They have these big black cushioned computer chairs but will find ways to make you feel comfortable. They have the pedicure buckets but their massages are next level. If you ask for water/juice/tea they bring it. And have a small tv that will typically have a good movie on! They are very detailed but if there's anything you want for your experience ask and they do it. As I got older there's trends I like and typically if I show them a photo they get really close. Another thing is time, they take care of every cuticle and your nails will go through some processes so it be may be more to the time consuming side. If you're in a rush let them know ahead of time. But a full set mani-pedi from them runs anywhere between 1-2.5 hours and about $70-90 without a tip (which use to be a lot less for the longest but they have to increase prices because competition and the economy). They are the most integral. Do sweet and actually care about their work. I might have special treatment but kindness goes a long way with them! Fills start at $40+ and fills run you about $25 flat (cash only)

In addition to requiring masks, there is a plexi partition between you and your tech. They sanitize everything between appointments. They check your temperature before you're allowed to come in. You wash your hands before they get started. It's CLEAN and safe. Text for an appointment. Have dates/ times in mind to give them a starting point for when to look. I went in asking for cat eye manicure (will insert photos of what I asked for vs what I was given), and was told that they didn't do cat eye gel and that they only do glitter top coats. Whenever I chose my gel, I looked up at the polishes they had behind their stations on the shelves and seen the plaque that had cat eye gels on it to choose from. I mentioned it to the tech, and she grabbed it and I chose a color from it because I felt like her telling me she didn't have the colors felt like she didn't want to do it so I just opted for one. While she applied the polish, I felt like she was upset, and didn't have any conversation with me and it was done very quickly. When she used the magnet to give the cat eye shape, there was nothing basically done and it looks sloppy. The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because they seen me faster than my appointment, but I'm not sure it even deserves that. 0/10 recommend for girls that want simple nails with no acrylic.
