This is one of my favorite coffee spots and I don't even live in Denver. I first tried Coffee Sarap last year upon recommendation from someone else who visited Denver and was taken away the first time. Then, going back recently, there's always that fear that the quality or taste has gone down but it definitely did not! I love traditional Filipino flavors like ube and pandan but I've tried a lot of drinks that either overpower with flavor or lack it, but their flavors are just the right amount. The inside decor and overall ambiance are really nice, as well as the friendliness of the workers!
Vibey channeling to my islands. I like they have pandan Matcha cuz I don't know a place that serves it here in Denver. So happy I see Filipino spot here. It's a chill vibe.
Popular spot for ube- and pandan-flavored coffee and drinks. They also have some Filipino pastries. Cute interior but quite small. Not the best for studying or working because it gets loud. The mestiza latte I got had oat and rice milk, but it was so sweet I couldn't finish it. I don't think I would come back - just personal preference. The cold brew was too sour in my opinion. Credit card/tap pay accepted Bathroom is through the back door and around the corner. Free WiFi Parking is on the street and free.
I'm such a fan of this coffee spot. They have an incredible list of drinks that are available year round as well as rotating and seasonal flavors. I love their pandan iced latte but truly haven't disliked a single thing I've tried. The flavors are thoughtful and celebratory of Filipino flavors and culture and the staff has always been very helpful when answering questions. Tarot machine is another fun bonus! Plenty of seating indoors and also outdoors.
Really love the decor in this place. A great way to represent the culture. I'm from out of town and was surprised to find this place in Denver. Ordered the flight which came with 4 small cups. The drinks were good but a little on the sweeter side.
I'm baaack- finally! My love for this lil Filipino shop is not alone- a lot of Denver has also discovered and love this spot, too! I got the Pandan boba tea- yum- and not too sweet. I also tried the Thai tea cruffin. Loooove all the Asian flavors!
Found this place through a friend. Not widely advertised but very good. The employees have the business like an assembly line. They are nice and professional. The environment was very comfortable but limited. Luckily, we found seating for my family but there is only 6 tables inside but there is outside seating too. Lovely decor and very welcoming. Now the food and drinks. The hot drinks were really good and emptied out quickly haha. My sons cold drink was really strong but he didn't mix beforehand. After he mixed it then he really enjoyed it. The empanadas were tasty but fell apart. Very difficult to eat. I recommend grabbing utensils. The Siopao was good and the flavor were suttle. Maybe a dipping sauce would pair well. I couldn't comment on the croissant, it was gone by the time I looked up. The ube muffin was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend it. Overall, this place is a must go. It gets super busy but it's well worth the wait. The parking is on the street and it fills up.
Colorado as a whole does not have a very strong Filipino food scene so Coffee Sarap was a fantastic addition! I love supporting small businesses and I'm so glad Coffee Sarap established their own physical location after following them when they were in Castle Rock and at popups during Luna New Year. As someone who doesn't consume any coffee, I'm really glad they have options for me. My favorite thing to order is the pandan milk. When I say I want pandan to attack me when I drink it, this is what I'm talking about. I want the flavor to be very known to my tastebuds not just a faint character. Even thought I can't handle dairy, this is definitely worth it (take lactase before). One of the best pandan drinks I've ever had. The interior pays homage to the Filipino culture from the walls to the decor. The wall art is very pretty. If you come on a regular day instead of an event, there are plenty of seats. They also have an open patio as well. Check it out if you're in the area.
Cute location in rino! Vietnamese coffee with lots of fun options to try. I was drawn to it for the UBE! I wish their ube was a little stronger in flavor, but I still love this spot! A lot of young people working from home inside and out. Typically there is a wait for coffee but that's bc it's popular :)
Coffee Sarap is absolutely worth the hype. The drinks are excellent, and the menu is creative and well thought out. The ambiance and overall vibe are warm and inviting. It was very busy when we visited, but the staff handled the crowd efficiently and kept things moving. Prices felt very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. I ordered the iced medium pandan latte, and it was love at first sip. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced. Fair warning: the medium is huge. It took me a while to finish, which is not a bad problem to have. They also have a tarot card ball machine for $15 per ball. We bought four. Three were fun, but one was a complete miss: a miniature Lego set that you could buy for a couple of dollars at Daiso. Just a heads up if you are tempted. I would absolutely come back. Parking can be a bit challenging, but the experience and drinks make it worth the effort.
Hopped off a red eye flight so naturally our first stop was a coffee shop. This was a great introduction to Denver! There was a line almost out the door and understandably so. We tried to Palawan & Boracay Dreams, both iced and both were good. The shop was hosting an event that day and it was lively with a DJ and even a few local vendors. Because it was so crowded, we had to enjoy our lattes outside but I could see this as a good place to catch-up with friends or even a change of scenery for work. I'd say it was worth the wait and would recommend to anyone looking for a different yet refreshing twist on a their pick-me-up.
I'm obsessed. I love all the Filipino restaurants and coffeeshops that are opening up in Denver... Coffee Sarap being one of them. I've tried Palawan Dreams and a few other caffeinated beverages. All kinda pricey but solid. And aesthetically pleasing! They're known for their ube x pandan drinks and continue expanding their menu to include things like boba. I've seen so many coffeeshops in this exact RiNo suite. I hope Coffee Sarap continues to do well! Very niche. Street parking can be hard to find, depending on the day and time. Their desserts like the ube brownie are a too sweet for me, though. Great customer service overall, decent amount of seating inside and on their patio, and they always seem to be poppin'.

I had a pandan latte at a DUG Plant Sale over a year ago where Coffee Sarap had a coffee cart on site and have wanted to check out their brick and mortar ever since. This week, I finally made it! It was as good as I could have hoped. Inside is super cute. Lots of beautiful cultural pieces, artwork, and I loved that they had toys and books for the kiddos. The interior isn't huge, but they do great with what they've got. Huge comfy couch, low tables, high tables, and a very spacious patio with ample tables. If you're like me and need an outlet for working, there aren't many options, so just keep that in mind. I unfortunately didn't have any food but they carry Black Box pastries which are always tasty as well as some food chef'd up in-house. The bevvies are well... Perfect. I had their Halloween special Ube latte with black sesame and it was 10/10. Not cheap at $9 for 16 oz but worth every cent. I had mine for here and it came in a stunning mug which made me smile. Of course the staff was very friendly and everything was clean. They even had an outdoor ordering window for folx with their dogs. They thought of everything. A truly perfect coffee shop and I cannot wait to return! read more
My sister, who lives in Colorado, mentioned this amazing matcha place that I just had to try. So, we decided to head there bright and early this morning. We ended up ordering the Ube Matcha, Pandan Matcha, and a regular Cold Brew. Honestly, we really enjoyed our drinks! The Ube Matcha was delicious, not too sweet at all, which I really liked. My fiancé also enjoyed his cold brew; he thought it was smooth and tasty. The workers were very friendly and were open to offering their reccomendations. The inside of the coffee shop is clean and welcoming, they had a cute fall set up in the corner! Overall, it was a fun little outing, and I'm glad we went! Can't wait to go back and try more flavors next time we head out to CO. read more

Just a girl who love morning coffee dates with the amazing boyfriend! Had to finally see what the hype was all about and it was definitely worth it. I had the ice pandan latte and boyfriend had the hot ube latte and he is a simple american guy!! He liked his drink They had pastries but we didnt not get any. Will definitely try next time. We happen to go while they were in celebration for being open for 1 year so they had a DJ and like 2 vendor selling merch and a vendor they was selling Philipino food. Service was great! It definitely gets busy and not alot of seating inside and it was to cold to be outside read more

Pop-Up event at Coffee Sarap! Kasama Night Market features foods and vendors from Luzon. The place was packed with baked goods, food, and items from the Philippines. There was a DJ there and also live music from Meta and the Barkada's later that night. Next summer night market is on Aug 21 featuring Visayas. read more

I always remember seeing Coffee Sarap as vendors at some events, so when I heard that they were going to open a brick and mortar shop, I got really excited. I love coffee shops with asian inspired flavors- especially pandan and ube. It can get really busy and the inside doesn't have the most seating space, especially during the winter time. I definitely feel like this place is more of a to go place rather than a coffee shop that you can easily find a spot to sit. I've always enjoyed the drinks that I've had from here. Also, I love the pastries and small food items that they have. I always get overwhelmed by all the options haha, but I plan on to keep visiting so I can try everything. Service is always kind and patient-especially with how indecisive I can be. Always been a fan of this place, and will go whenever I can. read more
Ordered: 20oz Iced Palawan Dreams (~$8): ube latte topped with pandan cold foam Ube Cruffin (~$6) Miso Banana Tarte Tatin (~$6): croissant dough baked in miso caramel and caramelized fresh bananas topped with macadamia crumble and miso whip Aya's take: I've been to my fair share of incredible cafes & bakeries and was not expecting to find one in Denver, but Coffee Sarap proved me wrong! The menu is filled with Filipino-influenced ingredients. I went with the Iced Palawan Dreams which is aesthetically so pretty. And for the taste? Even better. The espresso was nicely balanced, the ube was creamy and sweet, and the pandan cold foam added some nuttiness and additional creaminess. Super enjoyable! Both pastries I got were sourced from Black Box Bakery. And let me tell you, both were phenomenal! The Ube Cruffin was soft and buttery with the flaky layers and the ube cream inside was fantastic. You can actually taste the ube, it wasn't too sweet, and they did not skimp out! The Miso Banana Tarte Tatin is one I will be thinking about for a long time. The blend of sweetness from the banana and depth from the miso was incredible. The tarte itself was also very light, fresh, and not too doughy which I appreciate. It was definitely sweet but done so well. I was obsessed with the miso whip on top which actually balanced out the sweetness too. Such an amazing start to my day and if you're reading this, I highly recommend you do the same! read more

Sooo good and worth a visit! We stopped in on Sunday morning for caffeine fix and light breakfast. We had the: *Boracay Dreams flight: let me start by saying, if you're afraid you're going to be over caffeinated - it's only 8 oz each. Also the lattes are 1 shot each then only 8oz of cold brew. So manageable for me! This flight came with 1) Pandan latte topped with ube foam 2) an ube latte 3) PANDAN PRESKO (Unsweetened cold brew topped with our signature pandan cold foam) 4) MESTIZA (Filipino style horchata, rice milk, oat milk, cinnamon & vanilla) They were all really tasty and not too sweet. The sweetest was the mestiza but almost expected since it has no espresso. But as someone who has tried to make their own homemade pandan - Coffee Sarap's is legit!! Even their cold foam is perfection. *Decaf Ube Latte: it's not listed anywhere but they have decaf beans! So hubby got it! *Calamansi loaf: basically their take on a lemon loaf. Sometimes calamansi can be too tart but they did it really well here! *Ube and Cheese pandesal: SO good. So pandesal is like a soft dinner roll but this one was Ube and stuffed with cheese. Such a nice touch that they warmed it too. *Longanisa breakfast burrito: legit! More stuffed that I thought with hash brown, egg as well. read more

Coffee Sarap has such a cozy atmosphere and is a great spot to work, study, or catch up with friends. The space is inviting, and I really enjoyed the overall vibe. We tried two of their seasonal drinks, and both were delicious! They were unique, well-made, and not overly sweet. You can definitely tell they put thought into their specialty drinks. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish they offered more desserts and pastries to pair with the coffee. Adding a few more sweet options would make the experience even better. Overall, I'd definitely come back for the drinks and the relaxing atmosphere. read more

I love seeing a Filipino business in Colorado! My favorite drink was the Boracay Dreams which is a pandan latte topped with ube foam. These two flavors are just divine & Coffee Sarap combines them so well. The space is small but it is definitely filled with love by those who visit! read more

Super cute coffee shop with Filipino-inspired drinks! We ordered two flights and didn't realize it would come out to eight cups of coffee! Not complaining though! Each drink was really unique and flavorful. The coffee was a little on the sweet side for me, but still very tasty. The staff were super friendly, and the space is really trendy and inviting. It's a great spot to work, catch up with friends, or go on a coffee date. read more
Amazing all around!! Walked in to this coffee shop since my friend from San Diego recommended it. She told me her family comes here because it's incredible all around. I couldn't agree more! We got the Palawan flight. We only got one for 2 people and shared it. It's pretty big for one person - although, you likely could drink it alone. It was amazing. I left wanting full sized drink but I already had so much caffeine that I held off. I'll definitely be back though! The place was a bit crowded, but so worth it. There's plenty of seating outside too! We sat at a small bar area that had stools. The amount of people that were coming in only showed how great the coffee is. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Totally worth the short wait in line if there is one too. read more

So cool to see a Filipino coffee shop! They had a great menu of drinks and pastries. They also have ample seating inside and outside. We liked the pumpkin cream cheese bar (seasonal) and were really hoping to try the calamansi bar but they were out. My only critique is that our drinks were soooo sweet. We ordered half sweet, and it was still too sweet. read more

Hi Jessica, thank you so much for stopping by and for sharing your…
A cute, Filipino coffee shop with a very grounded aesthetic. They have indoor seating and a patio area. The patio is an open area and does not close even after they're closed. I got their calamansi drink which is great if you love citrus drinks. I was unfortunately caffeinated out at this point and could not try their specialities but a local told me that their seasonal drinks are great! Service is a 100/10. The cashier was very sweet, provided great recommendations and overall has great / bubbly energy. Very rarely do people ask for my exact name spelling, but he did. (: After hours, they're very respectful on having people move to the patio so they can close on time and after closing still directed me to their restroom (shared facility between the 3 stores here). read more

Love the flavors! I've never seen ube cold foam on at a coffee shop before, so I had to get it on my matcha latte and it didn't disappoint! It was a lovely combo and I could've eaten the foam by the spoonful. Very cute coffeeshop with pastries, specialty drinks, and seating. It's the perfect place to grab a drink with many unique flavors--give them a try! read more
So good I came back here twice during my extended weekend trip to Denver. I was pumped to see a Filipino coffee shop that was highly praised and for good reason. Their coffee was inventive and flavorful. While a lot of their drinks feature ube or pandan, I went with the road less traveled and wasn't disappointed. With such a hype around ube and pandan as the "staple" Asian flavors, I was pleasantly surprised to see their take on horchata and bibingka flavors, as well as a generous spread of Filipino pastries and Filipino inspired burritos. Well done! read more

This place was highly recommended as the place to go for my morning coffee, and it completely lived up to the hype. A fantastic Phillipino coffee shop offering an incredible mix of coffees and pastries. Service was fast and friendly, and my server made excellent recommendations! Inside was busy and buzzing, but the large outside seating area was wide open. (Probably because of the heat!) Still, the outside space, like inside, was nicely arranged and very inviting. The Ube Latte, which can be made hot or cold, was delicious! The purple base gave the drink a distinctive look, and the flavors were well balanced. The Mamon was airy and sweet, and a light yet satisfying accompaniment. This is a great place to settle in and try something new. I wish I had a place like this near me! read more

I love the vibes, decor, cultural creativity of the menu, and the fact that it is minority and woman owned! I got the pork longganisa breakfast burrito, golden corn drink (can't remember the name for sure), and the mestiza latte. The latte was super cinnamony which I loved. My only qualm was that they made it with oat milk. I absolutely hate oat milk. I felt like the full bodied nature of the flavors weren't able to correctly shine through with their milk choice but it was an okay drink. The golden corn drink was very delicious, i just wasn't a fan of the pieces of corn or cereal in my drink. The texture took away from the overall enjoyment of the drink. The burritos was super yummy. It was a bit sweet, with I initially was not a fan of. However, with their provided side of sriracha, it brought everything together. I would definitely come here again. read more
The vibe was a little different but the coffee was amazing!! Staff was super nice and so quick.
