In Silicon Valley, you can't throw a rock without hitting some form of consumer electronics store and we have a plethora of sources for computer parts. Ended up needing some unanticipated cables and miscellaneous parts in a pinch, called them and even though it was after closing time, they were still there, agreed to wait ~20 minutes for our arrival (nearly an hour after their closing time) and took great care of us. Saved a ~1.5 hour round trip to the nearest big box CE store and prices were significantly lower (one of the cables we needed was 1/2 the price). Seems to be a mom and pop, the woman on the phone struggled a bit with English, which wasn't confidence inspiring before we got there, but everything worked out great, so just be patient with her on the phone if needed.

They quoted me $350 to fix the front and back glass which was reasonable. I asked if if would be "like new" after that and they assured me it would be. When we got it back, the camera was messed up and the battery only lasts 30 minutes. They tell me that it's water damage and that's to be expected. I told them that they're the "experts" and they should've mentioned that possibility either before or when it was opened up, instead of telling me it would be "like new". They were rude after we discussed with them and wouldn't even give us a deal if we wanted to put in a new battery with them. They were dishonest with us up front, as we probably wouldn't have paid $350 for a repair that leaves the phone mostly useless. Now we had to pay that AND likely have to pay to replace the entire phone. Don't trust these people.

So i did not hesitate to call him again for the back glass of my iPhone 13 pro Well Tom came over and sat in his van and fixed my iPhone 13 pro or at least I thought so. I came inside and not 10 minutes later my front screen was popping off of the phone. I messaged and told him about this, and he responded back with telling me that because they had to remove the clips to remove the back the front clips might be lose well it was more than that the LCD screen was off and on even when it was just sitting there on the table. I messaged again that morning asking if someone could come and look at my phone because I cannot send him a screenshot of the damage obviously and he blew me off for about a week. Finally, he had someone named Ian come out to look at the front screen and Ian told me that the clips on the front were,gone so I got my iPhone 13 pro fixed the back glass was broken on it nut nothing was wrong with the front of the glass at all. After booking an appointment someone who has an issue with their work you are no longer important because they won't come back and fix it unless they charge you again and again they don't even give you a discount I learned a lesson to never do business with someone who is not apple certified yeah he charges 100 dollars to fix your phone however it takes him all of 3 minutes to do it and it'll be broken again in less than a month so if you just bite the bullet and go to an apple certified place and pay maybe 200 your phone will still be eligible for trade in and it won't break permanently in a money or less i mean if you want to throw the phone away let him fix it or if you think because someone knows something you don't you can watch a YouTube video and learn how to do it just as easily and not give your money to this greedy man he is hands down a crook i promise you the biggest crook!!! The business cards turned out great though - and it was a less than 24 hour turnaround. I've used them a few times since then - and here's what I've found. The prices are very affordable and the staff is pretty responsive. I can't give them 5 stars because twice now, one of the owners / staff members has gotten snappish & snippy with me about something that I had no way of knowing was not included because to be quite honest - I'm used to it being included when dealing with print kiosks in Office Depot, Staples and even when dealing with actual print shops like Prima Flyers. Once - it was a laminating / mounting issue - and the last time - it was a trimming issue (which - in my defense - I had indicated that they needed to be trimmed in my initial request). When I apologized for assuming that it was included and said I would take care of it myself - that really didn't seem to help. Also - the last two times I've visited the shop - I experienced a little ___. When I came in - one staff member had clearly finished with a transaction - and was just chatting with the client - and another staff member was standing there listening. And I was left to stand there while they finished chatting. And then it happened again - but the last time - it wasn't a customer - it was a guy trying to solicit business. I didn't really mind the chatting - but I felt that it would have been nice, if at least one person would have said, "Excuse me" to the person, then made eye contact with me, and said, "I'll be right with you." Or something to that effect. I'm from a very small town - so I'm just not used to not being greeting or acknowledged when I walk into any place of business - so I'm probably more sensitive to that then someone who's used to life in 'the big city.' Nevertheless - with print quality and prices - I can tolerate occasional snippiness and being ignored for a few minutes. Lol.

Their shop isn't fancy but their customer service is what you would expect from the Ritz. I walked into their shop almost 45 mins after closing and was treated like their most valuable customer. Not only did they tell me to email my business card vector files anytime that night, but also that his wife would make any graphical changes to make it look "amazing on paper". I looked stressed because I work a high stress job- they could care less about my appearance or the money in my pockets or the car I was driving. They cared about me and took a personal interest in my situation. 130lb paper. After closing hours. UV coated. Ready for pick up before they technically open.... You don't find that very often; but when you do, you park your car next to Starbucks and take the time to appreciate those who take pride in their work. If the owners end up reading this, I just want to say thank you for everything. If you are a possible customer- I assure you that MetroGraphics is the best in industry.

Then he tried re-balling it which took him 3 hours and even after that when it didnt turn on, he tried doing it again for 3 hours without charging a penny. I am so thankful to him for helping. This chair is critical for her daily mobility. Someone at Batteries Plus in Woodstock recommended MarTech for micro soldering. I took the cord and remote and it was fixed in 2 hours. My understanding of micro soldering is taking a pen point sized spot on a microchip and attaching a smaller wire. This place is awesome. Great price and super fast. 3 weeks later and the remote is still working great.
