? They're charging for everything now. I ordered a (3) three topping online and ask for extra sauce. I ended up buying a (4) four topping, they are now charging for extra sauce. They used to give it to you for free now it is considered a topping. And Peppers or Monzarella Cheese Packets, they charge for them too. What a ripoff. And sadly the Pizza wasn't even good. I'll never know if they rub their (2) two brain cells together and stop charging for free stuff. I'm not going through trying to figure out what they charge for again, I just go to one of the fair to customers Pizza places next time. read more

I love our local dominos. After a pizza complaint that my special pizza wasn't up to par they remade it to perfection. I have a fondness for spinach Alfredo pizza pan style so it's oozing with cheese and sauce. I have never had a bad delivery driver sometimes they bring a treat for my snotty dog. Needless to say the replacement pizza was perfect. Never had a problem with any other pizzas order. They have gone above and beyond. You must let them know if there is a problem or it won't be fixed. Where do I start... So I ordered a couple pizzas and a couple salads for $28, not bad right. I show up and my order is not ready in the amount of time given to me, then the 2 salads they hand me are frozen and lettuce is bad so I ask for 2 more. They bring back 2 more the exact same way and then called manager over the 16 year old manager questioned me on the lettuce being bad and that it wasn't frozen. He said well we just got new ones so let me get those, why would you not grab those from the start. Pizza wasn't even right nor had right toppings and tasted horrible. The delivery guys are always awesome! So nice, always appreciative of the tip, always professional. Buuuuuuuuuut, I'm going to have to agree with others that my orders are sometimes missing items. The first time it was when the floods were happening and it took over an hour for a replacement sandwich. We didn't raise a fuss because it was obviously a bad night for everyone. This time the wings were missing. We called and after a brief hold the manager came in and credited us the wings and also gave us a credit for next time. I have always been a patron of the Austin and Round Rock franchises, and most recently this town; as well. Yet, the two last times I have tried to place an order and had a confusion in the order(s) or no "order even placed"...The service has quickly gone downhill faster than I even imagined. It is a false expectation to have any fast food be absolutely perfect, yet to not even have an order put into the computer is beyond a "disservice of customer service and just incompetent". Now I understand why some of my neighbors are more discouraged in ordering from Dominos and how "quickly they fall in dissolution". Bittersweet that we finally have more variety in a small town, but not as expected when it comes to customer service; yet the delivery drivers have always been just as friendly as ever in their prompt delivery. read more

I went to the Elgin, TX store to pick up pizza and stood there for 5 minutes and was not greeted or even acknowledged by any of the staff behind the counter. I was the only customer inside the store at that time. After waiting patiently for 5 minutues another customer came in and to my surprise the assistant manager Jamie promptly greeted the other customer and immediately proceeded to bring the other customer's order. The assistant manager Jamie walked away and still did not acknowledge me until I told him I had already been there waiting for 5 minutes and no one had helped me yet. Then the assistant manager Jamie threw the pizza down on the counter towards me. Afterwards I called the store and requested to speak with the manager and instead I was referred to the assistant manager Jamie; who was rude & argumentative, he accused me of lying and told me I was overreacting. The assistant manager Jamie did not listen to my concerns, he spoke over me and at no time did he acknowledge or take responsibility for his unprofessional and rude behavior. It is baffling to me as to why any supposed reputable company would employ staff that act in such a negative and disrepectful manner, much less choose to make such a person the assistant manager. The Elgin, TX domino's pizza store has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and I would strongly recommend no one patronize this particular store. Every time I do the order is undercooked, but this last time I ordered from them they didn't deliver everything I was charged for... the driver gave me the awesome advice to call the store and arrange some sort of credit for the missing item.
