I came in today went through the drive thru order for the first time a Mocha cookie crumple Frap. When I got to the window got my drink and the presentation of the drink was awful like they made it really fast. I had 2 kids with me I wasn't able to get off or wait to speak to the manager and deal with this plus there was a line. When I took a sip of the drink it was all liquid I might as well had order it Iced instead of a Frap. Next time I am skipping this Starbucks and going to a different location. I am big time Starbucks drinker and this was an awful drink starting from presentation that how we could tell if the drink will be good. read more

The first time I came to this location I had ordered a Venti Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino and as soon as they gave it to me it was already melting. It wasn't even a Frappuccino it was more like milk with whipped cream. I was not satisfied. Today I went again and got a different drink which was the Serious Strawberry Frappuccino and same thing happened. It was all watery looking like milk. This place gets three stars because the staff is always super friendly when I come in & this is the only Starbucks in the existence of the Universe that has Morning Buns at all hours of the day & night. (Which is important & vital to my well-being seeing as how I inhale them like a crack.) The wait typically isn't bad either. However they lost two stars because ultimately this is a coffee place so I expect them to have at least halfway-decent coffee & they just... don't? Maybe it's just a fluke but every. single. time. I go there & get an iced coffee I have to end up throwing most of it away. It's always so bitter! So I'll ask for more milk, syrup, something. Nope. Still tastes like the ground up bits from the bottom of the pot. And I don't know why I keep going back for more. I only drink iced coffee so maybe you'll have a better chance sticking to the hot stuff. Updating. I started getting coffee.. whaaaaat? But it's delicious, what have I been doing my whole life? WHAT Anyway they fixed the tea problem because I go at least 3-4 times a week now and it's usually my favorite part of the day. The baristas are super sweet. I don't know one of the guys name but he's tall and has a beard and is one of my favorites and always answers the drive thru hilariously. Glad I gave it a second chance. read more

Yay finally a Starbucks in Manor! It's your pretty standard Starbucks. I wish they had larger tables inside. You can either sit at one of the two long tables or sit at one of many really tiny tables. WiFi is fast though and service so far is very good. read more

Terrible access design of the Starbucks. Only one entrance into the parking lot and it's blocked by the drive-through traffic. Could not even get into the parking lot to go into the store for three times in a row this week. Employee lack of knowledge and dont care about their customers, worst experience ever.

I go here a few times a week, and they are hit or miss. I can order a venti and ask for extra Caramel drizzle and they will give me the exact same amount as somebody with the toll and regular caramel drizzle. Today I ordered An iced macchiato and a double smoked chicken sandwich, I have my order on my receipt and they told me that I did not order what I clearly have printed in front of me. First they sent out a regular macchiato. I go back in to get it remade and to get my sandwich, which they corrected me on what I ordered. I just don't understand how they send the stuff out in the first place without everything then say well in our system it says you ordered this. I spend a good amount of money with Starbucks and just would appreciate the workers to not have an attitude, when I'm not giving one. read more

Terrible, bought a venti iced white chocolate mocha and it tasted like a cup of sugar. This drink differs from its hot counterpart with an extra shot of espresso and 2 extra pumps of the white chocolate mocha syrup. They definitely put in the extra syrup but didn't put in the extra espresso. This is literally undrinkable. Really made my day to pay 6 dollars for a cup of white chocolate mocha syrup. I had to then go buy supplies to make coffee at home. So I wasted almost a whole hour just trying to get some coffee. This store is garbage read more

Would have to say their mobile orders, they need more help in that. Ordered 1 drink at 4:47pm and 5:15 pm and still wasn't ready. But several weeks in and it is even worse! How is that possible?!? Worst Starbucks ever! I have been a gold Starbucks cardholder for the past 5 years. I drove thru this Starbucks a week ago and placed a simple order. They repeated it back correctly, got to the window ( which took forever) to see they left the whip Cream off. After 20 minutes we decided to finally complain and learn there was another woman who waited in front of us for 10 minutes before us as well. This Starbucks used to be good but I just left from this location and it was awful! After going through drive through I asked my tea to have classic sweetener and when I left with my drink it looked like it wasn't shook and it has no sweetness. Took the time out of my day to go back to get my sweetener and all they did was pump it still without shaking it for me.... My husband and I come here often since it is close to our home. We were excited to have a Starbucks close without having to drive into Austin. Staff is always friendly! Outdoor seating is awesome. Indoor seating gives you lots of options also. Great setting. Our drinks have always been correct. Yes of course the drive thru can be long during busy times like any Starbucks. The customer service here is HORRIBLE! After standing and waiting for my frappuccino for over 10 min and being the only customer waiting, I walk over to the pick up counter to find my drink sitting there half melted. Not any of the 4 people working behind the counter called my name in all that time. They all just stood there staring at me. While headed home to Houston we decided to stop at this Starbucks to grab some caffeine for the road, cuz the next one isn't until Brenham. We have stopped here after visiting our kid in Austin a few times with no problem. I really do hate to complain but...... you know those times when you're in a hurry and you stop somewhere specific because of its dependability and they just stop making your order because one of their friends walk in. So of course I'm standing there twiddling my thumbs, along with another customer, wondering how I can get them back to making our drinks without being a bitch. Finally the young woman that took our order comes over to finish mine and the guy that couldn't tear himself away from his friend comes over and poured my husbands drink into a cup. So simple. The coffee always yummy, and ordering and laying for our drinks ahead of time, only twice out of 29 times have they ever gotten stolen by bandits. While statistics are not my stong-suit, that is a pretty decent track record. We are surprised that they have not been stolen more by roming caravans, the mafia, the Mexican Cartels, or any other organized crime syndicate, as the newspapers may have the public believe. In fact, it seems like the bandits that have hijacked on two occasions were most probably perpetrated by an unorganized crime group of person and/or persons. At this point in time, with the current state of affairs in the world, we cannot rule out Russian, German or Syrian interference. Our stolen beverages may have also been Shanghai'd by the North Koreans or the Chinese. Furthermore, we did not file any police reports for the stolen cops of caffeine happiness, the staff at this location apologized, and replaced the drink-napped items, so the psychological distress and extreme amount of sadness damage to our happiness levels were "nipped in the bud", so that was jolly good. One supreme disappointment that we have suffered in 2018, was the the result of Starbucks "corporate"(ACCORDING TO SBUX STAFF& management) the discontinued Everything croissant. I cannot Express the level of sheer sadness and despair my family and I have experienced since that judgement was rendered. We hope it will be reinstated un the near future, and constantly attempt to keep hope alive in our hearts and minds. In conclusion, the formula change in November 2018, by changing their sweetness of the cold drinks, to a syrup based sweetener has left a gaping hole in our tastebuds happiness. This additional "Corporate decision" may have inadvertently inflicted irreparable damage to our happiness. Oh, and we love the whipped cream. It is totally yummy. Peace out! read more

Crappiest Starbucks, and it's new! They NEVER have the ingredients for the special limited edition drinks. And when you ask them about it they usually don't know what your talking about and make up something that's not what you ordered. I don't understand why all Starbucks wouldn't have the special drinks. Get it together Manor Starbucks!! I'd really like to not have to drive all the way into Austin for a good coffee. I had to repeat my order three times - the last time the lady taking my order repeated it with me. Two other employees were listening in. One said it'd be ready in about 5 minutes and they would call me. Never called me. Got my medium cappuccino as a medium coffee... Replaced it and the "cappuccino" tasted almost the same. Yuck.
