Definitely a Local Favorite Small place located on north side route 20, ok for right turn in but no left turn. Small parking area located in front. We were between breakfast and Lunch so had no problem getting a table. Definitely a local favorite, saw no other tourist. Atmosphere basically none, strictly local casual jeans, t shirt and boots. Waitress was friendly and courteous but took care of the locals first then got to us. Menu had a large variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. When we finally ordered I had the Western Omelette and my spouse had Eggs and Bacon. Meals were cooked to order and food portions were good size. Meals were tasty. They do have free WiFi. Not sure if we would go back.

Located right on route 20,I've passed by nearly every day but never stopped in before today. I've never really payed much attention as the place is very unassuming. You walk in and it's just as it seems from the outside...not very big. Don't let that fact fool you as it was still worth the stop. The service was fast and friendly, not necessarily in that order. Our waitress was an army of one, but still attentive. I had an onion and cheese omelet and my bride bacon and eggs. We were each happy with our choices and the portions were a good size. Prices are reasonable Worth the visit if you're in the area.

I first visited these guys when they were operating out of a small barn, and seeing the evolution to this 53,000 sq ft, $18.5M facility is seriously impressive. They follow a "direct-to-consumer" model -- selling everything right out the front door -- and they've mastered it. I've been here many times over the years and go whenever I have the opportunity, which says everything. Tried some of their standout beers -- King Julius is the gold standard, consistently ranked among the best beers in the world. Their flagship Julius is just as impressive, with massive notes of mango and peach -- incredibly well balanced and executed. There are usually food trucks on site, which adds to the experience -- you can enjoy a fresh pour while picking up your take-home haul. Fun fact: On BeerAdvocate's all-time Top 250 list, Tree House often has 30+ beers featured, something almost no other brewery can match. Overall, some of the best beers anywhere -- truly unparalleled and absolutely worth the visit. Saluti.

Hint: this time of year is actually a great time to visit their sandwich location, especially if you can catch a decent weather day. The real reason for the update is that they now have pizza in Charlton! At the time of writing this, it's only by the slice and only M-Th. They lack the capacity to feed the masses at this time but I'm guessing the goal is to ramp up to full production eventually. Unfortunately, my slice last night was not the best they can do. Undercooked, slightly cold and a little chewy, and no char. I look forward to when it's hot and fresh, but for now, at least it's a start!!

The cheese sauce was a bit runny making it hard to eat politely. We had a steak and cheese and a turkey sandwich, both with house chips. The water there tasted awful, we did have to order bottled. They should probably consider a filtration system. Before I came I thought this was a high end place but upon arrival realized it's quite casual. We were in the downstairs bar, I understand there is an upstairs so maybe that is fancier? Either way it's super laid back. I will say the bathroom near the bar need an update. It was not just dirty, it was run down and ragged. Our lunch /drinks for 2 was $180 with tip and I would expect a decent bathroom and drinkable water for that level of restaurant pricing.

Will definitely be back when in the area.
