I come here every month! The staff is so polite and kind. Everything is clean and the drinks are so good!

This location has a menu consistent with all other Jamba Juice locations. It's always nice and fresh with quality ingredients. The wait times and the parking is what will keep me from going more frequently. On top of that they are frequently understaffed. Go quick if you're going to go during a break. If you're walking around Mueller and have some time you are good. It's getting a maybe from me. read more

It's currently 9:36 AM on a Thursday and no one is at the store, yet they are supposed to be open at 7 AM according to the door posting. Doors are locked and I placed a pickup through Door Dash, so what a waste of my time and money. If you can't hire an opener, the AGM or GM needs to step up and be responsible for the location. It took me over 45 min to get one smoothie from start to finish. It wasn't all the girls fault, she was kinda taking her time BUT I blame whoever is in charge for making this girl work by herself in the busy of the morning!!!!! I walked in and waited at the cashier for about 5 minutes before any acknowledgement. I ordered 3 drinks , a smoothie and 2 freshers . The smoothie was good but the girl making my drinks looked lost and was so slow and didn't care to make no effort I live far from a Jamba Juice to drive to this location spend $25 on syrup and ice ! Theres nothing I love more on a hot day than some refreshing Jamba Juice! I love their matcha tea blast and chunky strawberry bowl! Sometimes I switch it up and get strawberry wild or mango go go smoothie. This place is a luxury and Its def a once in a while treat for me, because my wallet just won't allow it as it is PRICEY. I also talk myself out of it when I remind myself that it is not as healthy as it seems or one would think. Every time I come here and order a bowl the fruit on top is frozen still and the bowl is awful. I really don't like the texture or taste of frozen fruit and I don't understand why it's not fresh or at least thawed before being placed on my bowl. Dear god. Dude taking my order was great, helpful and fun. But customer service at the cashier was about it. The workers were polite towards customers but honestly, and understandably, looked super stressed. The problem is, They messed up the drink twice. First time I had asked for less ice. Practically the whole thing was ice, as there was a massive chunk of ice in my drink including a bunch of ice around it. Second time it was less ice but incredibly bitter. Barely added any of the creamer, and it tasted like I was drinking straight up matcha powder. They offered a cup of the creamer for it and looked at me like I was the one that cause the wrong orders. They only have 2 ingredients that they make 3 juices out of! It was carrot and, I believe mango. One carrot juice, one mango juice, and one mango-carrot juice. Isn't this a "Juice" place? I mean really, Jamba Juice. I ended up going with a protein smoothie, peanut butter and banana. Honestly, it was awful. My son had the same thing and had the same opinion. This is something that I am very familiar with, order from different places, as well as make it home. So it's not like I'm unfamiliar with taste of a protein smoothie. The other smoothie options on the menu look so good, so I hate to ding them too hard without trying any of them....hence the overall 3 star rating. I would return and try something else. read more

Came here for my free birthday smoothie or juice :) I opted for the classic chocolate moo'd and added strawberries. It tastes like a chocolate covered strawberry:)) so yummy!!! The place is clean and easy to find. The young man behind the counter seemed very sweet and was super helpful especially when the word free was thrown around! Jamba, Oh... Jamba Juice. I love you (kinda) - but only semi respect you. If you were only as healthy as you try and make yourself out to be, then we would move onto the next step in our relationship. Sadly, I find myself cheating at other street side juice spots at the wee hours. Razzmatazz Smoothie & Strawberries Wild Smoothie are a norm go-to, yes.. you can order them "light" slightly helps ya feel better.. But the flavor takes a major Mike Tyson punch to the taste buds. Like, is this even the same thing, or is it liquified cardboard with ice. Moving on... The last visit involved a manager "training" berating his new hire, then the orders came out wrong, while I must have waited about 15 minutes for them to be made. It was Empty inside!! I would say, if you're going to come here, don't come here because you want a smoothie of some sort, and or a 100% juice drink while you're trying to be calorie/health conscious. I just left this Jamba Juice at 4:50 on 9/16/20. There are 4 overly relaxed teenagers in there serving drinks. 3 of the 4 did not have gloves on. It's covid 19???? Wear gloves it's common sense and is risky. I asked the girl making my drink to please put on gloves and she did only after rolling her eyes? This is a HUGE insurance liability ??? She finally put them on then the rest of them put gloves on. I ordered a non dairy drink. She put dairy in my drink twice and had to throw it out twice. All while being unprofessional. The recipe is written on the ticket I paid for. I also said I do not drink dairy at the cash register. Who by the way rang my drink size up incorrectly . This is prime example of unappreciative stuff running away business. If you're the owner check your staff. read more

The AC is out. It's 91 degrees outside. It's well over a hundred in the building, not even counting the oppressive humidity. The employees are cooking like lobsters. The box fans (that I presume the manager thought would be an adequate solution) are laughably ineffective. Absolutely no one should have to be in that building unless it's to save a child or fix the AC, and yet this Jamba Juice is still fully staffed! The amount of suffering being inflicted on these employees - for the sake of, what, like 30 bucks in profit an hour? - is completely inhumane. The manager responsible needs to be disciplined and the employees should get PTO for any scheduled shifts until the AC is fixed. It's 2022, we don't have to live like medieval serfs anymore. Do better, Jamba Juice. Human health and safety is more important than corporate profit. read more

The A/C in the building is out on a day with a high of 100. Its so sticky and hot in the building. It is absolutely inhumane that management has not had this fixed and forces their employees to work in that insane heat. The fans in the building are doing nothing to help. Shame on you jamba juice. LOVE this spot. Have been back every day since I first tried it. First, let me say that I was nervous to try a major juice chain. I recently found Austin's Juiceland local chain and thought it would be my go-to. I was in the area and decided to try Jamba Juice on a whim, and it was so much better than I expected. The açaí berry smoothie is phenomenal, and I HIGHLY recommend the peachy greens bowl (kale and peach base). Relatively reasonably priced and delicious. read more

I go by Jamba Juice often to get a smoothie for breakfast. This particular location is pretty awesome not only because of the delicious smoothies, but because the staff there rock! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My favorite smoothie is the Orange C booster with energy or the 3G charger (caffeine). Most Jamba Juice across the board have a typical level of standards that I would imagine they'd like to hold themselves too, but honestly this may be the worse Jamba Juice I've been too. Not to be unfair. I've been here 4 times this week and 3/4 times this weeks it's been the typical service, but it may have just been this crew on this particular Sunday but it was totally disorganized. And the staff was making constant errors. I was very displeased. On a side note I got the Acai Primo bowl. I'm from California and seeing Acai Bowls getting into more mainstream stores like Jamba Juice in the Texas Branches is nice. The consistency of the bowl is great, not melted and not to solid, and the granola and what not is standard.
