I also tried the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on an English muffin. This was the only disappointing part of my visit. It seemed like a premade sandwich that had been reheated, so the bacon was soft rather than crispy, which is my preference. Overall, Vibe Coffee & Wine is worth a quick stop, but it is especially nice as a place to relax, hang out, or settle in and do a little work.

They were not malicious. They simply performed the transactional ritual of caffeinating a stranger with the exact emotional investment of a parking meter. The beverage itself was perfectly adequate. Bad coffee inspires anger. This coffee merely inspired a quiet acceptance of my own mortality. It was average in that completely forgettable way that makes you wonder why you parted with currency for a specialty drink in the first place. If you need a nice chair to sit in while the world falls apart, you will find it here. If you are looking for a memorable cup or a warm human interaction, you will probably leave remembering the furniture.

The Tiger's Blood Boba milk tea was an interesting mix of pineapple and rose sencha milk tea and the other was a honey flavored Hokkaido milk tea. You can do lots of customization and added toppings, but if you order online you can't really adjust the sugar unfortunately and the drinks do run a bit sweeter than what I normally would have liked. You can either build your own poke bowls or pick from the signature pre-builds. It's a heaping helping of a meal and it's definitely more than enough for a hungry adult. You can easily share a medium bowl as well. It is a bit pricier than what I'm used to for poke bowls, but then again California isn't as land locked as Colorado. I think an issue I had was how mushy the rice was, but other than that the other ingredients were decently fresh. Overall not bad, probably pretty good for this area, but not my favorite from my Denver visit.

Then, going back recently, there's always that fear that the quality or taste has gone down but it definitely did not!
