We hired this signage company to produce and install new graphics throughout our large retail sports store. From start to finish, it was a disaster. The owner lied repeatedly -- about pricing, about the timeline, and about the scope and quality of the work. What was promised and what was delivered were two completely different things. The installation crew he hired was shockingly inexperienced. They didn't even bring proper equipment and had to use our ladders. At one point, one of the installers fell because they clearly didn't know what they were doing. The times they showed up were never run past management at the stores, just showing up whenever they felt like it & leaving without a word. It was unsafe and completely unprofessional. Nearly every graphic was printed in the wrong size. Instead of simply reprinting one incorrectly sized graphic, they removed one of our store's metal frames, took it back to their shop, and actually CUT THE FRAME to make the incorrect print fit. When they reinstalled it, the damage was obvious -- especially since there was an identical frame right next to it that showed the original size. You could literally see the cut lines. When we confronted him, he denied it and tried to gaslight us. The vinyl installation quality was equally unacceptable. Graphics were bubbling everywhere, several were installed in the wrong locations, and the overall finish looked rushed and sloppy. To make matters worse, they never completed the job. Less than half of the requested graphics were installed. This was one of the most unprofessional vendors we have ever worked with. Between the dishonesty, poor workmanship, unsafe installation, and failure to complete the project, we absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone. Proceed with extreme caution.

What I picked up was unfortunately an XL in a different brand - it feels less quality that bella canvas, I'll have to get creative to make it fit how I imagined. I picked up on lunch in a rush and the concert is tomorrow. I'm gonna charge it to the game. A phone call asking for an alternative brand would have been appreciated. Secondly, there isnt really a nudge once complete. If I didn't call, there wasn't a way to know if it was ready for pick up. You really need to have longer conversations about exactly what you want and he was a bit preoccupied with another job when we talked. Just a bit casual in the way he works. First of all he didn't discuss paper quality or weight which most printers I have worked with would bring up during your consultation. Additionally we wanted to hard laminate bookmarks, which he tried to talk us out of. But what he didn't do, when he printed the bookmarks is trim them where the design clearly ended before laminating them (and it was not a hard lamination) so all of the bookmarks had a 1/2 inch at the top without design. The design very clearly showed where it stopped but he did not see it or the difference from the end of the design and the bleed. I guess that was something else we needed to be super clear with him about, something that most pros would catch. Finally, he printed our programs on a heavy glossy paper that was not necessary for a program for a memorial luncheon, which made them difficult to fold. I guess I will say, that if you are going to work with Jay, make sure you discuss every single aspect of what you want, paper type and weight, trimming, etc. for every aspect of your print job. In the end, we were able to use what was printed, the program and the bookmarks just weren't exactly what we wanted. Additionally, he asked us to reformat our files and then email them to him but didn't reach out until the next day to let us know that he did not receive the file. I will say once he had the files the work was done the next day.
