I order from this location multiple times a week and have never been disappointed. Staff is always awesome, and drinks are great.

I have NEVER written a review for a Starbucks in the years upon years I've been a customer. But today was my last straw. The most lackadaisical, slow, lax employees I think I have ever seen work the midday shift. I placed my mobile order, arrived at the location 10 minutes later, then proceeded to wait 20 MORE MINUTES for a single drink. I watched the staffers as they slowly, slowly made the drinks that came through. No sense of urgency or desire to have items out in a timely manner. No one even asked what order I was waiting for. I've worked at a busy cafe before and I know that what they're doing is not rocket science. The store wasn't even busy when I got there. All 10 of the people who were sat down already had their drinks in hand. I have never seen people work/move so slowly in my life at an establishment. I refuse to believe it wasn't on purpose. And, Rachael/Rachel, thank you so much for your half-hearted "sorry about that" when you handed me my drink i waited a cumulative 30 minutes for. Icing on the cake, babes. read more

I was back in the area after a couple of years and found this store to be much busier than I remember. But the staff was on top of things. The drive thru was hopping, the drinks were coming out at a good pace, and customer names were clearly announced with each drink/food item being placed in the pick up area. There were a decent number of people waiting for their orders, but there was adequate space to keep them from crowding each other. Fortunately I ordered thru the app, so when I walked in, I waited a very short time and grabbed my drink before most customers (probably to their surprise!). That's why you should always use the app! My family, and I were in the mood for something sweet - we saw a few new drinks on tv that we were excited to try. To our surprise the line moved fast, our order was taken properly at the speaker; but upon arrival at window our order was not found/not saved. We had to reorder at window, we gave specific accommodations, yet didn't receive cold foam on two drinks, and a blonde espresso shot was placed in a beverage (we didn't request the blonde). Guy at window was rude, and not wanting to help. Won't be coming back. read more

This Starbucks location is actually pretty quick on the draw in getting mobile orders out. Considering all of the business coming through, I think they do an admirable job of keeping up with orders. The interior of the store is being remodeled right now but I'm sure it will be very nice once it reopens. Always enjoy friendly service here as well. Recommended. read more

Much better coffee than Cafe 290 across the highway. That is the headline story here. * * * This is not a bad Starbucks for a Starbucks. There is good socket provision along one wall. There is excellent outdoor seating for those days and times when sitting outside is a good idea. Execution is standard. Fine on the wacky alt-lattes. Heavy heavy char on the beans themselves which hurts their straight-up espresso. Still - with enough pumpkin coconut raspberry creme in your latte, You won't care about bean roasting procedures. I went to Starbucks to get a coffee, rest and watch videos. The noise from the music in the store was so loud, it ruined any chances of rest or watching videos. Please beware of the Starbucks in Manor, TX. If you're not paying attention the cashier will add unauthorized tips to your total as well as other unauthorized purchases. I asked to speak with the manager to report the theft and the manager was dismissive of the employees wrong doing. Ask for y'alls receipt and check it. Tips are earned and to the customer"s discretion, you just can't go around stealing people's hard earned money. I will be contacting the corporate office. read more

Service is disorganized and slow. Don't go here if you're hoping for a quick coffee stop before work. The drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building and if you think you'll get faster service inside, you'll be wrong. No matter if they're really busy or seem to be slow, it's usually a 15 minute wait or longer. It's annoying that this is the only Starbucks in Manor and it seems to be so mismanaged. So if customers in Manor want Starbucks, they have to either deal with this or drive to a different town to get it. read more

Yes, the line can be slow but that aside, there is nothing like getting the wrong drink 3x! The same drink tea with soy milk yet I end up with a coffee latte. I always order the pike place roast before I go to the gym. Yesterday in the drive through I asked if I can get the iced cold foam cold brew shaken instead of on ice. The woman said yes, then I received it just watered down with ice. I thought ok maybe that was too specific of a request. But today my venti iced coffee with cream somehow has unwanted sweetener in it. NowMake sure you inspect and taste your drink before going anywhere. The only thing they have going for them is the super sweet guy in the drive through window. We rolled in at 3:45 for a coffee. I asked for dark roast and was told all they had was Pike. I said thats fine. We ordered coffees and pulled around. The barista stuck her head out the window and said they were out of coffee and could make us americanos or we could wait for them to brew a new pot. I asked if they would comp the coffees if I waited. Every time I have ever had to wait for a drink, especially coffee in a coffee shop they have offerred to comp it. She said they couldn't. Stopped in to this Starbucks to do a little job searching and change of scenery. I planned to sit outside, but it was a little chilly to me so I decided to sit inside. This location is really nice of with a lot of seating inside and outside. The line is a little confusing not too sure where it ends, but this could be the customers standing all over the place. One thing I did notice is the employee's aren't very helpful or friendly to start. I've been a few to times just to pick up a coffee, but never really been greeted properly. Never redirected to where the line starts because I always seem to enter the line the wrong way. It's a little irritating but I love Starbucks so I will bite my tongue. My love for coffee, this location and atmosphere will get a return. If my return were based on customer service I wouldn't be so sure. read more
