Love their donuts. Just like I had as a kid. They also have breakfast tacos and pigs in a blanket read more

My husband finally decided to try Elgin Donuts to support a local business, and brought home $20+ of donuts. He didn't get there until 10:30am so it's understandable that the variety was low, but he said there wasn't much that resembled the online photos. First, the texture of the donuts is strange (OK), but then we were hit with the smell and taste of rancid oil. We took a single bite of each kind he brought home and they were ALL rancid. Preparing food with rancid oil is a health hazard. We want to support our local community businesses, but they have to provide a decent product. We're so disappointed. read more

Kim & jack were excellent in helping me out. They have kilaches and tacos and donuts and cappuccino as well. They are a one stop morning & afternoon shop. I would recommend this place since it has tables to sit at inside to anyone manor or Elgin. read more

Elgin Donuts - Donuts Near Me - Elgin, Texas

Scam Alert! BEWARE: I went to pay for my items and it didn't add up correctly. I asked about it when looking at the receipt and there was an extra charge for "differential pay." I asked her to explain what that charge was for and she said it was early in the morning. She re-wrung without the charge. I was paying with cash so it shouldn't have been the credit card fees most restaurants add now. I think they were trying to charge me more for using cash. Or it was just a scam. Check your receipts! Typical donut shop ambiance....non-existent. read more

Best breakfast sandwich I've had in a long time. Recently moved to Elgin & someone told me about this gem & I'm so happy they did. I got a bacon, egg & cheese croissant breakfast sandwich & it was pure Heaven! The croissant is the best croissant I've ever had (so fresh, soft & buttery). read more

Love the sausage and cheese kolaches. Bread is light and fluffy. Haven't tried the donuts...yet

WooooooWZers!! what a deal schmeal!! So I was recommended this place by a coworker. We were looking to break out of the norm for an upcoming meeting and not repeat doughnuts and coffee for the morning session... yeah yeah... so then why did the coworker recommend a doughnut place you ask? Because Super Doughnuts is so much more then JUST a doughnut place. I was looking to get breakfast tacos for this meeting that was coming up and my coworker said that this place had descent ones. Wait, a doughnut place has breakfast tacos? Seriously? Oh YES... Seriously! And seriously good ones too! Egg with potato, egg with potato and bacon, egg with sausage and cheese, and Egg with bacon... 1.69 each and they are not those thin little tacos either! They are seriously good! Super Doughnuts is the bomb.com man! There are a lot of people going in and out of here so I was concerned about a wait. However the staff is friendly and fast... just want you're looking for in the morning... I was in and out in 5 mins. Their selection is great! They have the usual breakfast sandwiches, large and small different sausage rolls, specialty filled doughnuts, apple fritters, and all of the normal doughnuts... a small sausage roll is only 1.09!!! Yes that is not a typo... 1.09! This place earned my biz for sure... at our next meeting it will be "Breakfast Taco anyone?" read more

This little gem in Elgin is just a bit too far for me to frequent. Sad, unfortunately, but now I know where to go whenever I'm passing through or in the area. They have a variety of donuts as well as kolaches. I swung by twice here the week I had training in Camp Swift in Bastrop. The staff were friendly and they had lots of customers in line. I'm probably correct in assuming some of them were regulars. Producing delicious foods will do that for small businesses. Keep up the great work, Elgin Donuts! I will definitely be returning. read more

This place has a pretty nice, solid selection of sweets and savory items. We personally love the cheese and jalapeño kolaches, but the croissant breakfast sandwiches are close behind. They have donuts, sweet breads, pastries and cakes. They're quick, and well priced. Definitely worth a stop in. read more

Quick and friendly service. Elgin Donuts have a variety of different type of donuts, Kolaches, sandwiches, & bake goods. I was very surprise to see a jalapeño boudin and regular boudin Kolache on their menu! First time trying it and absolutely love both! The jalapeño boudin does have a kick and it progressively get spicy with every bite! For all those no spicy eaters, eat with caution lol! For a non-spicy eater like me, I actually enjoyed the jalapeño boudin Kolache more than the regular. It's something about that extra kick of spicy that make me want another bite even though I'm burning inside! The jalapeño cheese sausage Kolache is amazzzzzing! The sausage was oozing with cheese inside the sausage and the Kolache bread was similar to a croissant pastry. Perfect amount of crunch and softness texture! It's so dang good! The jalapeño cheese sausage Kolache is definitely the best I've ever had! It is One of a kind and the size is generous for the price! I will definitely return and recommend to check out this small bakery. Elgin Bakery may be small in a small town but the bakery goods are top notch and unique! A must try! read more

Staff is always amazing! Great breakfast tacos including the donut holes which I recommend!

Elgin Donuts was just what I was needing this morning! The donuts are fresh and their flakey croissant kolaches were so good! I probably should have ordered more! Next time I'll set the ham, cheese, and jalapeño croissant with a few more donuts. I'm a fan of their cake donuts. Yum read more

Stopped by Super Donuts for breakfast on the way to Houston a couple weekends ago. Their many different donuts looked great in the display, so I decided to get some. (They have a bunch of other items too, like tacos and croissants.) I bought two strawberry donuts without sprinkles. I bit into the first one and it nearly melted in my mouth! At the same time, it had a crispy, light, and thin exterior. Some of the best donuts I've ever had! You're lucky if you happen to come across Super Donuts. It's kinda in the middle of nowhere for most people. The inside is cute. Looks old-fashioned in a good way! They have a $5 minimum if you pay with card. This used to be my to-go place on Sundays to get donuts for the kids, but not anymore. Their quality has slowly gone down(as well as the donuts size) and just a few days ago was my last straw to go there. The glazed donuts were so oily that even the kids didn't want them.Had to throw them away, but I guess it's on me because I kept going even after noticing the changes. read more

Good donuts and sausage rolls at decent prices. Always open early and have a decent selection until they close unlike many donut places who run out by 7-8 AM and only have the dregs left after that. Any of their breakfast sandwiches with eggs are ok, but not great. I am a particular fan of the jumbo sausage, cheese, & jalapeno rolls as well as the apple fritters. read more

Love this place everything there is great!! I get donuts there every Monday and they are always fresh!!

Amazing donuts & koalches, always fresh. Very friendly staff. Definitely our go to spot in the area.

Definitely my favorite place for kolaches. Super affordable also. Delicious variety of options.

They have the best donut holes! The kolaches are good as well. I love the cake donuts too, but I steer clear of the breakfast tacos. I just don't like when eggs are warmed up in the microwave. Other than that, the donuts/holes and kolaches are really worth it. The service is fast and they're pretty friendly. I believe they make the kolaches in house. Good place to get coffee and donuts. read more

So good! Perfect for a quick stop off in our travels. We had doughnuts and a sausage cruissant that hit the spot. Coffee was on point too! Looking for a nice little mom n pop store to support. Try this place! read more

Everyone is so nice and efficient! Even though they clearly microwave your food in front of you, it still tastes freshly baked. I highly recommend all of their breakfast sandwiches and of course the kolaches! Well worth the price and a perfect choice for a quick breakfast in Elgin! read more

Great donut place in a small town! Their chocolate eclairs are my favorite, because the custard inside is so light and isn't overpowering. The kolaches are good, but I wish they had a lighter bread around them, like the bread at buccees. Still, can't complain too much because everything I've had is delicious! read more

Apple fritters a must! Enjoying everything offered for weekend breakfast treats !! Meh. Donuts. Fine if that's what you're hungry for. The kolaches are uninspired. Fritters are good.

I'd rather drive to Shipley's in Manor for better service and quality. Super Donuts could use some competition to step up their game.
