Admittedly, I haven't been to Hype Tea yet but drive by it all the time. My partner brought me a Taro Milk Tea with boba, and it was delicious! Quite sweet. For me, it's really about the chewiness of the boba, which they nailed. I'll definitely stop by at some point to check out their menu myself. They had a stall at the Dragon Boat Festival and I wanted a refreshing drink. I selected the lemonade with dragonfruit and strawberry popping boba. Great choice. Refreshing and I love the popping boba. It was a tall serving too and delicious on a hot day. Server was nice. read more

Boba is a bit of an experience, it's not the usual coffee shop and so I expect to spend a bit more on a drink but I felt like this location charged more than I have been used to. Though the location was comfortable and very clean with a friendly worker I can't justify this boba for the price. One huge positive though, they have legit food here which could very much come in handy any time you come with a group or want some bao buns. read more

Now with sandwiches! New spot nearby. And I LOVE a good boba so this is a huge plus. Several sandwiches. They have a wide selection of foreign chips/snacks so a great spot for lunch to go if tea isn't your thing. But let's be serious it's all about the tea and this spot has a great selection. I'm more of a traditional milk tea person so I haven't tried any of their refreshers, smoothies, or coffees but I'll eventually sample several. The system isn't as dialed in as nearby WeeTea or Sharetee but in general Hype Tea is a lot faster with orders. Then again that does depend on the day and who is working. Think they've had a lot of turnover so training new employees on all the tea and sandwich builds has got to be tough. If you have time to kill it's easy to sit inside. Lots of great photo ambiance and plenty of spots to sit inside or outside even. You can also order via the Clover app which CAN save you some time. For the previous mentioned nearby Boba spots they make your order and give you an estimated time. Same situation here but some employees will wait until you arrive to make your tea while others will make it as soon as the online order arrives. Solid Boba shop though. Have stopped here on my bike and before/after nearby King Soopers trips. If you're new to Boba or a longtime fan I would certainly check out what the... Hype is all about. Ha. read more

A new boba spot by my moms house. I had to check it out. I drive by Hype Tea pretty often. And it's near King Soopers so it makes it a convenient spot after grabbing groceries. I finally had time so I had to stop in. There's so many drink options. Immediately the earl Grey milk tea caught my attention. I am a sucker for a good earl Grey tea. The best I had was in Hong Kong. So I am looking for a good place that serves earl Grey in Colorado. And I got an Italian sandwich. The verdict: the milk tea was on the sweeter side and definitely not my favorite. The boba was okay. If I had no where else to get boba. This place would do but wouldn't be my first choice The sandwich was good but it had a lot of Mayo which kinda overwhelmed the sandwich. Will I be back? Possibly. There's definitely other spots I prefer but if I was in the area and craving boba, I would stop in again. And definitely ask to have the milk tea be less sweet. read more

Happy to see a boba shop in the area!!! The drinks are great! I've gotten both a milk tea and a fruit tea, both of which were just right. I was not so much a fan of the boba topping itself, i found it not as chewy as other places. But some of my family got their popping boba and they really enjoyed it! The inside is super cute, with a couple tables to sit at, and two areas where you can take your pictures for social media! The space is a bit smaller so not great for larger groups. There also does not seem to be a restroom open to customers from what I could see! read more

Boba is VERY expensive. Nearly $10 for a drink. But it is also VERY good! If you're a fan of wintermelon this is the place to go! They have a wide variety of wintermelon drinks that are delicious. Also, all of the drinks are made with a non-dairy creamer! Service was super friendly and helpful! read more

It's one of the best Bona shops I've been to. The sugar cane juice and other drinks. They even have a retro machine for you to play while waiting for your drinks. And the decoration of the shop is cute. read more

Holy smokes!!! My second day in a row grabbing a sandwich from this brand new hidden gem. I couldn't stop thinking about my Italian sandwich from yesterday, so I stopped again today a ordered another. The ingredients are top notch, fresh and plentiful. This sammich is a fatty. Bread is perfectly crusty on the outside to give a crunchy bite, I don't know if they're making it here, but if they aren't they could have told me they are and I would have believed them. Locally owned, SUPER friendly, cute decor. A small dining area with tables is available. I am not a Boba person, but they have a wide menu available. I must admit I'm a tad confused by the marriage of the "traditional" sub sandwiches and the Boba, but who cares. If the Boba are half as good as the sandwiches you can't possibly be disappointed. I know we all like our cool vibe neighborhood eateries but we've been given a reason to drop by the grocery centered shopping center on 64th and Sheridan. Yum!!!!!!! read more

I love this place, everything I've tried has been wonderful. I especially love the Strawberry green tea with strawberry popping boba.

The sandwich was surprisingly good. The bread was super fresh and perfectly done. The pastrami was great, but at $15 after tax, I was hoping for more meat. Still, I'll probably come back. I'm not a boba fan but nice to have a good sandwich shop in the neighborhood. If you ever are looking for weird flavored chips commonly found overseas, they have a big selection. Edit: Meatball sub was $16 for a 8 inch sub with four tiny meatballs. Complete rip off. Bread is still the best part about these sandwiches. Their food is way overpriced. read more

Idk what they call Thai Tea here but don't buy it. It's about on par with iced sewage water dehydrated in the sun, and reconstituted with animal urine. Not the urine of a healthy and animal. A sick dog or a rabid raccoon. Also they didn't have the decency to add sugar of any kind to this bitter amalgamation of hate. The black Tea is pretty good though. read more

I love that there's a boba spot in my neighborhood! Have grabbed drinks there three times. The drinks are delicious but the regular boba is a bit tough to chew on. They also have a tendency to put too much ice. The last time we went almost half the drink was ice and we couldn't get to the boba at the bottom. The most recent time I went I thought I would plan ahead and asked for lite ice in which they told me that they couldn't fill my drink up all the way. Seems like you're not getting the most for your dollar. These are also more expensive than any of the boba spots I've frequented in Seattle, WA. They do have a frequent shoppers reward which allows you to get your 8th drink for free. The cashiers there always skip to the pay screen and I have to cancel so I can put in my phone number for the rewards. read more

I really loved the drink options at this place! The milk teas were great especially their oolong milk tea. I also enjoyed their passion fruit refresher when I was looking for something more fruity. I also like how their instagram has a secret menu. Their sandwiches also all looked great, I just got a pastrami provolone for myself but I saw a lot of people ordering the Italian and club sandwich.
