I also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. It seemed like a premade sandwich that had been reheated, so the bacon was soft rather than crispy, which is my preference. Most of the time it's Matcha mixed with a bunch of other stuff and at best it's culinary grade. The Matcha here was vibrant in color, smooth and slightly nutty. I elected to sweeten it with simple syrup and had it Americano. My husband opted for a vanilla latte with oat milk and while we've stopped at several places so far, this is the best latte we've had on our roadtrip. They make all of their syrups in house and the coffee was smooth and not bitter. The cafe is small and quaint. It does open up into a larger building with additional seating. Customer service was on point, and we even joked about the different types of Matcha and how some places use a ton of fillers and sugar.

They brand themselves as an Indonesian specialty coffee shop. I think it's cool that they've have a special Lunar New Year menu. And their pastry game is top notch, sourcing from heavy hitters like GetRight's and Banh & Butter. But for me, I can't help myself from ordering their espresso tonic. They pair the espresso with a coconut yuzu tonic, with a hint of vanilla, and a dried lemon wheel for garnish. It's sweeter than what I typically enjoy, however it's so damn delicious and refreshing!
