I've been coming to Da Vi nails for nearly five years now and would absolutely recommend to all of my friends. Everytime I come, they immediately recognize me and sit me as soon as possible. They are very friendly and accommodating! Prices are also very cheap, only $30 for basic manicure which still includes stone rock massage. Henna is the manager and she Doesn't mind jumping in to assist her staff with understaffed. She works very quickly and exceptional work. Im happy I got experience her today and I would choose her over again if I had my choice. Megan is my usual nail tech and she is also great. She is very funny and keeps my highly entertained. Hello everyone! Please consider this review! I used to go to this place to get my nails since 2018! I used to go there every 15 days and I know everyone by their names ! Yesterday I went there one more time and I've asked to the manager "HANNA" when she was going to order some new colors (gel polish ) because for 4 years they have this book with the exactly same colors and didn't updated or bring anything new to us (customers). Oh well she looked back at me and told me that I could go to other nail places if I didn't liked the colors they have! I was shocked !! She was very rude in front of many other clientes and even her coworkers asked me to ignore her because she was not having a good day! But hey so do I ? When I go there , I go because I want to have a good time (relaxing time) and on the top of it I'm paying for their service and also leave good tips and referred them to everyone ! But sadly I was treated like that ! It's unbelievable that one person like Hanna carried the Manager tittle! Please fire her !!! Really she is always walking around or seated on the corner doing absolutely Nothing while the other ones are working hard !!! If you owner happen to see this review , do a deep investigation and confirm what I'm saying ! I'm still looking to speak directly with the owner because it was unacceptable! All the places want to hear from the customers ideas, suggestions , none answer a customer like that , specially because I'm nice to all of them and has been a loyal customer for more than 4 years !!!! Hanna needs to retired, or find something else to do with her life , can't continue in the customer service business because she is not ready to serve with a smile ! She always complains about being tired! Seriously ! Also keep in mind to check the place that looks not so clean and the nail polishes, some can be already expired since they are to old ! I love this place OMG!!! Henna is my go to for nails and Sophia my go to gal for my toes. Sophia takes off all of my dead skin off my feet and look amazing, NO complaints ever!!!! I'm a jogger since the age of 11 and now 44 and no one has ever done an amazing job as Sophia. Now Henna can do whatever design you ask for and has been put to the test always! It's raining today so I came here instead of going to my normal nail salon. I would give this place only one star if it weren't for the great service from the lady that did my daughter's nails and the lady that performed my pedicure. As for the lady that performed my solar nails. She left quite a bit of excess for me to file off when I got home, My right thumb nail is crooked, and neither thumbnail seems fully secured. My daughter got a basic mani/pedi for $27, which seems like a bit more than I've paid for my 8 year old to get at our usual spot. I purchased the premium pedicure which was done very nicely and pink and white solar nails. The total came out to $112. At our usual salon it's about $85. The lady that performed my manicure services is the one that checked me out. She kept telling me it was $112 and asking did I want to make it even. I asked her what she meant and she repeated herself. I understand that there may beside language barriers so I just agreed to "make it even." She handed me the receipt to sign and there where the line for tip was, $0.00 was printed. I asked if there was some way I could leave a tip. She proceeded to cock an attitude with me and say, "I asked you if you wanted to make it even and you said yes, you can leave cash if you have it. You need to sign this." At that point I was offended by her attitude so I sign and walked out into Walmart. My daughter and I didn't have an umbrella so we purchased one and I took $20 cash off my debit card. It wouldn't be fair to not tip the other two ladies for their great service because of that one lady's attitude. read more

The only reason I am giving a three is because the other person in my party was happy with her mani/pedi and technician. I was not. I had a 38.00 pedicure. My callouses are still there, skin sticking up - nails are cut uneven and there was enough to work with there. She did not buff them and the paint job is uneven and globby. The whole nail on the big toe(s) is not even covered. This is no better than what I can do at home for free. When I said something, my moms tech said nothing. I figured she did not hear. When I said it again, she said, I heard you. There was no offer of how can we fix this - hence this review. It would have taken 5 minutes to repaint. I can live with imperfection - but not the attitude. There are too many options - I will be going elsewhere. I give it a one. read more

I have been here several times and only one of the times I got my nails painted the rest of the times my mom got her nails painted. When one the times she was getting her nails painted I saw a toenail on the ground. no joke it was big and yellow thinking of it makes me gag,but like overall its a average place they didn't seem to be saying anything rude about me. I visited this place for the first time after many times of walking pass it while in Walmart. I decided to visit because they were reasonably priced, and sometimes I'm just too tired to do my own acrylic refill and/it overlay. So I will go somewhere and get them done and do my own designs at home. I made an appointment the previous day and when I got there I didn't have to wait long. Prior to coming to her, I had a fungus and she requested for me not to get a set of nails put on till the fungi's was cleared and behold I still go every month for my manicure and pedicure, as well as my eyebrows done. As petty as this is I felt I just needed to say this. I visited off hours (Tuesday morning) and got to see the staff cleaning (she cleaned the chair rail around the entire place) - which I love visiting clean establishments - usually means if they are cleaning they keep good maintenance on other things also :) Good service and friendly also. 4.5 stars. read more

I've gone to this shop off and on for approximately one year. Unfortunately, my last visit had someone new, "Amy"and my pedicure was "terrible ". So I asked for someone else to do my nails. She tried to over charge me $5, sign says polish change is $20, she said it would be $25 because she hadvto take off the polish.....thus a polish change right. Why would I give her an extra $5. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager about my experience. Henna claimed she was, I knew she wasn't. But I expressed the dissatisfaction with today's visit. She said I" don't care, so what you're unhappy everyone else is ". Ultimately I wrote this so new customers can beware, they don't care. This place gave me athletes foot!!!!! They re use all their tools and dont clean equipment. She asked me for my 2 cent flip flops back and put them in athe drawer with the rest of them without cleaning them and then gave them to another customer. and I got athletes foot from their disgusting equipment.
