I was used to the one I had & it was in great condition aside from the cracked screen (I stepped on it in the middle of the night when I got up to use the restroom...it had slid off my bed at some point...lesson learned!). After I damaged it, it sat in a box all alone in my closet for a few years & in the meantime I was using a chrome book. It was okay for awhile but with too many limitations. I basically used it for Netflix streaming & checking emails. Starting a new job working from home definitely pushed me to get my trusty old computer out of the box and in to the computer doctor's office! For a very reasonable fee, Wayne changed out the broken screen, updated the system to Windows 10, put in a shiny new hard drive & transferred all of my data. My baby is back in action. I took my computer here for a simple diagnostic. A full week had gone by so I decided to call them. I don't think they even knew who I was. After 10 days I was sick of waiting on these people. I went up there to get my computer and to find out what was wrong with it. I was told the hard drive had crashed. 10 days and that's all they had for me. With no phone call ever, not once on status or job completion. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD TO DATE IN MY LIFE. These people did not care about my business whatsoever. They were complete idiots. I took the computer down the road to another guy and it turns out my hard drive was not even corrupt and is fine. My computer was fixed within 2 days.
