I'm honestly super annoyed with this experience. I placed an order for my daughter to pick up for me. She got to the window and explained that she was picking up my order, but she had not scanned the QR code. Instead of simply helping her verify the order, she was told they didn't see an order and that she needed to get out of line, go back around, and scan the QR code. She went back through the line, only to be told again that they couldn't see the order. At this point, we're talking about a lemonade and a large fry. This should not have been this complicated. What made it worse was the attitude from the manager. I spend a lot of money at Chick-fil-A, and I expect better customer service than this. If there was an issue with the order or the QR code, someone could have simply taken a moment to help resolve it instead of making my daughter go through the entire drive-thru process again with the line being super long I understand policies and procedures, but customer service should still come first. Today's experience was way more trouble than it needed to be, and honestly, it has me considering finding another Chick-fil-A where the employees actually seem like they want to help customers. I had no problems with the food served here tonight. But the service was intolerable and just downright rude. Caught unaware that this location no longer has a dining room and not wanting to eat in the car, we accepted that sitting outside in 102°F is Chick-fil-A's indoor dining experience reimagined. We accepted we had made a poor choice of where to dine. I mean, the legacy of reasons not to dine at Chick-fil-A are already bad enough without this. But once we had received our order, they posted the sign in the attached picture. It turns out that no plastic silverware was included and we needed one knife. MAJOR ATTITUDE THROWN. How dare we knock on the glass window through which they had just served us food 2 minutes before? I'm only surprised the knife wasn't delivered in our back. Message received? This was my second visit to this location. It does not have a dine-in area, but rather one on the patio. There are two drive-thru lines: one for mobile orders and the other for on-site orders. There are also two walk-up order windows on the dine-in patios. After placing an order on the app, I got in line, scanned the QR code, and then simply waited for the order to get brought to the car. It was as easy as 1-2-3. What a deal! CFA is about all I eat when going out. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly and are on top of their game. The PEACH MILKSHAKE.. 9/10 would recommend! Taste like real peach in vanilla which was so pleasantly subtle and delicious! Wanted to share my story with this Chick Fil A At around 1:14 PM I arrived to this location. Member took my order in lane 1, I decided to move from lane 1 to 2 to allow other vehicles to order due to the fact that the lane was long and everyone was stuck in one lane. A member tried to take my order again to what I replied by saying I already got it taken, she was rude and said "well you are actually in the wrong lane but just stay on this lane" I did not reply and simply followed as ordered. At this point I am wondering if I made a mistake, well my lane actually takes a long time and I am ok with it, maybe I made a mistake. I reached the drive thru to Mr Layne Johnson, who did not even greet me and asked for my name for the order, I replied and he looked at me and said "you know you were in the wrong lane right?, there's cones, to which I replied trying to inform myself If I made a mistake and if I did so I know better next time and I can follow proper procedures. At no point was I told what lane to follow and so I proceeded by asking Layne if there is a sign that says to stay on a certain lane, he smirked and walked to get my food which was sitting on the counter as he is talking to me, just getting cold because he decided that arguing was more important and very forcefully grabbed the bag, handed it to me at face level saying "I get it!, you don't know how to drive" ...excuse me?, can I speak to your manager? to which he replied by saying "I am the manager". I proceeded to talk to the Manager inside the location, I encountered Bryan who was really nice and serviceable and said he would handle the situation. I forgot to add one more fact during our conversation so I came back to let him know Layne had wrongfully used the manager as a position. I was greeted by Layne again and asked him I wanted to speak to Bryan only. He agreed and opened the door with Bryan next to him. I told him what he had said, and they both informed that they shared the responsibility. Chick fil a stands out for their costumer service, a very good friend of mine worked for Chick file a. This was unacceptable behavior and a sorry excuse for professionalism. This location DOES NOT REPRESENT the mission statement of the company: "...To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." Mr Layne Johnson was out of hand, rude and provided horrible costumer service and in my opinion does not deserve to represent what Chick File A stands for. I have submitted a formal complain to corporate to ensure administrative action is taken on this individual AND filed every possible review and will possibly make a YouTube video to share my experience. This is my nearest Chick fil and it is conveniently there when I need it! My favorite is the cob salad for post Pilates lunch! I of course have to get a lemonade! For dinner I usually get a macaroni and nuggets or a chicken sandwich. Cant go wrong with chick fil a. Lines are long at times pick the off times but lunch or right before closing or order ahead online or in app and you can go thru express lane. Malls to carport dining with seats This was my favorite CF fast service, friendly service , clean well just great customer service. They had a play area for kids , it was quiet if you wanted to meet someone for a meeting while you eat . They did have drive through if you were in a rush. They demolished this CF totally to the ground about five months ago . We all sad it was gone but we were excited that we were going to have a new bigger better CF . The new CF caters to the drive through customer mainly . Walk up customers have to eat outside and order at windows with menus above them . When you eat here you are in the center of a double lane constant moving drive through parking lot . They wouldn't let you smoke inside there restaurants but now they have you breathing in and choking on all the car exhaust. Located at I 35 and SH 45 surrounded by Walmart target Sam's Club Kohl's Home Depot and Lowe's this had to be at least a $4 million CF before . This new Chick-fil-As business model will probably make more money but it has lost its good customer service reputation they had . So much for new bigger better model read more

During COVID, only drive through is open. I am okay with that, but this parking lot is very confusing to navigate to find how to get into line. The signs are confusing and I ended up driving around twice to figure out the entry. You have to go between Chick-fil-A and Mexican restaurant next door. Once you figure that out, then you are good. They have two lines. A sign said two lines open, so I went to the outer line and waited. Nothing. The car in the inner lane was ordering so I thought I would be patient and wait. The car drove off, next car pulled out, they ordered. So I finally spoke up and said "Hello, anyone taking orders." Finally, a young man said oh yes, sorry, please pull up. The outer lane was a person with a clipboard. He took my order, very polite young man and he had me pay using his machine. I requested some spicy sauce. I ordered spicy Chick-fil-A sandwich combo with lemonade and upsized the fries. I was running errands and needed a quick bite for dinner. The fries were delicious as always with my spicy dipping sauce. The lemonade is a bit sweet so I either add water or in this case let the ice melt half way to dilute. Just wanted to give this location a shout out because of the excellent service I received! Almost all Chick Fil A's are wonderful, but this one stood out to me most. I went in yesterday just before the lunch rush (around 11am) to place a large order for a company meeting. I ordered around a dozen meals, all with various special requests or add-ons, and was in and out in about 10 mins. or less! Not only was the service quick, but the employees were enthusiastic and extremely patient and helpful. Three employees walked all of my food and drinks out to my car with me since there was no way I could have carried it all myself. I love going to this location, as even when it is busy during the week for lunch rushes, the employees are always smiling, helpful, and efficient. read more

this is one of the worst chick fil a's i've been to. I've tried it a couple of times and every time i'm disappointed. the first time they rung up a whole meal that i never mentioned. The second time they said they would alter my fruit cup and they did not. So in the spirit of harmony and happiness in the family I did as she asked. Here is where I don't get it why would anyone buy a sandwich with a piece of chicken and two halves of a bun and a pickle with nothing else on it, no mayo, no special sauce, no lettuce or tomato or anything. But she likes it so she gets it! We both like the lemon aid. I order the Chargrilled Chicken sandwich; at least it has lettuce, tomato, pickle and a pack of BBQ sauce to add to it. I have never tried their salad but I did try the chicken strips once and there were only 3 small strips and a sauce of choice I felt ripped off.
