Zero stars. This business is predatory. Scammers. Some door knockers came by claiming to be in the neighborhood working on a neighbor's house. (They weren't.) They talked my husband into signing up for a free estimate for a roof replacement. When they came for the estimate, two young men came by, barely old enough to rent a car. They assessed the exterior and came inside to look at the attic. The entire time they were taking pictures, they were exclaiming "Oh wow, this is so bad." "This attic is the worst I've ever seen." Then they sat my husband down to show him the pictures. They said our attic was full of mold and water damage. Made it seem like our attic would cave in if we didn't act urgently. They quoted over $50,000 plus tax and then used high pressure hard sales tactics to try to convince my husband into signing a contract on the spot. Worst of all, they refused to leave for HOURS despite being told that my husband had a hard deadline of 5pm when he had a work call. The scummy sales guys stayed well past 5, making my husband late for his work call. Their fear-mongering tactics and bloated estimate caused my husband a lot of unnecessary anguish thinking we were going to have to take out a loan to afford a new roof. We have since had two other reputable roofing companies provide us estimates. They were both in agreement that there was no mold or water damage in our attic, and that our roof had 5-7 years of life left on it. And after seeing THEIR photos, we are certain that DaBella showed us photos that weren't even of our house trying to scare us. I'm so disgusted by this company's predatory and unethical tactics. I posted in a community Facebook group warning others of this dishonest business and there were DOZENS of neighbors that had similar experiences. I will be reporting them to the BBB. This is not a company that is respectful or has integrity. I was in the middle of putting my toddler down for a nap, when our doorbell rang. We have a clearly visible sign that says no solicitors. The salesman acknowledge the sign saying "I see that, but here's the thing...." And started into his sales pitch. Meanwhile my child noticed his friend outside, further thwarting my efforts to get my child to rest. I will not use, and do not recommend companies that do not respect boundaries. We asked for a bid for our one story to be re-roofed. Two talkative people showed up, with a real "dog and pony show" 90 minutes later, they finally shared their bid with us, and I practically laughed them out of the house. Their bid was over twice what I paid for an excellent job from another seasoned roofer using the same materials. I paid $12,500. for a good 25 yr. warrantee, 3 tab composition including 4 sheets of new plywood. DaBella said they could do the job for $27,000. Wow! They like to build in a heavy profit. ( Don't help make someone rich, simply because they are greedy.) I am over 80 years old, but I would do it myself, before I hire this bunch of overly greedy "roofers". read more

Bait & Switch! Purchased 3 windows and 1 sliding glass door 1) windows were not what I ordered 2) they were improperly installed from the inside of my house 3) no outside caulking 4) interior walls adjacent to window installation dented, scraped and a large hole was left behind 5) after just a day, all window integrity has failed - 2 windows have condensation between the paines, can't even see through those windows - 3rd window started leaking water almost immediately. Water is collecting in the window well Sliding glass door was installed improperly. It is already leaking at the bottom. - matching oak trim around previous door was torn down and destroyed. - trim replaced with USED & DAMAGED 1" square white stock with butt joints, that don't even meet. - no interior door threshold - ugly trim installed was not even caulked or painted. It is DIRTY, DINGED AND DAMAGED (obviously some old, used stock was used) I've had windows replaced before. This is the WORST company I've ever worked with! They are unethical! Sold me a higher cost product, that I obviously didn't receive Poor, poor installation. I want these products out of my house!!! Canceled my final check payment. We'll see if Dabella will replace products with what I ordered, fix all the damage they caused inside my house, replace trim around new sliding glass door with oak trim, add shims so slider fits properly inside my door opening, add an interior door threshold. I've had multiple encounters with DaBella over the last few years. They are con artists. The first time an assessor did a free inspection on my roof, told me a it should be replaced (which was a bold faced lie), and used aggressive sales tactics to try to manipulate me into agreeing. It felt like I was talking to a used car salesman. When I see them roaming through my neighborhood I confront them because we have elderly gullible people here who might fall victim to getting ripped off. A supervisor told me they have new ownership and changed their tactics. But based on the other reviews here that appears to be yet another lie. Future visits in my neighborhood will be personally escorted to the exit. If you have a neighborhood watch program I recommend having these people banished in your area as well. read more

Do not call this company for an estimate. You might need to threaten to call the sheriff to get them to leave your house. Their sales pressure policies are ridiculous. Roofing estimate was several hours and over 15k more than credible roofing companies I had out. These people are an absolute joke. Set up an appointment for 10am; they completely blow it and then show up at 7:30pm like nothing happened. Then they want 90 minutes to do moisture testing and what not. I don't have the time so they say they will be back next day at 10am. Of course they never show up again. They did a free estimate and the price they gave me was over 3 times the amount I got from multiple different companies and when I said no the salesmen wouldn't leave my house until I had to make them get out. Now they call me three times a week even when you tell them to stop calling. I would consider it harassment at this point. I would never tell anybody to use these guys. read more

DaBella sent two people to bid a roof and windows. The house is 1100 sq feet and badly neglected. After a long evaluation, they offered to replace the roof for $28,000, $27,000 for windows. The next bid for roof was $10,500 I am a senior. Fortunately I know value, some other unsuspecting person could fall into their trap, they have financing! Be extremely careful out there! read more

I worked with Kevin and Justin out of Marysville, WA. Kevin was very quick to respond, very professional, and quick with answers. I mainly worked with Justin on the phone, but experience was the same. I was on a pretty immediate timeline, which they facilitated. Big roof, 67 sq., lots of peaks and valleys. Workers were in and out daily between rains, timing it all to keep the sub-roofing dry, very professional, very thorough, and very GOOD. The bank screwed with DaBella, which effected my job, and they made that right, too. Material quality is exceptional. I am extremely happy with this roof. It's the worst possible combination. Great presentation-then disappointment. The people who came to my house for a half-hour discussion were there for over 2.5 hours. They were knowledgeable and professional, except apparently, I was very direct in telling them I had zero plans for completing a transaction but was just starting to get the information I needed. I believe they have a better-than-ordinary product. Then, they moved to a hard close. I have sales experience and know a close when I see one. So here is the hateful underbelly. They quoted 62.5 K for a new roof. When I turned it down, I reaffirmed I required more research. They went to the "supervisor special deal" close. They went to 48K, then 38K, and finally 29K. So, had I agreed to the price initially quoted, I'd be out 33 K. They have been trying to contact me at least 3 times/day since. I would never work with a company that would have charged me more than twice their last quote. Since this episode, I have researched the company. It has more 1-star reviews than a dog has fleas, so it's a great company to pass on. read more

He made sure that she was well informed and knew exactly what she was getting and there was no attempt to upsail or switch things around on her which made me feel good. His company was able to deliver on the date as expected and charges were exactly what they were supposed to be. *READER BEWARE** This company took advantage of my elderly parents and still have not finished an incomplete job with one of the worst quality of finish work I have seen, especially for a national franchise. Not only did the windows my parents ordered take 4 months to get in, were not installed the week it was originally scheduled and then a week later when it was rescheduled the installers showed up 3 and a 1/2 hours late. The install was absolutely atrocious! Wrong windows were ordered by the company, and verified that it was their mistake once my father was able to show them that they were missing the grid lines as ordered as well as it being delivered as double paint windows instead of the ordered and more expensive triple paint. The general manager of the Marysville location called and called and had the audacity to convince my elderly father to go ahead and allow the install and they would work to get the order corrected and install the triple pain and grid lines at a later date. Had I been in attendance I would not have moved forward however it was too late. It got even worse if you can imagine. The quality of the install looks like I hired somebody unlicensed, not bonded, and not insured but that is just not the case. The general manager then was able to come out a second time to check the quality of work and also agreed that it was not up to par. So now we have wrong windows installed terrible workmanship and still an incomplete job. But don't worry they expect payment even before the services have been fully rendered and certainly are not up to the quality standards in which they were paid for. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company and one that will work with you when something is not right to get it corrected before. I've already complained to the Better Business Bureau and plan on continuing my stride to ensure this business business has less victims Like my parents have been. And also please be aware the issues still have not been fixed nor have the corrected windows been installed or anything that they have promised at this time read more

Sales rep disconnected our wired Internet while inspecting the attic. I get to pay for the repair. Not happy. Very difficult to repair it.

The whole process was a mess. The main office might not actually exist, the follow up was horrendous. I ended scheduling my own installation and then one of the windows came broken and was installed anyways. There were shards of glass falling out into our home for weeks. I had to follow up at least 10 times to get the window replaced 4 weeks later. The install was again sloppy there are visible stickers hanging over the edging and in places I cannot remove them. The job was over $20K and it was executed so poorly, I would not rec this company to anyone. read more

Horrible experience and I do NOT recommend!! Extremely aggressive. Unfortunately I caved to pressure and signed a contract for a new roof. The salesman skimmed over loan paperwork. When all was signed and done, I am paying almost double the quoted price. And suddenly they became extremely difficult to reach when I had questions. I take responsibility for not being more firm, thorough. Am currently fighting to get information and contact numbers for any future warranty work that was discussed at time of purchase. Omg. I just could not believe this company. They showed up, reviewed our roof and gave us a quote. Higher than the other quotes recieved but my husband felt the quote was fair. The salesman (Kevin) wanted us to sign the contract that day. We were given a $3,000 discount because we picked overstock product and signed contract. We got a call from Kevin and he told us he made a mistake and quoted our shed instead of our house and now instead of the 15k we were going to pay they needed to charge us 21k. I talked to Kevin and he referred me to the General Manager, the General Manager kept telling me it was a mistake and they would be willing to do our shed for 15k ( more than what we paid for the shed 4 months ago) or our house for 21k. I explained to him that we have a contract, if nothing else a contract is a commitment. Da Bella wants to cancel the contract because of their error. I am so upset, disappointed, and frustrated with Da Bella. We will not hire someone we can not trust, someone that stood on our roof, discussed the repairs of the roof, the amount of product to make the repairs and still called it a mistake. I did not choose to have this company replace my roof, but they wasted over three hours of my time with their hard sell and aggressive "estimate". They actually tried to make me feel guilty about getting any estimate besides theirs and said that I was wasting their time if I did not accept their bid. Max, the sales rep, was very professional and helpful. Offered several different options (all cash vs. financing) and was knowledgeable of the product. Ultimately, my wife and I went with another company due to price (we wanted a simple base layer and shingles and DaBella only offers you the "bells and whistles"). But for the price, this would be a five-star review. Happy to refer Max and DaBella to other neighbors who are looking for a premium high-end roofing project as opposed to a simple re-roof with shingles and a base layer only. read more

Two sales people arrived at my home , it was obvious they had never been on a roof, and attempted a High Pressure Sales Pitch. They began with a 59 slide PowerPoint presentation, a book full of stats and eventually quotes a price more than twice as high as my other bids. These two salesmen had no roofing experience and were really pushy. It was a real waste of time. They may do quality work but, I don';t know but I would not be paying twice as much as other quality contractors. Their bid was triple of a couple of bids of established contractors. Shower Installation. After several years of use, the old shower pan began to make small minor noise during use. As I had bad experience of black mold contamination due to slow minor water leak, I decided to replace the installation. Keira, DaBella rep, assured me that their shower pan is solid and will not have any flexing or movements. I wanted total confirmation on this point and I demonstrated where the sound came from the old pan. Keira assured me their pan will be solid. The new pan flexes and moves so much that it makes squeaking noise. DaBella Manager, Josh, refused to accept my complaint and as per the contract threatened me with lien on my house if I didn't pay. I had 2 plumbers do evaluations and indicated the pan is not normal but declined to give written statement. Yesterday, I signed a contract with Pacific Bath Co for replacement of DaBella shower installation with their Kohler product, rip out the DaBella shower and install theirs. In a way, I'm glad it happened because I was planning to replace windows but I sure won't be using LaBella. read more

We were originally going to go with a much less expensive DIY route but Nick worked the price with us and seemed very genuine in his wanting us to get the best quality and home resale value for our shower remodel. These people are the Worst !!! They charged double what other roofers do, then they put new tiles over ROTTEN plywood !!! Who would do that? With a lifetime guarantee? There are "hanging" nails out there.... They didn't even worry about the ends of 2x4's that were rotting away ! The roof is leaking into the attic. The plywood is still rotting. Pictures? The pics they sent me of the work "being done"??? They sent ONE pic of SOMEONE ELSE's ROOF ! I refused to pay for this CRAP !!! read more
