I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros Coffee today! I accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong location, and when I showed up to the Ben White location, they were incredibly kind about it. There was a very short wait in the drive thru line and the location is very clean and orderly. Even though my order wasn't in their system, they went ahead and made my strawberry lemonade for me without any hassle. I was using a free medium drink coupon, and they still honored it with zero attitude, just friendly smiles and great energy. Customer service like that really stands out. Super easy to roll up in here, choose a lane, and be greeted within minutes of arriving. This is a spot located off of a highway so often times the line will look intimidating but it's not. You will have your coffee or matcha and will be back on the road in no time. Service is quick and super friendly here. If you can order ahead do it and park and walk up to the window. Service is much faster if you walk up when you order ahead. Orders are always accurate for when I have come by and never have any issues. There is a cool patio spot where you can hang out when the weather is nice and enjoy your drink outside. None of the Dutch Bros Coffee have any food but you are surrounded by two solid burger spots and can order your food at one of them and come back to the patio to eat it. Incredibly good, just feels refreshing to get and drive thru girls always so friendly. Greeted with double smiles start to end. I got the large Annihilator and my wife got a small chai golden eagle. So delicious. She rarely finishes anything before I do so that's a good sign. I wouldn't recommend a large every time tbh they're not afraid to load high on sugar. Choc chip muffin top was super fresh and delightful. Soft give, crunchy choc chips, cold fluffy muffin feel. Overall 5/5 but would not suggest more than once a week. She was knowledgeable to it was quick, too! There's always a line here so I was nervous to stop, but went to the window and it was easy, clean, and shaded. Its better than starbucks. Their caramelizer is made with chocolate milk, which is ridiculous and delicious. I usually get a plain latte and its just perfect. They're so fast, i like watching them make the coffee. Always so friendly, too. Every single time they are so nice. My husband stopped by here on the way from work yesterday and asked me if I would like some Dutch Brothers. It's been so long since I've had this treat that I forgot how sweet it can be! But I know that sweetness is on brand. My advice: If you don't like sweet, don't go to Dutch Brothers. However, I ask for 1/4 of the sweetness on their "Kicker" drink, and it hits the spot just right! Thank you for the drink. I loved Dutch bros for about 2 weeks.. I was going 3 times a week. The second week I stopped because even though I was ordering the same coffee it was never made the same, different taste, and it had a different look. I order a Golden Eagle 5-6 days a week which is too often tbh. I usually go to a couple of the north locations but today was down south. They gave me my drink and it was completely watered down and had a weird taste. My throat started hurting two sips in so I threw it away. Almost feel like they put sanitizer cleaner in it.
