I'm so happy to update my review! I'm a big cake donut fan, and the last time I was here I was disappointed. But things have greatly improved. The cake donuts were soft, non-greasy, and non-crunchy/fried. They tasted really good. Also, service was quick and polite. Parking in the shopping center was easy and fortunately the road that it is on has a light at 290 to help you easily get back out on the main road. read more

Donut holes, and a Taco morning while on my travel around Austin surroundings. First time here....and every mom and pops donuts are different definitely. Donut holes are smaller than what I'm used to, with less icing, and taco paper wrap was stuck to it, and taco is way too small for price. Everything taste normal, but I know it's better mom and pops out here, as I had better and more quality. Have to give this place a 1 star or the first time experiencing. Bigger Glazed Donuts bring bigger Holes. Didn't fill me up, still hungry, looking for breakfast again. read more

This place is such a gem in Manor and it's a must try if you love freshly made donuts, kolaches, and other breakfast goods. Located in the shops at shadowglen, they're open early at 5AM and close at 1pm. There's a few tables inside if you want to enjoy your coffee and pastry, and they can even warm it up for you too! There's also a bathroom if you need one. I ordered one dozen donuts and a couple of sausage cheese kolaches. The owners were so kind, helpful, and patient with me choosing donuts and kolaches. They also service breakfast tacos, biscuit sandwiches, filled croissants, and muffins. For drinks, they have coffee, milk, and juice but they also have a fridge full of different beverages (kids too!). They have a little station for napkins, sugar, and different flavored coffee creamers too. Highly recommend checking this spot out the next time you want fresh donuts or a savory treat! read more

Great stop off 290 for tacos and coffee open at 5am! The parking lot is pretty private and in front of the hospital so lots of space. It's great place to come get breakfast if u have fam or gfs in town. It runs about $5 for two items plus tip so a great deal. Craving sustenance and had to try out Super Donuts this morning since it came into my social media feed. Friendly, neighborly donut shop off of 290 in Shadow Glen housing area. Wife asked me to get up early and fetch her some breakfast burritos. Only to find they call them breakfast tacos. No matter. Enjoyed browsing their displays that are separated into sweet and savory booths. I couldn't make up my mind what to get, so of course I had to buy a few to get an overall sense of the flavors. I ordered a sausage kolache, a sausage croissant, 1 sausage egg and cheese breakfast taco and an apple fritter. I strongly suggest when ordering the breakfast tacos that two or more should fill your appetite. They are smaller than anticipated. But all were very good and flavorful suggestions this morning. This donut shop is located inside a strip center on the north side of 290 where you'll find plenty of parking. Once inside, you'll notice three tables that you can dine at as you are greeted by large glass display cases full of pastry goodies. I got here at almost 11 AM on a weekday and there were still plenty of donuts and lots of kolache's left. I decided to skip the smaller breakfast tacos and go with one of their large croissant, ham, and cheese sandwiches, which was quite filling. Their donuts are good, but not as good as their baked goods which really stand out. If you're an early riser and leaving the ShadowGlen subdivision in the early morning hours, you'll find this place is open at 5 AM. They do offer coffee for the morning commuter. When you pay with your credit card, you'll be pleased to know this is one of the few businesses where you are not greeted with a tip screen, although there is a tip jar. This place is definitely worth trying. Prices seem right. Donuts, kolaches, and croissants are very good and freshly made. Service is excellent and very friendly. Their donuts are actually the best I've had in Austin. Better than Shipley's and Round Rock by far. Sausage/cheese croissants are great. read more

Not many places to grab breakfast at in Manor but you can never go wrong with donuts. This place serves kolache's croissants and breakfast tacos. Not the best I've had but also not the worst. I got a few of breakfast items and shared them with a group of people who are helping someone move. Everyone enjoyed the food. read more

Not sure how I missed the fact that this place opened so close to the house, but very pleased that it did. Freshness is first with this joint. Everything looks great. Service is spot on. The croissant style kolaches were DeLish!!..Being as early as it was, photos were a bit absent, but the wife had an apple fritter, krispy out side and soft inside, and just the right about of glaze. This was our first time getting food here we are out of towners & I must say this place was amazing! We had the croissant pig n the blanket as well as some other regular ones. They were perfect! Also tried some of there donuts very great quality. I wanted to like this place because Manor needs more quality restaurants. So we tried this place and got sausage kolache and blueberry muffins. The kolache were good. I'm not sure if the bread was actually made there but suspect it wasn't so you lose points. The muffins though - WTF! Obviously from a mix. Bad idea because the idea of a restaurant is you offer something that I might not make at home. I can rip open a mix and bakes three times as many muffins myself for a fraction of the cost and save myself the drive. If I go to a restaurant to buy food, at least have the decency to actually make the food from real ingredients not a mix. Then you really go south by tossing three or four blueberries on the top of the muffin and call it a day. Here's a clue - blueberry muffins have blueberries THROUGHOUT the ENTIRE muffin. That's why they are called blueberry muffins. Even the ultra crappy prepackaged overly sugared blueberry muffins Walmart sells have blueberries throughout the entire muffin. This place would be so much better if their donuts weren't SO DRY and they had better customer service. The donuts look good but once u take a bite u practically choke on the dryness of the donuts. If my 5 year old wouldn't eat them that tells u something. The girl working the counter never smiles always looks mad and makes very very minimal conversation and eye contact. New to Manor, I ventured here last weekend to try my first ever kolache. I went in later in the morning, so didn't expect much selection. I got lucky they weren't completely picked over. I ordered half dozens of sausage/sausage & cheese, ham & cheese, and jalapeño-sausage-cheese. Grabbed a couple dozen doughnut holes for good measure. Service was friendly & efficient. The counter lady offered to heat up the kolaches, but I was headed home and opted to let everyone handle that themselves whenever they decided to eat. Everything was yummy & fresh. I need to go in earlier to have a larger variety to choose from. Doughnuts are on my radar next time! read more

Great customer service. Hot fresh glazed donuts is a weakness. They were yummy! The only down fall I would've thought they would've had more of a selection at 5:30-6vin the morning. I've been to this place a couple dozen times and everything I've ordered has been great. The place is clean and the proprietors are pleasant and smiling even at early hours of the morning. The only downside is they close at 1PM or so, but given the early hours they arrive and what they sell, I guess that's to be expected. My family loves Super Donut! Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious, they have fresh donuts and kolaches always! I highly recommend you try their "Boudin" things they are very yummy. They also serve lunch and the Burger meal lunch special is perfect. Burgers are always fresh delicious, made to order just the way you like it. Very friendly service! I've never walked in there without being greeted with a friendly "Hello" and i always get a "Bye have a good day" when I'm leaving. read more
