KILEA HOWEVER YOU SPELL HER NAME NEED A DAMN RAISE. that girl is efficient and kind and does everything with a smile. Chipotle is trippin if yall dont show her some grace. The other guy on line with her was moving like molasses and was irritating us bc he had ZERO sense of urgency. Kalea took care of us very quickly and was a joy to meet. Thank you for making our chipotle experience that much greater! read more

I don't normally go to this Chipotle but I went to grab food for someone else. This Chipotle is not well kept at all. The food area is disgusting. You can tell old food had just been sitting on the counter for who knows how long and I watched one of the workers drag the edges of someone's tortilla across the dirty counter as they were filling their burrito (they didn't realize but that's still gross). The people who were working the night I went all kind of looked like they either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care to keep the place clean. Their trash was overflowing and everything just seemed out of order like there was no one managing the place to make sure it ran smoothly. I was pretty grossed out just seeing how dirty the food counter looked. I won't be getting food from this location. I can see why they have such bad reviews. read more

Went in for chicken bowl. Kid at the counter tells me he won't have chicken for at least 10 minutes. I said, "okay well can I have the steak for the price of the chicken?" He said "you can have the steak but I will have to charge you for the price of the steak" Okay, well I'm not eating here. Get it together. Byeeeeee read more

this chipotle is the absolute worst store I've ever been to ! my boyfriend and I absolutely love chipotle but every time we come to this specific store, there is always a line out the door and they always are short on food or we have to wait in order to get something . two days ago we had to wait 30 minutes for steak around lunch rush which is absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to better manage this place. And the employees were very rude . read more

Or try 1/2 a star ,... bless their heart Man oh man want to talk about an experience. waiting in line for 20plus min No one knew what was going on Literally everyone in front of us was getting upset Slow service behind the counter Everything was extremely messy from back of house to tables n counters Even staff was frantic,... n messy with dirty clothes. I know they were trying their best but going at 5:30 you shouldn't be out of EVERYTHING,.. Scraping the bottom of container to serve not ideal When asked well will u have more later before they do noone knew or it was a flat out NO Or go looking for it n come back saying idk where it is so No IF your out of half ur menu it should be posted not told 1/2 way through putting ur order together I was going to chalk it up to a bad day but looking at recent reviews they don't have their stuff together read more

I generally like Chipotle and usually don't have any issues, but this was my first time at this location and it will absolutely be my last. I walked in around 1:30, and it was fairly empty aside from a couple of people. I noticed a man standing there waiting and quickly understood why once I got to the counter. They were literally out of almost everything. No chicken, no steak, no sofritas, and no other meat options. There were no fresh vegetables and no corn. It honestly felt like they had nothing available. There was chicken that looked like it was ready but hadn't been cut yet, which made the situation even more frustrating. The chips were also stale. The service was awful. Most of the staff had an attitude, which only made a bad situation worse. The only bright spot was one girl working the register who was clearly in training and actually had a good attitude. To make matters worse, the majority of the tables were dirty, even though the restaurant was not busy. It also looked like there were at least seven people working at the time, which makes it even more confusing as to why nothing was in order or being handled properly. When I finally got my food, the chicken was completely unseasoned. Easily the most bland chicken I've ever had at a Chipotle. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Poor service, lack of food options, dirty dining area, and extremely low quality. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I knew I should have walked out when I saw this location had 2 stars. Shame on me. Honestly just gross. As my bowl is being made, another mobile order is being made and as she's loading up the other order there is food and juice dripping all over my order.. What if I had an allergy? read more

I've been to this location several times in the past and it has typically always been a decent experience, however, that was not the case yesterday. First off, the server who made our bowls appeared to be having a bad day as that came through in her customer service. I'm not sure if that also came through in her serving sizes because it's crazy how portion sizes can differ greatly depending on the staff who assists you. They should be consistent so you don't feel cheated. One of the bowls we ordered was a Smoked Brisket with Extra Chicken bowl which we paid $17.64 for! You couldn't tell us there was a double portion of protein in this bowl at all. It was comparable to a regular portion of meat. The bowl was extremely disappointing for the price we paid and if we thought that was bad the other chicken bowl barely had any protein in it. When I'm craving Chipotle again I'm sure I'll return to this location but I'll just hope I'll have a better experience (fingers crossed). read more

Delicious food and always consistent! I especially love the Chicken Al Pastor. I hope they add it permanently and not just a limited time.

There is no way this is a large like it's not even half of the bag which is pretty crazy, aside from waiting sometime to order my food and aside from the very small rice portion, this is a slap in the face less than half a bag of chips and this is a LARGE!? read more

I've been to this location twice and both times I've spent at least 20 minutes in line. There were only 3 people ahead of me today but it took an abnormally long amount of time for me to get to the counter to place my order. Employees make orders out of order in the line causing anxiety and havoc when it's time to add additional toppings. The assembly stations are messy and between this visit and the last I've gotten stale chips, chewy chicken, and no vegetables with no ETA on when more would be ready. Not impressed. read more

Today my food was good and plentiful even though I had to ask for double meat portions. It was served hot and tasty. Also I visited on a Wednesday around lunch. I gave it a 3 because a serving isn't consistent and since it's not measured you may or may not get what you pay for without asking for a double portion. Lastly Chipotle is about the only place where I keep my eyes on the person preparing my order so they don't cheat me. And I don't like that. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowl of rice, 2 servings of barbacoa and 1 chicken with pico and lettuce. The services are SMALL while they pile on the rice. - Fast Food Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Disappointed! Went in with high expectations and excitement and was completely let down! They were out of white rice- and the guy "helping" didn't know when it would be available and was not helpful. Instead of trying to find out it was a shrug and not sure. So we went somewhere else. It was not just there was no line-and you would think they would be better stocked. Not pleased with our experience!! read more

Unbelievable bad service. Need to place a catering order. Online system is down. 800 call-in is down. They will not let you access their locations directly over the phone. Too many other places to deal with this. Try Torchy's, Chuy's, Freebirds, Cabo Bob's. read more

I've frequented Chipotle since they first opened back in the early 90's (not this particular store). I remember the freshness, unique taste and overall great meals I used to get from Chipotle. But it seems those days are long gone. I'm new to Austin, but not new to Chipotle and it's clear they are sacrificing quality in order to get their brand all over the globe. Today I ordered chicken soft tacos with corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. We got two orders (three tacos per order) and out of the six tacos, there was no consistency. To start, they each had very little chicken. They do have an option to pay extra for more chicken, but why should I pay more for what used to be a standard amount of chicken on the tacos? It's a complete scam... they cut back little by little until it's so little, you need to pay extra just to get the normal amount of meat in your order. Worse was the corn salsa. How expensive can corn possibly be that they put so little on the taco! Without exaggeration, it wasn't even a tablespoon amount of corn on the taco. And the cheese was basically the same... just a few shreds. On some tacos, I'm not even sure there was cheese. As for the sour cream, that was the only part of the taco that seemed to have an adequate amount. Lastly, the flavor wasn't fresh. We don't live far and by the time we got home, they had the temperature of something just coming out of the refrigerator and about as fresh as something made 2-3 days ago. I keep trying Chipotle hoping they will get back to the amazing fresh hot food they used to serve. But each time I give it another try, I'm disappointed. I have no illusions anyone at the restaurant will make any changes after reading this but it's more of a reminder for myself to avoid Chipotle. I would have given it one star, but I ordered this through the mobile app and it was ready by the time I got there and we live just minutes away. It was easy enough to park in front, walk in, pick up our order and go. That part of our visit was great, but apart from that, I do not recommend. read more

Again sad only one person doing the front and manager or supervisor just not doing nothing and a big line.

Employees were kind, however lots of things were unavailable. Cold food, no chicken, and no fresh lemonades/drinks, and no ice. The store itself was a little dirty, but again staff were in the process of cleaning. Seems understaffed and overall not a great experience. read more

They literally always skimp on portions. On top of that, the ratios are completely off every time I order (for example, my burrito was a soup of sour cream with approximately 3 pieces of chicken). I know it's hard to see in a photo, but I have to say it here, I came to eat today and I was disappointed, I've been a customer for years and this has never happened, the rice is raw, super hard, painful to eat, I couldn't eat it, I went Talking to the attendant, they didn't pay me any attention, very disrespectful towards the customer, today I threw my money and my husband's plate in the trash. Hands down the worse Chipotle in the Austin area. To go orders are rarely ready on time during the lunch rush and the portions are the smallest and blandest. No wonder their star rating is lower than others. read more

This place has always been pretty bad so we avoid this location. After a 2 year break we decided to come back since it's the closest location to our house. Almost no one in here customer wise but the place is filthy. No one cleaning tables. Food scraps all over the floor. This store needs an overhaul. I see the responses on here from the business saying to contact them directly and you can save it. I'm not. Just leaving bad review for everyone to see and never coming back. Everyone should go to the 620 location which is much better ran and much cleaner. read more

This place is awful. We were rushed through our order, they didn't have extra steak until the person behind me order steak, then they pulled it out. Then when I went to ask for "roasted salads" before I could get roasted out, they proceeded to dump corn in my bowl. Then expect me to buy it. Ordered chips and salsa (paying for it despite screwing up my order twice) and the chips were stale. read more

I'm tired of going to this place and getting half the meat compared to other spots. During lunch time they try as best to use as little protein as to conserve during rush hour. I understand why they do it but when I'm paying for double steak and clearly see them doing a small scoop followed by half a small scoop. Live in the area and constantly am disappointed with these cheap techniques. Next time I'll order and watch you do this and I won't pay, I'll walk out and never come back read more

To be honest, the food was just ok. Really small portions; but it's only 9 bucks so it was fine. Major props to the dude working today 8/31/23 around 2 p.m. He was all by himself during a lunch rush and really held the line. Great job. read more

I love chipotle, but this location is continuously terrible. Probably the worst chipotle in America. The employees are slow as molasses. The food is always old, out of stock, cold, and flavorless. We came mid afternoon on Saturday. It did not appear to be busy, three groups of patrons in line. Only one young lady was both preparing the orders and checking them out, despite the fact that I saw 4 employees walking around. One employee was clearly the cook but the other two kept looking at the customers but not aiding any of them. Teri was the young lady that was very courteous and appeared to be the only person working hard. I saw her preparing food, manning the register, stocking utensils & napkins, wiping down tables and tending to full trash cans. If she is not the manager, she should be. Great job, Teri! The rest of the crew needs to step it up! read more

The workers were very slow and rude. The lady worker with lots of eyeshadow gave me very little portion, and gave me straight up bean water in one of the scoops. She also kept a bayleaf in my bowl, despite it being clearly visible. Lastly they told my friend no when he asked for a quesedilla. They couldn't even have the courtesy to say they don't have any tortillas. I am very disappointed in my visit. read more

I've been here half a dozen times at different times and different days, this place is disgustingly dirty. Food all over the ground, majority of tables are dirty with food and stains. We took our high school kids here to get a good meal before their contest. Every bowl was half full or less. They were out of chips, soda mixture was off, and when we tried to sit down to eat every table was dirty.
