I placed my mobile order, arrived at the location 10 minutes later, then proceeded to wait 20 MORE MINUTES for a single drink. I watched the staffers as they slowly, slowly made the drinks that came through. No sense of urgency or desire to have items out in a timely manner. No one even asked what order I was waiting for. I've worked at a busy cafe before and I know that what they're doing is not rocket science. The store wasn't even busy when I got there. All 10 of the people who were sat down already had their drinks in hand. I have never seen people work/move so slowly in my life at an establishment. I refuse to believe it wasn't on purpose. It was so loud that I had trouble hearing her talk to me. Also, I was disappointed to see that there is no seating available on the patio as I've enjoyed at other locations.

In addition, I do not have a Haraz Coffee House near me, so when I am near one of their locations, I make it a point to pop in. I love Haraz. I love the ambience. I love the coffee. I love the pastry selection. I love the service. The consistency I've experienced from location to location is top-notch. The cleanliness here is impeccable, too. That bears mentioning. My go-to is the Haraz Latte. Iced. While this could never be my every day coffee, it is something I really enjoy and treat myself to when I'm able to go to a Haraz. As someone who doesn't proclaim to like cheesecake, their Biscoff cheesecake is the exception. Maybe it's a blessing that one isn't close by and I can only indulge every now and then. If you want a break from your regular coffee, give Haraz a shot. Especially when the summer heat kicks in - the iced coffee + cardamom is pretty great.
