This location is bada bah bah meh... at least when I swung by. The drinks were cold. That's about it really. The fries were stale and the burger I had was sloppy. Not in a good way. Well, let me tell you, this McDonald's was not just poorly managed--it was a metaphysical catastrophe. Chaos reigned supreme. Trash was strewn across the floor like some kind of postmodern art installation designed to mock the very idea of order. The tables were unusable--each one a monument to neglect, covered in debris, abandoned fries, and what I can only describe as the shattered remnants of responsibility. The table tents? Scattered everywhere--on counters, trash bins, random tables. No structure, no hierarchy, no logos to orient the poor, disoriented customer. I had to retrieve one myself, violating the natural order of customer service. The employees? They embodied a tragic combination of despair and apathy, unmoored from any meaningful pursuit of excellence. Attempts to communicate in English or Spanish were met with shrugs, as though the very act of engaging with reality was too much to bear. Even the chairs in the playplace were in disarray, as if chaos had spilled into every corner of this establishment. This wasn't just a bad McDonald's--it was a philosophical failure, a warning of what happens when order collapses entirely. Clean your room? How about clean your restaurant? read more

I don't get McDonald's often but when I get off work late (11pm) there are not a lot of food options open. I choose McDonald's bc I love their double quarter pounder. Well this location charged me for a double quarter pounder and gave me the patties they use on their small ass burgers. The frozen ones. Wtf man. The point of a double quarter pounder and paying the extra $4 is so I can get fresh meat. I also got a 20 nugget and they were SO dry. As if they had been under a heat lamp all day. I don't like spending that much money on take out and I don't love going to McDonald's. I tolerate it if I need to but damn. You just gonna give people shitty food and make them pay for it? Idk who they have working for them but that was the first time I'd ever felt disappointed when ordering their double quarter pounder. Or at McDonald's for that matter. The least you could do is charge me for the correct item read more

We ordered online and when we got it home the sausage was black and like rubber. The hashbrowns were ice cold like been there since early morning. This is unacceptable and this food should have been in the trash not in my bag. I get breakfast every Sunday and never has it looked like this. U should be ashamed to think u would get by with this. I will send pictures of this food to ur corporate and see if they would put this on their plate and eat it. I tried to call the store to tell them about this and only got a recording. U realize u could make somebody very sick serving slop like u gave to me. I will never return to ur location again and will let people know how bad ur food is. I think it is pretty bad that u don't return phone calls. read more

This location is crushing it. Great service and helpful, friendly staff. Will stop here again.

I had an "interesting experience" at the drive through today. Without getting all into the details, let's just say...the agent was just very unprofessional. Can't treat your job likes it's "High School". I started to just drive off and chock it up as another bad experience. But today I felt unpowered to change the world. So often supervisors and managers don't know what problems exist unless we bring it to their attention. It's not whining, it's part of the "Process Improvement". So I eat my meal, (I'm calm, no hangrys) go inside and asked to speak to the Mgr. I introduced myself and explained I had an "interesting experience" with her drive through agent. Mary Lou, the Manager, was very nice. She listened attentively. I was concise as I explained the incident, took responsibility for any action on my part that may have lead up to what happened. But I also explained how her employee's action represented her store. How as a manager she needed to know what was going on within the production line. I've supervised employees myself and it is a challenging role. Specifically now, since the pandemic, just getting your employees to show up to work on their scheduled days is a blessing. As "Yelpers" we read about or review our experiences at local establishments. Giving our readers a view of our experience. That's fine, yet as a business we should also help them to stay in business by bringing it to their attention. It's like telling another parent, their child misbehaved. It's touchy, but it needs to be said. When you have a bad experience at a business, bring it to the attention to someone who can do something about it. Don't just slam them with your review. Let the owner or shift manager know so changes can be made. Remember the "Titanic". An earlier course adjustment would have saved that ship. IMHO As far as the food, it's McDonald's l, it's always good in a pinch. So keep on reviewing and speak out when you can. Let our restaurant owners know when some goes a bit wrong. I'm sure they will appreciate it. Michael C. read more

If I could give zero stars I wish I could !!!Strike one was when I pulled around to pay and they did not have my order The guy who took my order didn't send it !!! What made it wise is the young lady did not apologize !!! Strike two was when I pulled up to the pick up window the lady challenged me when I told her I ordered two hash browns i gave her my receipt and yes I was right. Again NO apology Strike three was when I opened up my sausage egg McMuffin it wasn't there It was a ham egg McMuffin. Another mess up ! I missed the sausage. It was also on my receipt. I spent over eleven dollars for two hash browns and the wrong sandwich and a drink and HORRIBLE customer service ! Even when I was handed my incorrect food there was NO thank-you for coming !!! It is not hard to be thankful!!!!One of my worst fast food experiences ever .Zero stars to be truthful!!! read more

This location has the worst customer experience. I gave them a few more chances, but today was the last straw. I waited at the drive-thru window to order for at least ten minutes because they kept going out of order between the two drive-thru speakers. I decided to go to the window because I thought that maybe the speaker wasn't working. The employees clearly saw me and ignored me. I could not go inside because the lobby was not open yet. I left a message for management but have not heard back. If you aren't late for work, I suggest going elsewhere. read more

Nothing tastes more like childhood than good ole' Mickey D's. The nostalgia of the soggy French fries, the oddly shaped chicken nuggets, and the squished beef patties between two buns brings me back far, far down memory lane. It was partly by chance and partly by a longing desire that we ended up here. The menu has changed so much in the last decade or so, but has also surprisingly remained the consistent at the same time. I ordered a McDouble (two beef patties and American cheese in between two buns, hun!) it tasted just like an elementary school cafeteria (it was purdy good.) It came with a generous amount of chopped onions, pickles, ketchup and a dollop of mustard. The Hot n' Spicy McChicken was still just as delicious as ever. It'll never be a Chick-fil-A, but it's darn good. McDonald's fries will never compare with anyone else because they are the classics. The G.O.A.T. Forever and for always soggy and crunchy (how???) I'm lovin' it. read more

Wow the worst McDonalds iin America? No. But it's close. Staff are unmotivated. Window 2 guy refused to speak. Not a peep depsite my attempts at humor. But that isn't the real issue. The problem is I ordered a double cheesburger, actually four of them. And all four of them? Single hamburger patties. Two pieces of cheese and one piece of meat. Not a double cheeseburger but a aingle burger with double cheese. Not a mistake either. They did this to me about 2 months ago. Avoid. Someone is asleep at the wheel or this is franchise owned and the owner is fleecing customers for profits. If this was company owned store this wouldn't happen. Head Office where are you!? read more

Worst Experience ever! This McDonald's location has the work customer service ever!!! DO NOT GOO!!! So it started off as a long wait time to order which is fine and normal. We finally get to order and she kept messing up the order. Didnt add extra pickle to one of the sandwiches and didnt make it a meal. We pay at the window and head to get our food. We expressed that the last burger was supposed to have extra pickle which one of the ladies seemed to have a hard time understanding then she took the sandwich and just slammed a bunch of pickles on there which goes against health code due to covid. Then the same lady told us they didnt have coke available and while she did try to offer us another drink. She did not offer us a refund for the drink that was paid for. When we expressed how dissatisfied we were all she could respond was "ok" "ok" then had the audacity to roll her eyes. This will be the last time we are at this location!! read more

They had both drive-through lanes open, but we still waited in line for over 15 minutes just to get the completely wrong order. When my fiancé went inside and asked them to correct the order they did, but they didn't give him a free one or discount or anything like that. I've worked at plenty of restaurants, and when you mess up an order, I think it is just common courtesy to give it to them for free or give them a free drink... just anything to show that you're sorry. But they didn't care at all. We also ordered the burger plain and dry and the person in the drive-through asked us to repeat that twice yet they still put sauces, lettuce, tomatoes and just everything on the burger when they asked us three times how we wanted it and all three times we told him nothing but the meat and the cheese. read more

Well bust my buttons! Jumping jelly beans I am being attacked! Driving out last weekend I was attacked by the Big Mac Attack fever. Big Mac Attack, Big Mac Attack! It has been a long time since I went to a McDonalds; I drove up to the speaker box and ordered the Big Mac meal, yep I up sized and I added two extra patties on the big Mac! Then I parked and ate it. Well 16000 calories later the Mac Attack was over, yep I succumbed and ate it all. As usual almost everyone has eaten at a McDonalds at some point in time if you never have, you are a great person. So no change it is the same now as it was 5 years ago, except prices may be higher and they expanded their menu to a healthier type but all the old items are still there and the quality is the same. I will admit I get the breakfast sausage biscuit ever now and then. Hum, I see no kiddie's playground here, that's odd. I stand corrected, a small inside playgroud is there. Will I go back? Yes next time I get a Big Mac Attack. read more

Wish I can give this a ZERO star. My wife was sitting thru the drive thru just wanted to order 4 McMuffins. Lady said oh we stopped serving breakfast. I go here because it's close and I need something quick. This location is getting three stars because sometimes the food can be pretty good. The service however...Ah...let me take a deep breath. Understandably, it's food chain service and when the rush comes in things are bound to get complicated. From my past three years of observation, it's mostly drive thru that could use improvement. Some fixes from management can help: 1. Communication- it's so important to have a person having good communication at drive thru. I'm going to use today's incident as an example. I order my meal and the person on drive thru asks what else I'd like. I say just ketchup and bbq sauce. I like both for my fries. I'm weird like that. She gets super confused and thinks I'm modifying my burger with just ketchup...haha... I tell her no I want ketchup and bbq sauce on the side for fries. She's still doing something to the burger. At this point, I don't know how else to get her to understand to not modify anything to my meal. So I tell her "I just want ketchup and bbq sauce in the bag. Everything on the burger is fine." I'm sure I sound rude (not intentionally trying to be) She tells me to drive up. I think she was done. I pay and get to the front. I go back home. First, the burger was good. However, there was a ton of onions in them. Luckily for me, I have no problem enjoying onions in my food, even if I have to deal with stank breath after. Oh boy. 2. Direction! I feel like the employees are so used to getting orders wrong that they don't bother to verify what the customer is receiving. They just hand you the bag at the second window and wait for the driver to leave without realizing they got the wrong order. What does good direction sound like? "Here's your large coke. Your number 3 order is on its way. Here you go. Have a good day." Verify the order. Let them know they're waiting on something else to complete the order. Confirm the order is complete by a departing phrase. Which, by the way, it's not just about being nice! If you lead clearly, the flock of sheep will follow! If you can't find naturally articulate people, train your employees to be that way! I almost drove off a couple times because I didnt realize the drive thru person didn't give me my drink. People respond to social cues. This is one of the easiest things to take control of when handling the line. Thank you for the burger. I'll be taking a break from this location like I usually do, until I decide I haven't learned my lesson enough. read more

The staff are dicks. I ordered a simple meal with an extra fry. Easy right? No... I pay for the food get to the window and like a smart person I check to make sure all my food is there as fast food has gone downhill. Sure enough I'm missing my fry for my meal. I politely let them know it's missing and would like it. They don't even look at a screen and try to tell me they didn't charge me for the fry.... Me: "I just paid for a whole meal. Yes you did." Then they asked for the receipt and tried to argue with me even though it was right there. Then they got the manager because they didn't want to deal with me asking nicely for my food I PAID for. Then the manager walks up asks "what's up?" I told him I'm missing the fry and he tried to lie to me too like I'm an idiot. These people are lazy asshats, rolled thier eyes, shut the window when I asked for my food while sighing like it was some kinda burden. If you don't want to work then stay home you lazy fuck. After 5 minutes of arguing for no reason and showing them that I paid for it they finally gave it to me. Screw those idiots. They messed up, I asked nicely for them to correct it and then they were dicks. I'd give 0 stars but it's not an option unfortunately. I'll take my money somewhere else since they try to rob you. Pick a different location if you really want mcdonalds. These people don't deserve your money. read more

When I first moved here from out of state I was surprised by the friendliness of people. Especially restaurant staff. Over the last year your restaurant has deteriorated in quality of food and service. I'm not sure what happened but all of a sudden your staff is not friendly and your food is cold and soggy. Did you get poor management all of a sudden or is there a staffing problem and all that's left are the people who are rejects who couldn't get jobs before? What happened to y'all? I can't believe in the difference within less than a year. Very sad! read more

A bout 20 minutes or so another family comes in order their food. On of the things was a ice cream cone. They leave the store WITH A ICE CREAM CONE. I thought it was broken. Next thing. I work in the food industry so I know that It is a big NO NO to do this. While eating. I noticed that they had put a chemical bottle on top of the hood for the friers. This McDonald's might not be the cleanest after 1pm in their lobby as morning rush, and lunch rush have already passed by and considering they are short staffed they do a pretty good job. Probably one of the fastest McDonald's in the area again considering how many costumers they get and the few people working there. I visit here very very often when it's very packed both drive thru and inside and based how I worked on a younger years in this type of food chain I can say from experience they do pretty good here. Things happen very fast, sometimes they might forget your fry, or maybe missed no pickles here and there but it's understandable. It goes hella crazy orders here. And never have I seen that a case hadn't been resolved before when a customer's order was missing something or it was made incorrectly. Guess what people, it's going to take time to fix your burger or get you an item that isn't cooked yet so understand that so consider that when you bring up a complaint. read more
