From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it. Typically if a drink can be served at different temperatures that is clarified during the order taking step. We also stated we were first timers so that prob would have helped as well.
