We went to Broth for brunch. Two of us started with the bloody Mary and one with the sake mimosa. Both were amazing. Both menus were available at the time so we started with the pu pu platter and the man candy. Everything was crispy and delicious. The egg rolls were my favorite on the platter and the sweet and sour sauce had great balance. Two of us got the mcgriddle and the other the brunch burger. The mcgriddle was UNREAL. The sausage patties were hand formed and burger sized. The sandwich had a the perfect sweet and savory notes and the home fries were spot on. My friend said the Ramen Burger was great as well. We got a few more drinks and I tried the espresso martini. Very good. The staff was super friendly and the owner checked in a few times. Absolutely will be back. Cannot recommend enough.

Do not sleep on this new Broth location! It is absolutely fabulous and has authentic and original ramen along with some amazing fried rice and rangoons. You will not be sorry you checked out this acclectic little spot! Be sure to pop across the hall to Odd by Worcester for some equally amazing brews.

Location & Atmosphere Located on 22 Front St in Worcester, Broth Ramen has potential but feels a bit unfinished. While the artwork on the walls is well done, the space lacks warmth--missing decor and dim lighting make it feel less inviting than it could be. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the ambiance doesn't fully draw you in. Food & Drinks I tried to order the surf and turf, but it looks like they already ran out, which is unfortunate. So I went to try the Grilled Cheese Ramen and the Lobster Ramen. The grilled cheese ramen was comforting with a creamy tomato bay soup, evoking a nostalgic grilled cheese and tomato soup combo. It's a fun idea, but felt a little one-note--I wish it had more depth to elevate it beyond novelty. The lobster ramen was underwhelming. A zesty lemon broth gave it a citrusy twist, but I expected a richer, seafood-boil-style flavor perhaps. The portion was light, with only half a lobster and very little meat. For a premium item, it didn't quite deliver on value or experience. ‍ Service & Hospitality Service was just okay--friendly enough, but minimal effort beyond taking the order and dropping off food. There wasn't much warmth or engagement, which added to the overall sense that the experience was missing something. Unique Selling Point Broth Ramen dares to be different with creative fusion concepts that go beyond traditional ramen. I respect the innovation--it's not your typical ramen shop--but the execution doesn't fully support the ideas. With stronger presentation, more thoughtful menu cohesion, and a better dine-in vibe, they could really stand out. Right now, it feels like a great idea that's still trying to find its footing.

Staff were super friendly and ramen is non-traditional and very tasty. Highly recommended if you're around the downtown Worcester area!

Food and Service were amazing. The new location is decorated with amazing artwork that matches the space. Can't wait to visit again and eat more. So happy they are back.

Is there a beer and wine liceance, or are coctails served?

We are BYOB and have a brewery across the hall that beer and seltzer cocktails can be ordered from.

I got the spicy ramen and my partner got the chicken non spicy one, please refer to pics as I forgot the name... highly recommend getting the chicken ramen, the broth is light and savory, additionally lots of protein and veggies to make it the perfect ramen bowl. The spicy ramen was okay, I love spice but this one was a bit starchy as if too much starch was used to thicken the broth. The noodles were also way too soft; and there's very little protein. I got beansprout as an add on and that was $2; a bit much if added onto the bowl.

Our food arrived fairly quickly as well. All of the staff are very friendly & attentive. The space is cool, very relaxing & open. As for the food, it was very, very SALTY. The mussels were good but once you reach the bottom of the bowl it was salty. The flavor of the wings were good but also salty. The ramen was also extremely salty as well so it seems like everything they make here is just overall on the salty side. If they just lessened every dish on that part, it would be perfect. But especially the ramen was very hard to eat without drinking 5 cups of water. The shirley temple was delicious tho! Food is 3/5 but service is a 5/5. So I will say the service definitely saved the rating from 3 stars.

It was fried noodles with chicken, beef, pork and vegetables in a delicious sauce. I also had the traditional Chinese appetizer. That was also delicious. I got a scorpion bowl to drink. We also got the teriyaki beef. Cooked to perfection. The waitress was helpful in answering all our questions about different foods. She was very friendly and accommodating. The place was on the older side but appeared to be clean. Restroom was very clean. They held a wine and paint night in the back of the place. We had so much fun painting a cardinal in a winter theme. We came from CT to Worcester MA for this dinner because it has the reputation of being the best Chinese food. I have to agree it was the best authentic food I have ever tasted. Would definitely recommend, it is worth the trip.

Atmosphere: this restaurant is really spacious! There is a big bar when you walk in and lots of booths / seating in the back. The decor was typical for a Chinese restaurant. There was a TV by our booth. Parking: Spacious lot behind the restaurant which is great for its location on Park Ave Service: Average. Waitress was fine. Not bad, not great. Food: Entree doesn't come with rice; for the amount you pay this should be included. Sesame chicken and lo mein was average. Mochi was awful, tasted freezer burnt and was crystalized like it had been sitting for months. Summary: I wouldn't go out of my way to go back here but if you're looking for an average dining experience for Chinese food this place is fine. Don't bother with dessert.
