Pretty clean and spacious boba& milk tea spot. Pretty fast service. We tried matcha levita and honeyberry levita. We liked matcha levita better. read more

Quick stop at this Gong Cha located within a Glendale strip mall! Very reminiscent of the ones in California. I ordered from the nifty kiosk, and my drinks were prepared in no time. I didn't have much interaction with the staff because of the streamlined digital experience, but I would come here again for both the convenience and quality of the milk teas and boba. read more

We love milk teas!! Drinks were great it was an hour before closing so we got to hang a bit and chit chat. The service was fast they have little self checkout so we ordered from there and got our drinks made. Cute place to have boba and milk teas and hang out read more

The drink was really good and the boba was really good and fresh ooooooooooooooooooooooo

Finally made it to the Denver location and it did not disappoint. The location is cute and clean. When you come on a weekday during the afternoon, it's not busy. There are plenty of seats available and a private parking lot. I ordered the creme brûlée and it was delicious. You do have to mix it around so you can get the aroma of a creme brûlée in your drink. The drink isn't too sweet. It comes in a lid so placing a straw is easy if it's your first time drinking boba. read more

Gong Cha - Denver - Bubble Tea Near Me - Denver, Colorado

one of my new favorite BOBA spot!!! Friend recommend it of course we have to go try it. Especially so close to my office. There goes my diet! Is located in the strip mall by Home Depot. Is nice and clean. You can enter your info for reward point. I have no idea what reward but is nice to enter your phone number at any Gong Cha store. My new favorite drink is DIRTY BROWN SUAR. Is so full of tea flavor with strong Brown Sugar flavor. Boba is a bit small and chewy compare to other places. WE WILL BE BACK!!!! read more

Gong Cha - Denver - Oolong milk tea and dirty milk tea with boba - Bubble Tea Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Okayyyy...you don't even know how excited I was to find out Gong Cha was finally coming to Colorado. The first time I had Gong Cha was when I was in Hong Kong in 2018. And I know this location has been open for awhile but I just haven't had the time to go until recently. And I am obsessed with the earl gray milk tea. My first sip literally transported me back to my trip and it was just as good as I remember. It's funny because I work less than 5 minutes away but it's just not convenient for me when I am going home. But I had a rough day at work so I decided to treat myself. Service was quick and I got my drink fast. And I highly recommend the early gray milk tea with the 3j's. I'll definitely be back when I can. read more

It doesn't matter if I'm in NYC, DC, Cali, or Taipei - solid boba milk tea as expected from Gong Cha. Lots of options to choose from - hot or cold. I usually ask for 30-50% sweetness depending on the type of drink. For example, 50% sweetness for a classic milk tea or early grey milk tea, but I'd ask for 30% for wintermelon milk tea. Space is open. Lots of seating and clean. It's fairly new - it opened last year. Staff is young but they seem to make the drinks well and quickly. read more

Reposted from Feb 2023: We got the brown sugar milk tea and the black milk tea both at 50% sweet, less ice. Nice balance of creaminess and tea flavor and boba was perfect texture. So delicious, we went back a second time! The review is just on the boba but the customer service was excellent too! read more

I stopped by Gong Cha on a random afternoon due to some bubble tea cravings. They have a couple self-service kiosks that are nice for all the gen Zers who like to defer human interaction. LOL. In true millennial fashion, I did not want to interrupt the workflow of the one employee making a drink and I did end up using the kiosk. It was super easy to use and I love that you get the option to choose your ice and sugar level. I opted for the creme brulee brown sugar milk tea with boba with light ice and 50% sugar. It was f***ing delicious. And really expensive!! Honestly, I think I paid almost $10 for the drink + tip. I was a bit shocked. I mean, I know inflation and yada yada but holy moly. She's expensive. But delicious. I'm conflicted in that I don't feel as though I want to pay this much for boba but at the same time, if I'm going to treat myself then I need it from a place that makes LEGIT boba, right?!? So yeah, I'll probably be back. read more

I've been here several times because it's close by DU. There's a self service station, cashier and door dash pick up spot. The inside is always very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful every time. The boba here is always chewy but I do wish there was more tea flavor in some of the tea drinks. My favorites here are the Oolong Milk Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea, it reminds me of Yakult. It's a great spot for a date, quick solo drink, or pit spot with friends and family. read more

So excited the Gong Cha is finally in Denver! As a person who is addicted to bubble tea, especially fruit teas, this is a perfect place to go grab a cup that will have that authentic tea smell and taste. This location is located in the two level mall building next to the World Market on Colorado, and luckily this part of the mall isn't too hectic. They make a solid cup of bubble tea and have multiple customization options available for sweetness, ice level and toppings. Since I typically order fruit tea here, I go for the 30% sweetness as I like my drinks to not be overly sweet. The staff here are super helpful with questions and recommendations and are efficient with getting you your drinks and bubble waffles. I have tried the chocolate bubble waffle and didn't find that it had the almost mochi like texture in the middle of each piece but that might just have been my default expectation being a hong kong style bubble waffle. It was still delicious and a good snack to go with the bubble tea. Everything here is delicious and they are consistent with their quality. My only complaint is the drinks can get pricey as you customize them but that seems to be the case with most bubble tea shops now. I'll keep coming back, I love fruit teas! read more

Grand opening weekend ! There was a consistent line when we arrived around 6:30pm. We ordered the lychee oolong tea at 50% sweetness and it was perfect. Lychee tends to be a little sweet so it balanced out the darker oolang flavor. We tried gong Cha for the first time in Korea and their milk tea was so delicious. Unfortunately, they don't offer the same flavors here. We will be back to try more drinks. Use Ohio to get to the shopping center, it's a light. Plenty of parking. read more

Got here on Sunday of the opening weekend. The hours on here and Google said they open at 11am but they actually opened at noon. The line formed quickly right after. We got green tea with milk foam and lychee oolong with aiyu. Both were refreshing and tasty. This is also the only boba place I know that offers coconut jelly. Yum! I used Ash St to enter the shopping center from the side of World Market. read more

First time customer at Gong Cha and I really enjoyed it. I liked the kiosk that was available for people to come up and order at their convenience. I got their green milk tea with boba, it was easy to customize at the kiosk. I also ordered their bubble waffle with salted cream. They make the waffles fresh so there is a wait for those but it came out hot and fresh which was awesome. Overall this is a solid choice for boba! read more

I am sorry to write such a terrible review but I absolutely hate this boba tea chain. I have no idea what all of the hype is about and how they have so many locations. Both times it tasted overly artificial and milky. I will not be trying it a 3rd time. read more

They close at 8pm but the door and online says 9pm. If you ask about it, they just say that it's incorrect but truly I just think they want to leave. Thankfully the drinks are good and we've always been before they lock us out but I would be PRESSED if I arrived at 8:30pm, the hours say 9pm and they were closed. read more

Attended grand opening and it was a hit! Clearly everyone knows the reputation Gong Cha has, cause there was a long line when we arrived and there was still a line when we left! Pretty solid chain. The boba wasnt as chewy/warm as a lot of other places but gave a good amount and the tea was great. Nice clean store.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the green milk tea with tapioca pearls.

Drinks were done fast but waited over 10 min for the waffles. Which was weird because they were not busy. And woman putting them in the bag didn't have gloves on so her bare hands were touching my food. When I said something she said I wash my hands regularly. It's against health code. And Gross! read more

Wow! Quite possibly the best boba I've had in Denver. The brown sugar tea is amazing!

Second time trying Gong Cha, because I didn't have a good time during grand opening and wanted to give it another try. First visit during grand opening the workers were rude and did not inform us that they were out of boba until they made multiple orders ahead of us and we went up to the counter to ask. When I came to visit again, it wasn't super busy but was already backed up. Same problem happened again and they ran out of boba without informing us. When picking up the drinks they didn't let us know that they substituted the honey boba with crystal boba. If I wasn't watching them make the order I wouldn't have known until we drank the drinks. Again they made multiple drinks in front of us and didn't not tell us anything until we walked up to the counter. Two of our drinks were previously made with honey boba but were left to sit for over 20 minutes with minimal boba (since they were running out). Thankfully we were able to get a refund after some haggling but I would not visit again. There are plenty of other boba options in the surrounding area that are stocked with boba and offer better customer service. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming. unless you'd like to wait for 30 plus minutes for drinks. they'll make drinks out of order too, they'll make a couple drinks for one order and jump to another order. they were out of boba and started to make drinks that didn't have boba and processed to put crystal boba instead of asking whether customers wanted a different one or a refund. or even inform incoming customers that's they are out of boba and there will be a VERY LONG wait. it seems like only one worker was actually making all the drinks while the other was slowly taping the sticker or grabbing toppings. this place seriously needs help in general, with managing their time to make drinks and making boba! read more

I really recommend it because the drinks are really good the 100% might be a little sweet but you just got find your old percentage of sugar level that not too sweet for you personally I really love the lemon are you white boba with 50% sugar.
