Since it's been a while I've had Dutch Bros I didn't want to be that customer who held up the drive thru so I parked and walked up to the window. It was closed and they have placed a shelf on the window which blocks their view if any customers are standing there wanting to order. I was able to get their attention, but I am guessing they do not get a lot of walk up orders. They are plugging the fall drinks and the Banana Cookie Butter just started which looked so good. She said she hadn't tried it yet. My go to is the Cocomo Iced Drink which is expresso, coconut and chocolate milk. I've had Golden Eagle (expresso, caramel & vanilla breve, caramel drizzle) but Cocomo always hits the spot. I always make sure to get oat or coconut milk, and no sugar - which is their sugar substitute option - and very light ice. Drink came out in a few minutes and with the perfect amount of ice and it tasted great - just as I remembered. Very consistent, and I love all the sugar free options Dutch Bros offers. Make sure to get the app to get those rewards. Service here was fast and friendly.

They also do special drops with stickers and fun extras, which is a nice little bonus on top of the drink.

We were just handing them out to people who said they had dogs, which was highly disappointing. Also, the customer service was poor. The location was the AW Grimes Round Rock, Texas. I think it was her friend because based how she was talking to her and how long they were parked there that was definitely her friend, but there was one guy making coffee and that girl was just talking it up it's unprofessional and she should be working because I hate seeing one worker making drinks and the other one just talking to people that she knows and holding up the line I had to ask another worker to ask them if the car can move because I have a big truck

I was pretty disappointed with my experience at 7 Brew in Manor. I ordered three drinks, and…read moreunfortunately, one of my drinks was made incorrectly. What bothered me most was how much attention was placed on the tip screen. The young lady helping us was very energetic and made sure to watch the screen during the tipping process, but that same level of attention didn't seem to carry over to making sure the order was correct. I don't mind tipping for good service, and I regularly do, but when customers are being asked to tip before they even receive their drinks, I think the service and accuracy should match that expectation. If I'm pre-tipping and my drink is still made wrong because the order wasn't carefully followed, that's frustrating. They did give me a free drink card, which I appreciate, but it didn't completely make up for the experience. Hopefully management can remind the staff that getting the customer's order right should be the priority not the tip screen.

Finding it turned into a bit of a quest for me. After several failed attempts, I finally realized that when my GPS announced, "You have arrived," I had already driven right past it. Pro tip: the truck is much closer to Steck Avenue than Spicewood Springs Road. Thankfully, Cassie, the owner, provided clear directions that made locating the truck easy. As for the coffee, I ordered the iced Casita Café Latte, made with house-made spiced brown sugar and topped with cinnamon. The cinnamon tasted distinctly Mexican, adding a richer, warmer spice note that elevated the coffee. Smooth, flavorful, and refreshing, it was an excellent choice for a warm Austin day. What made the visit even more enjoyable was Cassie. She was friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful in her interactions with customers. While preparing another order, she acknowledged me right away, let me know I was next, and thanked me for my patience. It was a small gesture, but one that made me feel valued as a customer. After searching for it multiple times, I am glad I finally found Casita Café. Between the refreshing coffee and the genuine hospitality, it was well worth the effort.
