Refered to 3 clients after using them at my house. Great job Craig! I had 3 others fail to do the job. read more

Arrived on time, competed the job as expected, but hesitated to give an estimate up front until after he started to cut into our copper pipes and then proceeded to quote us a price. Way different style of estimate compared to the other two plumbing quotes we had previously that quoted cheaper and were hands off until we first agreed upon a price and the repair method. Also skimped on the soldering of the copper pipes unions for a quick compression fit method instead, that was secure and adequate and up to code but not our families preferred method of repair. Overall did a good job in an efficient manner but was messy and I had to clean up afterwards. In all fairness, it was his 2nd weekend job on a hot Saturday afternoon, and we were a minor leak fix compared to the previous tankless water heater job they installed. Had I had all of my own tools, the job could have been completed for $100 or less with Home Depot or Do-It Center supplies. Call Around & do your homework, as C.W. Plumbing prices are in line with the Market but on the high side, as expected for our neighborhood as price gouging happens once people get your address and zip code and the more you tell them up front. Get 3-estimates before starting any home plumbing repair job! Our family also was not happy with the fact that 24-inches of it existing copper pipes were taken (cut off) from the original water softener line and kept by the plumber in his truck while we proceeded to grab a credit card from inside the house and pay the plumber. I have photos to prove it! When I politely questioned the plumber why he cut (took, stole) the extra 24-inches of copper pipes from our existing original plumbing setup using his electric sawzall, he proceeded to tell us that he didn't want anyone to hit the head on the pipes. The funny thing is that the pipes are mounted on the wall away from anyone coming close to them. It was a lousy excuse to steal expensive copper pipe for your next job to be used at. Especially considering copper pipe is not cheap to come by these days. If you want more honest yelp reviews, check out Bobby C's yelp reviews as well. Craig has basically worked on my house's entire plumbing system. Most recently he replaced all the pipes under my house, which were 100 years old and deteriorating. He showed up at promptly 7:30am and was finished by 12pm. Cost was fair for redoing all the lines out of my house. He's also worked on my front sewer lines out, my shower pipes, toilet, installed a bathroom sink, added a gas line and vent for my dryer, and installed a new faucet for my kitchen sink. read more

BEWARE OF THIS "PLUMBER" !!!.. He is more like a BAD "NOT-Handyman!! We had a simple Garbage Disposal install job done by "Craig", which turned into a minor DISASTER. A) He replaced our 3/4 HP unit with a 1/2HP unit, from his "Truck" -- B) The Unit he sold us was deflective from day 2, after his install. (We were constantly having to 'Allen-wrench'/re-set the unit. He came out once and messed with it, but eventually the Garbage Disposal unit finally ceased completely. C) Instead of "standing by his work, and his "word", he chose to blame US for putting the wrong garbage in the drain. {We have learned from previous experience, NOT to put coffee grounds, etc., etc. into the disposal)... This was obviously just a defective, (Possibly used!) disposal. Craig then told us to look at the Disposal's receipt and call their Warranty dept.!! What???? , (which we did not have, because he sold us the job WITH the disposal he had in "his truck")... after 3-5 days of us living with a clogged sink, he called to say he will send us our $$ back. Moron. JUST BEWARE OF THIS GUY! HE SCAMS HIS CLIENTS! read more

I've used Craig's services for several years now. He provides great service and fair prices - plus, he's honest, responsive and a great communicator! He also installed new water heater and informed the old water heater had some incorrect parts installed. He's a licensed and bonded plumber who is honest about his estimates and also has done some handyman work around the house for us. He's on-time, affordable, honest and does the job correctly. Craig is simply the best - honest, trustworthy and reliable. Prior to calling him we had a bad experience with another plumber. We called Craig after getting referred by someone and he rearranged his day to come help us right away with our mainline problem -- he unclogged it and the price he quoted us over the phone was exactly what he charged us, without seeing the job, he just knew what he needed to do. He was really quick and was at our house within 30 mins of calling him. Such a great experience and amazing work. Thank you Craig! read more

My water heater went out I called Craig and he was at my house within an hour. We discussed options. I had to go to work he finished the job within a couple hours. When he was done he came to my work and I gave him a check. Best experience I've had with a plumber. I highly recommend him! read more

Craig of C.W. Plumbing came out to help us with our gas line to our kitchen stove. It was kind of a weird fix and Craig took the challenge! In addition, he fixed a couple of issues to make the whole thing safer and up to code without charging extra. Craig is a one man operation and very knowledgeable. In addition, he walked me through his thought process explaining what he was doing and why every step of the way. He was so nice and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Craig! C.W. Craig was fantastic he was referred by my landlord. We set up a time a week ago. I was going to call him yesterday to confirm the appointment, HE BEAT ME TO IT! He arrived 15 mins early and explained all the work and how the day will look. He cleaned up after himself and was super friendly. He finished right on time explained the bid. I personally own a HVAC company so i know what good service is. His service was exactly what any service provider should be like. Its all about the communication. What a fantastic plumber! read more

I was told Craig was reliable, honest and professional and he didn't disappoint. So impressed that we decided to go with him out of insurance and pay the extra as the company the insurance company sent us was hopeless. Job was not easy or comfortable but Craig got on with it without whining or grousing and as a result it was taken care of swiftly and efficiently. Will definitely use again and recommend. read more

Craig Waggoner, C.W. Plumbing, the only one of four other plumbing companies who I called that could not come out for 2 to 4 days to replace a broken hot water heater, came the same day and was able to replace the unit first thing the next morning. Good clean work. Good price and Good honest Guy. Very pleased. read more

I realized the water main to my house had a leak over the weekend and called CW Plumbing on Sunday to give me an estimate. Craig came right over at 4pm that day, gave me a great deal, better than all the other plumbers I contacted, and was at my house @630am the next morning, fixed the leak to our house and cleaned it up as if it never happened. Great work CW Plumbing!! Thank you! #cwplumbing read more

I can be a worry wart when it comes to plumbing. I've called Craig a number of times. I would never use anyone else, now that I've found CW Plumbing. read more

Yesterday we had a clogged drain. My neighbor just had CW do some work for them so I decided to call them. Before I knew it, Craig was here and identified the problem and snaked it out. Nothing like showering on Friday morning and the shower wand springs a leak from the hose that resembles Old Faithful geyser at Yellowstone Park. My handyman Todd Brown Handyhome Services recommended Craig Waggoner at CW Plumbing. Left a message on Saturday, Craig called on Sunday, a day their office is closed, and we had a Monday morning appointment. I ordered a replacement from Amazon, but it was designer, cosmetic plastic. Craig recommended a highly functional, metal one, purchased and installed it for me on Monday. GREAT to shower minus geyser--even with my makeshift silicon tape repair. Old-school service, VERY reasonable, quick and tidy service. He's my new home plumber. Thanks, Craig. read more

I finally found a plumbing company that deserves to be saved in my phone! After a few attempts to fix a leaking toilet on my own, I called C.W. Plumbing on the weekend, and Craig was over within an hour. He identified the problem right away and everything was fixed in a matter of minutes! He also suggested other preventive services, but there was absolutely no pressure and it did not feel like he was "selling" anything at all! Great service and I definitely recommend!! read more

Craig is pro in his job and more importantly very fair. He helped fixing the leaking shower in my bathroom. I had another big issue that the main shut off valve of my unit was not shutting off water completely which would have cost me $300 to replace it. But instead he found a workaround with almost zero cost to solve the issue and saved me a lot of money. read more

I called C W Plumbing to see if he could come and look at my water heater because i had no hot water. Thursday morning our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty service gave us 3 plumbers and they could not even come out to look at the problem until the next afternoon. I called CW Plumbing and they were at our house within the hour. Craig went the extra mile and not only got our hot water heater up and running, but he was able to replace the faulty part under the hot water heater's warranty. Thank you Craig and CW Plumbing you are the best! read more

Craig is by far the best plumber I've used! When I say best, I mean that I know I am dealing with an honest individual who has our family's best interest when it comes to estimates and the value of work that is performed. He went out of his way to fix a mishap with the shower faucet installed by another source out of his normal business hours. We don't need a second opinion when using Craig. He always explains the problem and the solution and gives a timeframe of it being fixed. Thank goodness for him being referred to us, we would be lost with all these businesses out there scamming people these days. read more

Craig was awesome! I had a small job (luckily) that had to be addressed. There was a free estimate and no pressure. He solved my issue in very little time at a very low cost. Craig will definitely be my go to guy in the future. You can trust him completely. read more

We had a clogged kitchen sink - Craig arrived EARLY (only 45 mins after I called!), went above and beyond, and then charged us on the low end of his estimate, which was around half of the other plumbers we called! Probably the best plumber and gas technician you can get here on Yelp. Came to the rescue, guided and listened. The gas line exposing (wow the digging) then concrete afterwards was all scheduled and taken care of for me. The quality spoke for itself. His phone was always answered in a timely fashion and the job kept progressing as it had MANY steps and multiple visits including the wait from the Gas Company to do their part of extending the line 3 feet away from the electrical panel. Thank you so much Craig!!! Could not have done it without you. read more

We had a toilet that needed to be replaced so I called Craig to see about getting a new one installed. I told him my husband would go pick up the new toilet and he said he'd go with him to help carry it because they're so heavy. Plumbing and will be using their services again! read more

Craig has been cleaning out our drains for years. Recently he installed a clean out in front of the house which took him twice as long to install. He still honored his original estimate. He shows up when he says he's going to and does what he said he would do. That's very rare these days. read more
