I can't say enough good things about the staff and service at this place! Lee is the lady I see for my acrylic fill, but I have seen Henry and others for my pedicure. Very friendly, clean, and professional!!!

Don't go here. I went and paid $35 for SNS and then it was messed up and dull. Even after I had told her this nail looked bad. Just so you know, if you get that, it is not even a manicure. It's just pay if $35 to paint your nails with the SNS. I'm going back in the morning since they were closing, hopefully she will fix . UPDATE: I went back the next day and they fixed the dull spot. There was a dull spot and you can see it in the pic. Don't go to this place. They give you an attitude when you actually want things done right.

Today marked my second visit to Pro Nails & Skin and I am absolutely SOLD! I moved to Austin in September and, after many failed attempts at finding a good nail tech, I gave up around the beginning of this year. Time flew, and all of a sudden it's June, and I realize my birthday is in a few days so I convinced myself to give nails another try. I research, and research, and I find a salon that's only 5 minutes from the complex so I figured I'd give it a try...imagine my surprise when it was nowhere to be found. So now I'm upset, driving aimlessly through the Round Rock Crossing plaza thinking "this was a horrible idea in the first place", so I stop the car and try finding another. While doing this I glance up and see a nail salon sign poking around the corner and decided to give it a go & I'm glad I did! LE IS AMAZING! She is so patient and thorough. With all of the mishaps of finding a nail salon, Time was wasted and I ran over closing time. I asked her if she wanted me to come back the following morning to finish my design and she insisted everything was okay. The atmosphere is always inviting and the pedicures are amazing I scheduled an appointment today and when I walked in I was shown all of the same love as the first time! Le pushed thruuu today with these nails! I'm in love! THANK YOU PRO NAILS & SKIN!

Pro nails is an awesome salon. The salon is super clean and they're following all the COVID-19 precautions. Let me just say... Kina is amazing!!!! She's been my nail artist for 9 yrs. She pays attention to detail and always does a superb job on my nails. She stays very busy, so I recommend scheduling an appointment to be seen by her. They take walk-ins as well. The owner and the rest of the staff are super friendly and sweet to clients.

Wanted to do a pedicure with my friend. Saw a sign by Jason's Deli for Pro Nails. We drove around but couldn't find the place. It changed names and is called Relax Head to Toe. We went on Sunday when they opened at 11. Both ladies were very nice and did a great pedicure. After I got home I noticed my toenails were different colors. After a week I went some where else to get the color changed. read more

I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone . I waited 1 hour and 30 mins and they had a walk in and they completely ignored me . I made an appointment early in the day . They have horrible customer service. Plus the wait is ridiculously long . Y'all save your coin and go else where read more

This place is quiet, clean and great! I already have a salon I go to for dip manicures, but since I moved I was looking for a new salon for pedicures. It's unassuming from the outside, but I was able to get seated right away and get a gel pedicure. The lady who did it was detail oriented and gentle. I got the Spa pedicure but next time I will get a different package with more massage time/masks. It was very relaxing and will be back! read more

They did a good job on my actual nails, but it seemed like the overall hygiene of the place was lacking. It didn't seem like they were sanitizing the tools they used on me. Just kind of wiping stuff off and putting it back in a drawer. They very well could have sanitized what they used after I left though. Also, the walls had shelves full of MLM products, and lotion they used on me was from an MLM called Nu Skin. MLMs are very controversial and are considered widely to be scams, so it was disappointing to see the salon promote them so heavily. read more

I tried Pro Nails initially on a whim, while looking for a new salon, based on other reviews here. That was six months ago, and I have not gone elsewhere since. This place is what I would consider "no frills". The décor isn't terribly fancy, but everything is comfortable and clean. I love getting gel manicures, based on the length of wear and the ability to get glittery polish. At Pro Nails, each technician I've worked with has done a great job. There are other services offered here, however having not used them (yet!), I can only review their manicures. I will DEFINITELY be utilizing services here for the foreseeable future! read more

Can we say UPCHARGE? I went in for a $26 pedicure that turned into more because of "the more expensive products they have to use". There is a fine print note at the door that they point out after you go to pay(not on the pedicure menu they have you choose from) that states they add 5% to your bill. Unhappy and I feel like it should be more visible to be more transparent!! read more

Sweet. NO wait after I had called several other places and was looking at a mega wait. The girl who did my toes did a great job. My toes are ready for Christmas! $30 for a very thorough pedicure. My appointment went smoothly as always, but I am especially thankful that she went above and beyond by coming in on her day off just to be sure I was ready for The Big Day. Great experience overall. Had an appointment for waxing my full legs, and she said , she doesnt like Round rock location of Hello Sugar Salon as they do not usually keep the things in right place. There was no adequate quantity of wax present at the location and when I asked her do you have more, she said - she will have to go to other room and refill and she wasnt really positive about it. She used the wax dispenser with very less wax , kept pressing hard on my legs which was hurting me bad. I complained about it 2-3 times and she mentioned its my skin and not the wax dispensor. It was actually her trying squeeze out as much as wax as one could, so pressing hard gave me bruises. Finally the wax was finished and she asked me if I am ok to use Sugaring for legs, I wasn't so comfortable with Sugar on legs. But since there was no wax present at that location, I agreed for Sugaring. Sugaring was not so good or nicely done and was really painful. Seriously, when a customer complaints - a basic courtesy is to make sure the customer is comfortable instead of considering one's own's convenience. I never expected this experience from Hello Sugar. The one location at Cedar park was really good and the girl was considerate I do not remember her name. But Eliana wasn't really considerate infact she was trying to get the work done. Due to this unwelcoming experience, I will never ever recommend my friends/family to Hello Sugar. I do have pictures of my legs which got bruised and red infront of her. Melanie answered and was a complete sweetheart and said it'd be okay (she saved me from stressing over a loss of a prom hair appointment and trust me, I was freaking out!). I got there around 2:50 and I was done by 3:15 (I have very thick hair and wanted a updo). She worked fast and efficient while still conversing with me on a personal level. She finished at such a perfect time because I needed to be in my dress and out of there by 3:30. They were so kind to even let me change there!!! Melanie is great, I will definatly recommend her to anyone. She's super considerate, sweet and really knows how to style hair based off of my finished hairdo. My prom day was successful, thank you! I went back to get my nails redone that Sunday (7/5) because it hadn't even been a week, and the lady only painted over the ones that had chipped or rolled off, nearly missing two that were in the process of peeling. Everything seemed to be treated like an inconvenience to them, even though I initially spent over $100 there. My previous review was left to get $5 off the service, but I don't ever want to be misleading, so I felt the need to update it, this was a terrible experience, and I won't be back. (7/7) my nails are all chipped and are being removed. What concerns me most is the pattern of how I've been treated recently. The previous manager was always kind, patient, and welcoming. The new woman and man I interacted with was rude and dismissive. Like I was a bother, even though I was very very polite and understanding. I appreciate them attempting to remediate the situation but the approach and style was not right. I honestly no longer feel comfortable or welcome coming into this salon. As a longtime paying customer who has consistently supported this business and tipped for all my pedicure services, I'm very disappointed.
