What bothered me most was how much attention was placed on the tip screen. The young lady helping us was very energetic and made sure to watch the screen during the tipping process, but that same level of attention didn't seem to carry over to making sure the order was correct. I don't mind tipping for good service, and I regularly do, but when customers are being asked to tip before they even receive their drinks, I think the service and accuracy should match that expectation. If I'm pre-tipping and my drink is still made wrong because the order wasn't carefully followed, that's frustrating. They did give me a free drink card, which I appreciate, but it didn't completely make up for the experience. Hopefully management can remind the staff that getting the customer's order right should be the priority not the tip screen.

From the pictures I assumed mine would be hot and hers cold. We received both drinks cold. I was puzzled and then we explained to them we wanted hot for mine and showed the picture from the online menu. They just took the drink and remade it.
