Today I went there to have the meal of the day, I did check on my app for the location. I was going to ordering at app to pickup but I was so close by I stopped to eat at store. The meal of the day is $6,99 if you want to upgrade to a footlong is +$3 dollars. When I went to pay they told me they did not know how to put on the computer so I could have the meal of the day, and then I had to pay for all the items separately because, They told me that their computer didn't show the option. I was so hungry I ended up paying for everything but I was a little stressed because I had to pay more money for something that I always pay $10 for it. They shoul know how to use the computer, if it's showing meal of the day they should know about the promotion. I even went through the app to show then the price and they told me there is nothing they could do it. My wife and I were looking forward to a treat after a long day of yard work and shopping at the nearby Home Depot. But, much like the other reviewers have noted, this Subway is a dud. The bread was noticeably stale... dry, crumbly, and definitely not fresh. On top of that, they refused to accept Subway coupons that are honored at every other location I've visited. If I could give this a zero star review I would; there was only one person in there shame on you subway for understaffing. This Subway location has some good service here. The workers are friendly and sometimes even funny! Love their positive attitude while they create your sandwich or salad. The place is always clean and when I go during lunch hour there seems to be plenty of spots to sit at. Only grip is the parking lot. The business plaza this is in is near an auto repair shop, hair salon and Vietnamese place. It can get difficult to find parking sometimes. Useless, the female subway employee yelled at me from behind the counter just as soon as I walked in " We have No Bread!" Not hello, not a smile, nothing courteous. So I walked out which looks like it's what she wanted since she didn't want to sell anything, what if I wanted chips or just a drink?!?!?!!! . She didn't even give me a chance to ask it they had wraps, or maybe she should have offered solutions. Selling is obviously not her strong point and she should not be working here. Then, you can toast the sandwich, which takes it from adequate to slightly above adequate. Where subway shines is they have a bevy of fresh vegetables available to make your sandwich a giant monster of aweseomeness. My husband is fond of the "pickle sandwich", which is some bread, meat, some other veggies and like FIVE HANDFULS OF PICKLES. After noticing it was after my pick up time of 1 and there were more people forming in the line and my order hadn't been started I finally went up to ask about how much longer it would be. When I first sat down there wasn't a line but I didn't want to bother her so I waited but as I sat the busier it was getting. "Cali" told me the order wasn't ready yet and began helping other people. I asked how much longer it would be as it was already after the pick up time and she hadn't even started. She began yelling at me. About how I expected her to drop everyone in the line and help me. I told her I wasn't but I had already waited 15 minutes before anyone else was even in line and if I should get in line so if more people come I won't get pushed back farther. She then asked what I expected her to do. I said I didn't know I don't work there and was just wanting my order. I told her she seemed to be really rude and if I could just cancel my order. She then told me I was being rude and began asking the other customers if I was the rude one. I told her to just cancel my order and she again said what do you want me to do bro. I told her cancel my order. She then said you know what I'll stop everything to just help you. I told her again I didn't want help I wanted my order cancelled. Terrible. There was one employee working bc one was late for his shift and the other girl in booty shorts wasnt going to wait around for him to show so she left. They were out of several food items as well as napkins. There were no other customers inside and yet the tables were filthy. Shout out to one hard worker for this store by Walmart. The food is amazing well prepped and taken care of by an employee who's been here all day! She keeps every customer happy keeping a positive attitude for herself and everyone else. Subway is subway when it comes to food. However we went to this one and customer service was terrible. The employees were not visible when we walked in, so we waited a minute then rang the bell. We were greeted with an angry attitude and he was rude to my husband. We were told "I knew you were there I was already coming." He then proceeded to correct us and treat us like he was doing us a huge favor by making our sandwich, and had much better things to do. I picked up a calzone next door at Brooklyn Pie and came out to find my car battery was dead. I went back inside and asked if the guys had jumper cables. They told me they didn't but to check next door. I went to Subway and briefly explained my situation and an employee came from behind the counter and met me outside. After connecting the cables to my car battery and getting my car started I thanked him and offered to buy him a calzone. He politely declined and said it was hospitality.
